La Residencia is the perfect getaway for couples and small families. There is an air of elegance throughout. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and professional; the La Residencia team truly goes to exorbitant lengths to make their guests feel at home.

We stayed at La Residencia last year , and absolutely loved our time there. The location , atmosphere, restaurants, staff and facilities were excellent. We often reflect on our stay as it was wonderful, and it definitely deserves a special review. It is a place that remains memorable and in your heart. Thank you - we treasure the time spent there.

If you are looking for an incredible experience in a serene and magical setting, then La Residencia is not to be missed. The lovely accommodations, fabulous food and service, and relaxing departure from the busyness of life made our time at La Residencia heavenly. We extended our stay the second morning there because we knew we needed more time to enjoy La Residencia and explore Deia. I can't recommend La Residencia enough. It is magical.

We visited La Residencia for 3 nights in August 2022. It is a beautiful hotel in a charming mountain village. Upon check in we were upgraded to a beautiful suite above the main pool. The room was spacious and well appointed. We had a car which was cared for by the hotel valet. Note that driving in the area of the hotel can be challenging as it is very hilly and the old roads are very narrow causing drivers to pull up on the curb to allow cars to pass on the side streets. Not a big deal for a skilled driver but definitely something to be aware of. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel. All were good. Overall this is a great hotel.

If you are looking for a somewhat remote beach destination with luxury accommodations, La Residencia should be on your list to visit. Only 45 mins from the Palma airport the property is nestled in quaint medieval village of Deia. With a very attentive staff, there are activities for all, including Bocce, pool, gym, beach access, art classes, yoga, and masterfully curated restaurants for your holiday indulgence. I highly recommend for a splurge holiday.

From the moment we entered the property we were treated as royalty. We especially enjoyed the relaxing check in process. Our room was over looking the front garden area, each restaurant was unique, the spa treatments were relaxing, the adult pool area was serene, and the poets walk was icing on the cake.

I recently stayed at La Residencia on Mallorca, and it was a letdown. While the property itself is beautiful, the rooms are outdated and severely overpriced for what they offer. The management, particularly General Manager Thomas Moon, was lacking. Mr. Moon was not present during our stay, which might explain the overall poor management. It's unacceptable for a luxury hotel to be so poorly run. To make matters worse, there was a very loud music festival during our stay, and guests were not informed in advance. This lack of communication significantly impacted the tranquility one would expect from a high-end establishment. There are definitely better places to stay on Mallorca than La Residencia. Save your money and look elsewhere.
