Hotel Conterie

Very nice staff, unfortunately only in the long run very expensive with the taxi boats again and again to want to go to the other islands. On the island for the production of glass, many beautiful hand-made glass figurines as well as steps are made, just do not buy them on the island. I bought a step on the island for 18 euros and in Venice you could buy it for 6 euros. One does not want to imagine how much profit the arleine have already made on Venice. Tip: - Beware of tourist areas - Before buying, first inquire about the city and see where it is cheapest
Hyatt Centric Murano Venice

Good location away from the busy streets of Venice, 10 minutes to the city bus ferry. Spacious and modern rooms, very clean and a large bathroom with rainshower. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is set menu, very tasteful and van be adjusted to your needs. Supermarket and restaurants all close by. Highly recommended!
NH Collection Murano Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at NH Collection Murano Villa. The hotel is very stylish and has nice interiors. Our room was very small, but it was not an issue for us as we were staying only for 3 nights but the bathroom was very spacious. Francesca at reception was very friendly and was happy to give us information regarding public transport around Venice. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but we tried the food at the restaurant for dinner and it was delicious. However, the portions were rather small and overall it was quite expensive, but it was the tastiest food we had during our stay in Venice. We chose to stay in Murano, as we could get a better place than in Venice and we used the water bus to commute. There is a water bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel which is great for going to F.te Nove in Venice (then it is another 15 minutes’ walk to St. Mark’s Square). The water bus stops to Murano, the train station and the airport were a 5–10-minute walk away.

Extremely easy to get to from the airport, 1st stop on the Alilaguna and just 5 minutes easy walk (one bridge). It is also just steps from the Faro waterbus stop which takes you to the other islands. It was very nice to stay on the quiet island of Murano and travel to the other islands. Nice room, very good breakfast which included sliced ham and eggs for protein. Very friendly staff.
Casa Sulla Laguna

This was our favourite place to stay when we visited Italy – it had everything. First off, the location – on Murano this was great. There’s a water bus to/from the airport, the station, to the main islands of Venice, Burano and St. Marks, so everywhere seems close. Murano itself is a lovely series of islands and most of it closes in the evening, so it’s quiet and free of tourists. The hotel has a lovely breakfast terrace on the lagoon, so you can see all the boats going by in the morning. The breakfast itself is good and great value for the price. We were able to contact the hotel through WhatsApp prior to arrival, so we knew exactly how to get there. On arrival we got a welcome drink, maps and some tips of what to do during our stay. The owner doesn’t speak much English, so most of our exchanges were short or they rely on Google Translate, which is fine. On the last day we thanked them properly through Google Translate and got big hugs. The room was great, comfy bed and windows kept out what little sound there was. A great place to end two weeks of travelling.

Beautiful stay, the place is truly gorgeous, it does justice to the price we paid. Breakfast nothing to say, excellent with extremely rich à la carte service. Excellent room with amazing frescoes, nice view and a very nice bathroom, shame about the restaurant closed at this time but we will definitely be back.
