This is a nice hiding spot. Very clean, comfy bed and pillows. Quiet area. Best part right at the beach without breaking the bank. A bit dated but clean which is a must for us.

* Location: was good, a short path to the beach.
* Cleanliness: walls & floors were pretty clean.
- Bathroom door needs painting.
- When the air was and you lay in bed, looking at the ceiling you see a good amount of lint blowing on the textured ceiling. Yuck
- There was a lot rust on the side of refrigerator and some on the stove.
* Smell: Musty due too poor air flow.
* Breakfast - self serve with good verity. Great coffee machine with lots of options available while office is open (could be 24 hrs, never checked.
Overall, it was more of a motel than hotel.

From check in to check out, three beautiful days and a very nice beachside resort. Rooms were very clean and in good shape, nice pool nice patio and of course nice beach access with lounge chairs and umbrellas. It's in a quiet residential type area a couple of restaurants nearby and more within a mile and a half. Fortunately for us the weather was outstanding. I highly recommend prestige hotel

Breakfast is an organized chaos..the area is too small and when people crowd it it there's no way to get a simple coffee of cereal without pushing in. The mattress in room 218 was really old...and I have bed bugs or mites bites. I had t wrap the pillows in towels to stop my allergies flaring up. The hotel is well positioned for the beach and the two restaurants across the road. There are Leakes dropping onto the walkways and that gets slippy.

No vent in the bathroom. When taking a shower the condensation is all over the floor and you could slip very easily. Had to lay beach towels down so we didn’t fall. Would recommend putting in exhaust fans. Very old hotel.

Check in area needs updating with a glass window through which you do transactions with the person on the other side. Reminded of one hour motels.
Lobby was small and cluttered.
No one informed us that there was Buffett included.
Beach is beautiful and clean.
Room sneed like heavy bleach and A/c was off. It took several hours to remove the bleach smell

Love sitting on patio or at beach & relaxing . The room has a full kitchen , so we do not have to eat out every day. The continental breakfast is fabulous …full of variety and great coffee.
