I stayed for ine night. Checked in and left for an event. I woke up in the morning and had gotten bitten by bedbugs. I collected them, showed them to the owner and demanded a refund. He absolutely refused using excuses such as I hadn't reported it in the first hour of my stay and the infamous nobody else had complained about it. The hotel is dated, in serious need of updating, had cigarette burns, and stains on the towels and such. I can't believe I had evidence right in front of him and he still refused to give me a refund!
