I want to write a meaningful review about this place, because it deserves all the good things to be said. The Rooftop Lounge had an amazing sea view, a corner view of the city and the big project Lungomare. Enjoying a drink with that wonderful view and a**osphere it hasn't a price yet!! I stayed for two nights in the hotel, I didn't booked before and they said that they had an amazing deluxe suite available. A thank you to the reception for mentioning it! It was worth it !!! 😌😊 The SPA was just opend and they offered me a package that all should get. The massage, that salt room the hammam, jacuzzi, wonderful! The dining experience was better than imagined. The pool view from the restaurant, an amazing food and service. The breakfast morning started with fresh ideas and such a lovely buffet . Didn't missed a thing. Everything warm and in time. Really the best experience so far. Thank you Regina City! Thanks all and see you in summer

Hello all! I want to write a meaningful review about this pleace, because it deserves all the good things to be said. I went for a two nights in the hotel , I didn't booked it and they said that they had a deluxe room for me but for a bit more it is worth it to get to the suites! A thank you all to the receptionist! It was worth it !!! 😌😌😊 The SPA was just opend and they offered a package that all should get. The massage, that salt room the hammam , wonderful! Thanks all and see you in summer

The hotel is nice, quite new,and the location is perfect but rooms are a bit small and so is the bathroom where the shower wasn't the best. There is very nice pool on the rooftop with a lively bar next to it. Check-in procedures were very fast and all the staff was nice and friendly. Wi-fi was a bit slow and downloading the working emails took quite some time.

Terrible management at the hotel!! We booked a room and paid for it in advance by card via the *********** platform. When we checked in, the management only asked us for proof (a screenshot from ***********). No other questions or comments! But when we checked out, the other manager said that they don’t have our payment and we should pay for the room. Why should we pay again? We provided him with a screenshot from our online banking and ***********. He said that they will receive the payment in 3 months and insisted on paying again. A woman manager said that they do not work with payments in advance via ***********. And WHOLE Albania doesn’t work like this. In their opinion, we had to book a room at their hotel via *********** BUT pay by cash or card when checking in. Wired because we know for sure that other hotels and apar**ents work via payments in advance through ***********! We had to wait for 1 hour till they magically see the payment! We were late for an important meeting because of them! Terrible experience!!!

The hotel is just awful. Attitude towards non-EU tourists as for second class people. We were given the worst room in the whole hotel (there are only three or four such rooms for the whole hotel). The hotel staff is rude to tourists. The hotel beach is also awful with dirty mattresses on sunbeds. The only plus is the rooftop pool, it's really cool. There are no more advantages. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very close to the beach,only across the road, they lent the beach towels if you don't have any and the beach lounges are free for the guests. Breakfast was alright, rooms beautiful and clean,staff nice and friendly. The bar and pool are on the top and the restaurant too. We had dinner there 1st night, 1 portion we ordered was alright, another one wasn't worth of the 4* so quite disappoin**ent there. The hotel has 2 sister hotels in the near towns, the cooperation of the staff is amazing. We went for a boat trip and they called one of the sister's hotel we can park our car there,close to the port. We also wanted to go to different beach,close to the 2nd sister hotel and they called them to hold the seats for us. Overall, great experience.
