Mercure Warwickshire Walton Hall Hotel & Spa

I had an absolutely delightful stay here. The rooms were spotless, provided in the rooms were coffee machines, bath robes, room slippers, hair dryers. There were basic toiletries and you could ask for vanity kits or shaving kits as well. The in room dining menu is priced very well but it is not all day, so do check with the reception. There is so much to do around the property and there’s ample parking available as well. The indoor pool is heated and can be used till 8PM. Breakfast is from 7-10AM and is a lovely spread.

The bed is comfy, shower is really good and the surrounding area is really quiet and peaceful. No stress with parking space, great breakfast and dinner, friendly staffs..basically nothing to complain other than The hotel is a bit isolated from but for relaxing is really nice.

Stunning location with amazing countryside wrapped around it. Very enjoyable for afternoon and evening walks in the grounds. Food was very good too

Fabulous location and nice grounds. Hotel itself looks a little strange and not what I expected. But once inside it was all really good. Breakfast was superb and our room was perfect.

Good hotel

We were looking forward to staying in the olde worlde Walton Hall part of the hotel which is full of character and charm with plenty of historic features..... just like the pictures on the website. However, upon checking in to the hotel we were told we couldn't stay in old part of the hotel with all the charm and character but instead we had no option but to be put in a 20' x 10' box room devoid of any character and surrounded by 4 white lifeless walls which had cobwebs attached to the coving above the TV. If we had known we were going to be put up in a white box room we would have stayed somewhere else. The website is very misleading and doesn't conform to the Sale Of Goods Act because the rooms are 'Not As Described'.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, lovely pool. Hotel is in a beautiful setting surrounded by countryside. Room had balcony looking over gardens.The road leading to the hotel was flooded so had to take a detour of 3 miles. Hotel could do with clearer signs directing to reception, we couldnt find the front entrance in the dark.

A very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The leisure facilities were very good and I appreciated the free use of towels, and being able to continue using the facilities after checkout. However, there was nowhere in my room to dry swimming kit to be able to use it the next day.
