The location is good. 10 minutes walk from the Wenzhou South railway station. Lots of shops and food points are nearby.
The problem is wifi. In my case, it was not working.
Also, the walls are thin. I could hear the neighbors.
The hotel is clean.

房間有蟑螂很大衹，因為早上起來就要做早班的高鐵所以看評論區説他家距離高鐵站近，結果晚上我剛坐下床上就從床頭枕頭邊上爬過來一衹很大的蟑螂，很靈敏發現我以後我還在看它可是它立刻掉頭就跑，還好我抓拍了一張，説距離高鐵站近的人你們是走路過去的嗎？我親自走路看了時間大概有25分鐘喲還是比較遠的，哎下次我是不會住了

酒店離温州南站不遠，出站上天橋一直走就到了。酒店房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，空調、熱水和WiFi都很給力，衞生間乾濕分離，前台接待也很熱情。

離温州南站很近，出站走天橋，進站南鞋服城，從電梯下一樓就到前台了，房間寬敞明亮，衞生不錯，出差住不錯。

額 我提前問了能不能未成年入住 客服告知打電話聯繫就行 到地方了客服又擺臉色 説未成年這麻煩那麻煩的 你還在這樣我就不住這個了
設施：電梯前台説要刷房卡 但是不刷也可以隨意出行 感覺很危險
