The hotel has just been opened for three years. It has complete facilities, the rooms are very clean, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, it is super clean, the bedding is comfortable, the hotel swimming pool is very large, there is a restaurant next to it, it has its own bar, and the lobby is very stylish

Very expensive for just a night or two if you’re not using the various amenities. Breakfast was poorly organized as the two staff members worked hard but couldn’t keep up…a sign of poor management.
If you’re just visiting relatives, there are better choices.

Beautiful, new property that beats anything else in Sumter County. Lobby bar cocktails were pretty bad and expensive at that. Worst, though, was the total lack of hot water from the shower or sink. Notified the front desk after the first night and they said they’d have an engineer look at it, but there was no change for the 2nd night. Pretty disappointing given the price. Pro tip - check out the little coffee shop across the breezeway / past the spa for some good coffee and snacks.

OK, I’ve been to this hotel on four separate occasions. The decor aside, I found my stats to be enjoyable. The staff is extremely professional, courteous, and helpful when needed. The rooms are larger than a standard hotel room as well as being very clean. The Villages, although not necessarily a destination, is an area where many people do visit family and friends. When staying here I prefer my own accommodations and the Brownwood generally exceeds all my expectations.

This is ,by far, my favorite hotel. The staff is fantastic. I travel alone a lot and I never worry about my safety here. Parking lot is well lit. Beautiful hotel!

Definitely the best hotel in the area. Been booking this hotel every time we are in this part of town. Took a stroll around the property this time to check out its amenities (conference rooms, pool area, gym and fitness terrace) was surprisingly empty, new and very clean.

Well, I would’ve given them five stars, but they refused to honor the free breakfast that was included with my ******* booking. Otherwise, the facility is really fantastic. The rooms are nice, big, and honestly a little quirky in their design. I have no complaints other than the fact that, they did not honor the breakfast I was promised.

We love this hotel and keep coming back for more. Great service, clean rooms, excellent food and a beautiful pool. Near the villages a must visit.
