性價比不錯的旅館，中央空調製冷很足。整體也很安靜。這次還有個小意外，把物品遺忘在旅館，電話溝通後10分鐘內確認了物品找回，然後半個小時左右就安排郵寄了，服務有效率不拖沓。感謝酒店工作人員的服務。

酒店前台服務熱情房間衞生乾淨，還有免費的洗衣房和停車場這邊健身也是免費的早餐也很豐盛，非常推薦非常好吃

酒店位於光谷世界城附近，大概走15分鐘，有免費停車場，後面有條商業小吃街，總體來説交通較為方便，內部環境也是很乾凈整潔。

平台兑換的提前4小時入住，到了前台説沒有房間。留下手機號給酒店，在外面等了好久，到了正常辦理入住時間也沒有電話聯繫。後續通過平台撥打了酒店電話是接聽但沒有聲音的狀態，然後再去酒店，酒店也能辦理入住，所以電話忘了麼。
不過酒店客房服務人員非常好，洗衣機不會用會幫忙處理，早餐的阿姨也很友善，客房經理也送了水果為入住問題道歉，並讓我們延遲退房，雖然不需要延遲，不過問題處理很好的

在**上面看到光谷這家5.0分的酒店 圖片和酒店視頻都拍的很不錯，第一次到這邊來，想着就試試這家酒店。一進大堂，寬敞明亮，還有好聞的香薰，前台的小哥哥小姐姐們也很年輕，服務態度也很好 我是在**上面訂的，還自帶一份早餐，早餐也很豐盛 我那明天有事兒，所以想讓前台幫忙延遲退房，前台也是很爽快的答應了 房間寬敞明亮，設施設備都很新，下次來光谷還會選擇這家酒店
