老回頭客了住了很多次每一次體驗都非常好，房間很乾凈整潔，住的房間有電視機，觀影效果很好，剛開始電視投屏不會弄打電話給前台，前台也是很細心的指導怎麼弄的房間不管是服務還是環境都可以説得上是很棒的體驗，窗簾在白天也很遮光白天看電影體驗也很好。還有免費停車。車位很足，前台24小時都會有人，就算是半夜需要什麼物品打電話後很快就會送到房間。衞生蠻好超級喜歡大家可以放心！

我們5月6號入住的酒店7號下午退的房，沒見過這麼垃圾的酒店，沒見過這麼兇的前台，服務態度極差，這種人來幹服務行業遲早把酒店幹倒閉，我們説趕航班怕趕不上，讓她怎麼儘快退房，她非要在哪裡較勁説些什麼退房就不能退按金，退按金就不能退房，最後跟他説明瞭直接退按金就行了，她還嗶嗶個不停，跟個大爺一樣，就像要求她退房一樣，害我們差點趕不上飛機。頭一天入住也是很神奇，我們訂了特價房，她説特價房對面有麻將房讓我們加25元訂其它房型，然後我們直接在網上訂的衹多了8塊...她還不高興甩臉子。第二天我們換成電梯旁邊的特價房其實根本就不吵，房間隔音挺好，估計是前台自己想賺外快，還是這酒店本來就喜歡宰客？幸好我們沒加25，真的太坑了，跑遍全國各地就沒見過這麼了不起的酒店前台，真的噁心人...
