Good room size and items in room. Breakfast was OK. Several light switches and the bidet toilet did not function correctly.

Lots of free water and snacks in the room, a free tea and snack from for guests, free laundry service, nice breakfast, great concierge services, (including robots). Simply a lovely place to stay and it's in the name... it's elegant. A 100% I'd stay there again scenario.

This hotel has a good location and a good environment. The staff is enthusiastic. When checking in, Xiao Xu warmly received us and provided us with sour plum soup and towels. The room was clean and tidy. There was a small robot in the lobby that could deliver takeout, which was very convenient. There were many kinds of afternoon tea, and the fruits were very fresh. Breakfast also included small roujiamo and Xi'an spicy soup, which were different from those in Henan. There were both Chinese and Western styles. The food was very satisfying. After breakfast and lunch, we didn't need to eat, and we went straight to dinner. It was very close to Dayan Pagoda and the City That Never Sleeps. The lobby attendants and doormen were also very enthusiastic and nice! They even saluted when they opened the car door!
