Transportation and location: The location is very good 👍 There is a subway station at the exit, and there is a shuttle bus to the Tang Dynasty City, which is very convenient. You must choose this hotel when traveling with children and the elderly, it is super convenient. Surrounding environment: There are restaurants downstairs, fruit shops and convenience stores opposite, and shopping malls are 5 minutes away on foot. Hotel environment: The environment is very good, the room is very clean and tidy, and the facilities and equipment are also very complete. The pillows of Atour are really good 👍 I also bought Atour pillows at home. ❤️The service of the hotel is really considerate. When the porridge arrives late at night, noodles and glutinous rice balls will be cooked. This is the only Atour I have lived in for several years. The service staff at the front desk are very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Xi'an. It is also very enjoyable to read a book on the first floor.

The room was quite spacious and impeccably clean. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; their meticulous service alone made the stay excellent value for money. We checked in in the afternoon, and upon arrival, we were immediately treated to afternoon tea. They even went the extra mile by adding us on WeChat to send a personalized guide for local attractions. Later, when we returned late at night and went to use the laundry facilities, one of the staff members kindly insisted we go back and rest, promising to deliver our freshly washed clothes to our door first thing the next morning. We truly didn't have to lift a finger! A huge thumbs up!

I came to Xi'an for a trip and made a guide. I said it was noisy and expensive near the Bell Tower. I finally chose Atour. I arrived in Xi'an very late on the first day. I called in advance to help arrange a great room. The subway entrance is very convenient for travel. , there is a commercial area downstairs, very convenient. I stayed for 4 days. The room was very clean. I helped clean it every day. It was a great experience. The ladies are very gentle. Recommended👍

Location not nearby malls. Nearest breakfast place around 800m walk. Staff are friendly and reception tea is nice. Got slipper and toiletries for children and at night they have prepared free porridge that serve around 9:30pm-11pm. Nice hotel but the corridor to noisy specially our room is near the breakfast restaurant and conference rooms and gym Overall stay is good. Bedding and towels clean and comfy.

My child chose this hotel near the school for the college entrance examination. The hotel staff specially arranged a quiet room and reserved a room for early check-in. The twin room is quite large, clean and tidy, with smart control throughout the house. The hotel service staff are also very enthusiastic and the check-in experience is very good.

This Atour hotel is a light hotel under Atour, but the service and hygiene are maintained at the level. The only problem is that it is not a separate hotel and shares a building with other merchants.

The hotel's front desk lady was very helpful. The room was clean, the air conditioning was excellent, and the soundproofing was excellent. We booked a superior king-size room with a beautiful view of the Drum Tower to the left of the window. The location is within walking distance of the Bell and Drum Tower, making it very convenient. 西安的這場旅行，若説有什麼驚喜是從踏入亞朵酒店那一刻就開始發酵的，那一定是藏在細節裏的滿滿誠意。 初到酒店時，還帶着旅途的疲憊，卻被前台那句温和的問候瞬間消解。辦理入住後，最先打動我們的便是那份免費早餐——本以為衹是簡單的餐食，沒想到餐枱竟像個小型美食市集：剛烤好的麪包帶着麥香，外皮微酥內裏鬆軟；水煮蛋圓潤飽滿，輕輕一剝便是完整的蛋白；牛奶是温熱的，倒在杯里還冒着細密的熱氣；新鮮水果切得整整齊齊，西瓜的甜、哈密瓜的香、葡萄的清冽在齒間交織；更別説那些精緻的小點心和開胃零食，每一口都透着用心。原來免費的早餐，也能吃得如此滿足。 因為帶着孩子，我們本已做好了各種“應戰”準備，沒想到酒店早就考慮周全。進房時，床頭櫃上整齊擺放着一套小童專用牙具，牙刷柄是可愛的卡通造型，牙膏是水果味的，孩子一看就主動説要刷牙，省去了我們不少哄勸的功夫。每天打掃房間的阿姨更是細心，不僅會把散亂的物品歸位，更換乾淨的布草，看到我們隨手放在沙發上的臟衣服，還會主動詢問是否需要清洗。等我們傍晚回到房間，那些沾滿污漬的衣物已經洗得乾乾淨淨，疊得整整齊齊放在床尾，帶着淡淡的清香，像是家裡長輩才會有的周到。 在酒店裡走動時，無論遇到保潔阿姨、保安師傅還是餐廳服務員，大家都會笑着打招呼，那句“您好”“慢走”聽起來格外親切，彷彿我們不是過客，而是許久未見的朋友。大廳門口的茶水區更是治癒，免費的茶飲隨時供應，最讓人難忘的是那杯山西瓜椰椰冰茶，採用的都是當季新鮮採摘的水果，甜意從喉嚨一直蔓延到心底。打聽才知道，裏面的青提都是當季新鮮採摘的，難怪果香如此濃郁。旁邊的糖果罐裏裝滿了各色糖果，孩子每次經過都要踮着腳拿一顆，小小的甜蜜成了旅途裏的小確幸。 孩子們最期待的，莫過於機器人送餐服務。每次點完餐，就趴在門口等着那個圓滾滾的小傢伙“叮”一聲提醒，看着它靈活地避開障礙，精準停在房門前，再用稚嫩的聲音跟它説“謝謝”，成了每天的固定樂趣。酒店的整體風格也深得我心，沒有繁複的裝飾，卻處處透着簡約的質感：淺木色的傢俱、素凈的床品、線條利落的陳設，乾淨得沒有一絲雜亂，卻又在細節處透着高檔，讓人住着格外舒心。 想安靜待會兒時，一樓的圖書區是絕佳去處。書架上擺滿了各類書籍，從文學名著到旅行攻略，隨手抽一本就能沉浸其中，若是沒看完，還能登記後帶到房間繼續讀，窩在柔軟的沙發裏，伴着窗外的光影，時光都變得緩慢起來。帶娃的間隙想運動？三樓的開放式健身房設備齊全，跑步機、啞鈴、瑜伽墊一應俱全，隨時能來一場酣暢淋漓的鍛鍊。最方便的是自助洗衣房，不僅能洗還能烘乾，帶娃出行的臟衣服再也不用堆積，洗好烘乾後直接打包，輕鬆不少。 臨走那天，我們收拾好行李準備退房，前台卻遞過來兩個袋子。打開一看，一個裡麪是西安當地的特色手辦，兵馬俑造型的擺件、秦腔臉譜的掛飾，滿滿都是地域風情；另一個袋子裏，竟是一個色彩鮮亮的泡泡機，孩子接過的瞬間眼睛都亮了，當場就拆開在大堂玩了起來，一串串彩色的泡泡在陽光下飛舞，映着他開心的笑臉。 這場旅程，因為亞朵酒店的存在，變得格外温暖。它用温馨的環境、舒適的體驗、温暖的服務，甚至藏在細節裏的童趣，讓我們對西安的好感從這裏開始蔓延。原來愛上一座城，真的可以從一家酒店開始——在這裏，每一個需求都被關照，每一份期待都被滿足，這樣的旅程，怎能不美妙？

The window offered fantastic views of Yongning Gate and the city wall, with the night scenery being particularly stunning. Despite facing the street, it was surprisingly quiet. Yongningli is right next door, a bustling area packed with delicious food, from trendy Instagrammable spots to authentic traditional eateries – truly something for everyone. The location is superb; with subway access to anywhere, getting around was incredibly convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bedding was super comfortable, and as a thoughtful touch, we even received bottled water and a shadow puppet upon check-out.

1、客房很大，整潔漂亮，衞生打掃很及時，前台和客房服務人員友好，需要的消耗品補給及時。 2、有歡迎水果，最後一天送了銀耳糖水和小塊麪包點心，糖水好喝。 3、大堂下棋的時候前台服務人員會及時送上水。 如果可以稍微管束一下有的人在大堂抽煙就更好了，在大堂坐着突然聞到煙味，人來人往還有小孩讓其他客人陪着吸二手煙不好吧😅酒店封閉空間應該是禁煙的吧？ 整體滿意，下次探親訪友還是會入住。
