I had an enjoyable one night stay at the DoubleTree. I was given a delicious cookie in arrival. Excellent customer service, particularly from Jenny, who was very helpful in providing information on local sightseeing. I used the pool, jacuzzi and steam room, all great, although the changing rooms are a bit grubby and would benefit from a revamp. Breakfast was plentiful. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. An enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Very good hotel. The staff is always trying to fulfill the wishes of the guests, they are very friendly and helpful. I was helped to order cabs, to order food and with other information. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

服務這個酒店沒的説，符合頂級酒店的服務態度和處理方式。
🌟特別是前台接待，很多年沒有見過這麼負責任的，第一反應都是為顧客着想，相當貼心！
🌟雙人海鮮自助晚餐➕早餐，更是沒的説，餐品服務各方面在西安星級酒店中都能算頂級。
🌟泳池健身房服務和設施也都非常給力。
🌟房間的衞生，環境，設施，服務堪稱完美，因為帶孩子，多次致電讓送這送那的，態度非常非常好，解決了很多我認為其他星級酒店不一定能解決的問題。
西安豪華酒店性價比之王，沒有之一！

出差西安順便訂了辦公附近的希爾頓逸林酒店，沒想到酒店的服務卻留下了深刻印象，剛到店就收到了剛烤好有温度的曲奇餅，很温暖！臨走因為沒來及吃早飯，又收到了温暖的曲奇。尤其是酒店大堂經理summer，陽光明媚的女孩，服務熱情，細心周到，印象美好！
