酒店在高新四路九號廣場，旁邊是居然之家，也可以停車，地上地下都可以，出差到西安，入住了西安菲林高新店，前台苗晶董苗辦理入住退房很快，開票也無誤，服務不錯，房間也可以，衞生過關，不錯！

酒店的整體服務非常好！我感覺入住的體驗還是非常好！前台主管和她的同事佳榮服務熱情，房間裏都擺放着飲用水，主要的是電梯口一出來也有礦泉水可以自己拿，不用再喝水需要等了，餐廳吃的也多，下午茶零食水果小啤酒也非常多，備用西安酸梅湯。整體感受很好，衞生設施方面也仔細乾淨，贊一個。

最近天氣降温下雨了，訂的大床房，房間很寬敞，面積大，智能小度控制，方便，酒店前台晶晶，佳榮服務好，説話態度温柔熱情，出車掃碼操作很快，價格划算，衞生乾淨，餐廳在五樓，種類多，選擇性也多，挺好的，有空還會選擇入住的！

下雨的時候來住的，酒店大廳雖小但是很乾凈亮亮的，電梯要刷房卡才能上去，安全性這點不錯，前廳的倆小姑娘佳榮和晶晶服務很好呀，離店問入住感受，挺好的，早餐也種類多，樓上五樓有辦公區和餐廳，花園也開放了，性價比蠻高。

價格划算，房間面積大，環境舒適，喜歡酒店的星空花園，離周邊大雁塔和鐘樓都挺近的，位置這塊還是不錯的，出行方便，早餐種類多，服務員苗苗和小郝服務態度都挺好，有求必應，房間衞生乾淨，大床舒服，點贊。

最近西安是旅遊的第一選擇城市，太熱鬧了，一半都是穿漢服的，有十三朝古都的感覺。酒店位置不錯啊，繁華地段，樓下有葯店便利店附近吃飯的都有，一進來前台大廳雖然面積不大但是很明亮乾淨，讓人心情舒暢，前台的主管晶晶小姑娘説話利索又服務好，快又準確，不會讓人再前台辦理入住退房等半天，這點很好，因為有時候很忙着急出去玩，酒店還開放了花園，最近適合下午五樓餐廳吃個下午茶曬曬陽光，愜意，還有洗衣服的地方，洗的時候拿本書看，這次出行很愉快，有機會還來。

房間設施好，智能的，小度智能控制省了很多時間，走廊明亮乾淨，外賣機器人可以送，有時候因為機器人送外賣我在洗漱沒來的及取，打電話給前台小姑娘，前台的晶晶很快就就送到門口了，服務態度很好，天氣熱了，房間太熱了，空調也有人及時調，下次有機會再來西安出差或者旅遊，還選擇這裏，也給朋友推介，性價比很高的，餐廳的蘋果頭小哥哥人也很好，每次去用餐都很開心~
