Hotels Near Xiangzi Temple in Xi'an

The hotel is beautiful and well-located by some excellent restaurants and bars. In addition, the prominent location is great for getting DiDi nearby. The hotel itself is very beautiful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the staff was very helpful - including getting the Terracotta Army visit booked for us. I would definitely stay here again. A huge thank you to Liu Xiaomei for all of her help in particular - she made the stay delightful.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. Value for money. We are impressed with the exceptional service of housekeeping staff Yang Xiao Jie. Our clothes had not finished the drying machine cycle and we had to go out. She helped us collect our clothes from the dryer machine and hang nicely in our room !

A beautiful hotel, felt welcome as soon as we walked into the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. We received a complementary gift bag containing snacks and biscuit shaped in the local main sights, along with a hand drawn map of Xi’an city. The room was nicely decorated, there was a complementary face and eye mask in the room which was a nice touch. The location was very central, with all main sights in the city no more than 10-15 minutes walk away. Having a self service laundry room with 2 washing machines and a tumble drier was a real bonus.

Imagine stepping out of your stay into a bustling street lined with art vendors, turning the corner to find a lively food market, and looking up to see the most famous entrance of Xi’an’s ancient city wall right before you. The location is unbeatable, immersing you in the city’s pulse while offering a retreat that is clean, efficient, and warm. No unnecessary frills—just the essentials done right, making it the perfect base for exploring Xi’an without distractions.

I had a lovely stay here. The room was spotless and cozy, and the hotel is in a fantastic spot, with easy access to local attractions. The staff were always ready to help. Definitely coming back!

Hotel is located at Luomashi Pedestrian Street which is very convenient, accessible to many eateries and shopping. Within walking distance to Bell Tower, Huiming Street, Great mosque and so on via underground Pedestrian walkway. Nearby also has direct bus to Terracotta Warrior at RMB49. In front of the hotel has sakura tree which is fully bloomed during our stay, lucky day.

Hotel staff are helpful. Free upgrade room to see the bell tower just right in front of our room window but sadly the window is small and cannot open fully. Breakfast is good. Variety of food to eat from starter, main, fruits and yogurt.

Overall check-in to check-out was satisfactory with all front desk’s helpful staffs. Hotel location is convenient & clean. Breakfast is also ok. The only set back is the hotel’s free terra-cotta worrier guide (doesn’t include entrance tickets and others), which is some sort of like a gimmick to lure us into engaging with the hotel’s tour agency/agent on their package. We opted for the tour package after being convinced by the agent in the name of the hotel, and we even cancelled our earlier pre-booked package, however; the entire tour experience with the hotel’s agency was nothing to shout about. And I believe we can get better tour options from others. They also did some up-sell & cross-sell of other attractions/souvenirs during our journey. The package inclusive of lunch, but the lunch buffet was a joke. Rice/noodle with all vegetarian dishes - that’s all & no water/drinks. The main disappointment was they only briefly & quickly brought us through the entire terra-cotta 1, 2, & 3 pits and the bronze horse cart. But they did not bring us to the latest built 50th anniversary gallery which is supposed to be the main highlight. It’s a huge disappointment. Don’t waste your time on their tour package in the name of their hotel despite looking attractive. The hotel shouldn’t engage such tour agency to tarnish the branding unnecessarily even though it could be under same company.

The hotel seems a little bit worn out, but for sure was a top notch one. Some of the facilities and extras were really impressive - like having a surround sound system in the room, special kids slippers, pyjamas, etc. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We even had a tea tasting. In general the hotel is a good value for money. It was a little bit too noisy as the opposite building is under construction and the works don't stop even after midnight.

This hotel is good. Generally, the room has good lighting and is very clean. It is spacious - one of the biggest I have seen for this price level. The bed is soft and comfortable, very cozy. The sound insulation is good. I'm very satisfied. The hotel is in a good location - near to the South Gate of the city wall. Metro is about 10 mins walk away and it's very convenient to get around. However, we tended to take didi to go around. Too cold to walk in winter.  The facilities inside the hotel are simple and clean. The service staff have good attitude, are friendly and warm. This hotel is really great and I will choose it again next time. To add on, there are many shopping malls like SKP nearby and a lot of delicious food like mutton stewed in bread and meat in a bun.  Entertainment facilities inside the hotel is simple. are also complete. The room is provided with a sizable TV.  the bathroom in the room is separated into shower and toilet areas. There are also disposable toilet seat covers and sweet soup that is very delicious! The front desk arranged a room for me, which is very quiet at night. The orientation of the room is very good, filled with sunlight. At this hotel, I experienced the perfect combination of quality service and a comfortable environment. I also want to praise all the hotel staff, especially the housekeeper, Wanzi and Ms. Tian. Their service attitude is very good. Because we wanted to have delicious food in the hotel room at night, she taught us how to order takeout. She also reserved sweet soup for us every day, which was very warm-hearted. She also sent me a travel guide for Xi'an, which was really nice! Finally, she gave me a shadow puppet, a non-material cultural heritage of Shaanxi Province. It's very beautiful. I will come to Xi'an again for a trip and stay here again.
