Service: Problems are solved promptly Health: good Facilities: General Environment: The security is very good, but there is no chain lock. I asked an aunt to test it specially for me. After locking the safety inside the house, it cannot be opened with a card from outside, and no one's card can be opened. Worried, what if the door is opened violently? It would be better to add a chain lock. It's very close to the subway.

Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

The room was very hygienic and there was no smell. The room decoration style is very good. The location of the hotel is very close to the subway station. The time we booked was late, and the boss still gave us a careful solution. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.
