Everything is good and lovely except the fact that they are doing a rehaul on their aircondition system, causing the rooms to not be airconditioned. It was extremely stuffy and they didn't mention this issue to us when we checked-in till we called the front desk and asked. They sent us a fan after the call which helped with the stuffiness, but it would have been better if they had been upfront about it.

酒店整體非常不錯，房間很寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，到的當天送了桑拿券，孩子玩得還挺開心。服務態度非常好，第一次遇到打掃衞生的服務員如此貼心（見圖），到運城玩值得選擇。

老牌五星酒店，非常好的住宿體驗，酒店很細心，幫忙準備了化粧品墊巾。酒店的早餐很豐盛，涵蓋了運城很多地方特色小吃。晚間遊玩回來，在房間訂餐，繼續體驗超棒的味蕾盛宴。

酒店位置好，對面一個廣場；房間屬於舒適型，是以前的高檔酒店，面積不很大，但是啥也不缺。酒店贈送了洗浴券和自助餐券，指甲刀，一樓自助餐也不錯，總體還好！
