We stayed for four or five hours and the human body was heated to 20 degrees. The female leader who came to solve the problem actually said that we were not used to it? ! Four-star hotels have industry standards. This is the first time I have encountered a similar situation when staying in a hotel of this standard (four stars, 748 yuan per night). The female leader who solved the problem said that a heating device would be sent over, but it was not sent all night. The management is really inconsistent with the level of a four-star hotel; fourth, the variety of breakfast food is limited, the taste is very ordinary, and the used plates are all over the tables and no one cleans them up (I eat from 8:37 to 9:20). Fifth, the 211 room can actually make a huge noise when opening and closing the door. The reason why I gave the service three points instead of two points is that the girl with glasses at the front desk was very professional.
