Mercure Hotel (Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street Seaview)

The room was generally OK. Although it was not a sea view room, the floor was relatively high, and the view was just the city view, which was quite stunning! The staff were well-trained and very friendly, and they also sent a small fruit plate and water! The only drawback was that the bathroom had a bit of odor, and it would be better if there was a full-length mirror in the room!

The location is good. The guest sea view twin room I stayed in is opposite to Gulangyu Island. You can see the whole picture of Gulangyu Island from the room. The scenery is beautiful and it is convenient to take a boat. It is only about 20 minutes' walk to Zhongshan Road and the Eight Markets.

The location of the hotel is very good. The Bashi Night Market is just around the corner, and Zhongshan Road is just a short walk away. Although it is in the city, it is very quiet and I slept very well at night. Xiao Xiao at the front desk is very enthusiastic and very nice👍👍👍

This hotel is really a photo scam. From the pictures, the official size is 22-28, but in fact, I feel it is at most 20 square meters. If you are fat, you need to turn sideways to walk to the end of the bed. The facilities are also very old, and the cabinets under the wash basin are broken. But... The service is simply too good. The staff are considerate and meticulous, and they are all so gentle. Even the uncle who came to help check the water leakage is so cute. For this service, I will definitely stay here next time. And the location is simply amazing. The first pier is a ten-minute walk, the Eighth Market is a five-minute walk, and Zhongshan Road is a 7-8-minute walk. There is a bus station downstairs. On the way back to the hotel from Zhongshan Road, I saw several hotels that I had originally compared. I must say that this location is really invincible. It is very cost-effective to take the elderly out.
