非常好非常好非常好❗當時找民宿酒店找了好久才定的這家，本來想着一百多塊錢應該一般沒想到物超所值❗
首先地理位置非常不錯，樓下全是大排檔飯店，離海邊也很近，晚上去海邊散散步超方便；房間很大，很整潔，還乾濕分離，投影也很清晰，一整個就是性價比超高❗老闆娘人非常好，一開始來很熱情很好説話，最後走的時候下雨我們沒傘還把傘給我們太感動了😭大家想定性價比高的民宿一定不要錯過這家❗真誠大學生傾情推薦❗

性價比很高，比起周邊好太多了，衞生非常乾淨整潔，服務態度很好，物美價廉，走路10分鐘不到就到了海邊，周邊吃的很多，很多小吃和美食，不貴，公交站就在旁邊，太方便了，來廈門一定要首選這裏，值得推薦。

房間很乾凈，按照房東的定位很好找。離海邊超近，走路十分鐘的樣子。很值得推薦的住宿。房東也特別熱情。推薦了好多好吃的 好玩的地方。民宿提供挖沙子工具，很適合帶孩子的家庭。樓下就有水果攤 小賣部和租車的地方。

房間乾淨衞生，挺好的，主要是交通方便，初次來廈門遊玩，沒有怎麼做攻略，店長小姐姐給了路線圖，全程單車🚲出行。經濟環保。好評好評

房東人是很好 幫忙提行李 但是房間確實很不滿意 給我的很小 人住的很不舒服 可能我看我用新人價格買的 便宜 房間插頭蘋果充電頭一插就松 得換到桌子那邊插頭才能充 房間有蜘蛛

這次來廈門主要是看海的，出門直接步行10多分鐘就到珍珠灣不要太安逸，但漲潮時要注意安全，提前一天觀察好天氣再出門。同時樓下同時可以租小電動車。打車去附近熱門景點也不會太遠，但是要提前選擇好線路尤其是遠距離的，不然有的司機仍會繞路而行坑很多的車費。老闆人很好，很熱情服務周到，強烈推薦。

真的方便，門口就有52，20，22路公交車，去廈大和中山路很方便，老闆娘也很好，最主要是來福建住了6晚，這家最乾淨沒有異味也很安靜，價格也實惠，人朋友同事來一定推薦這家，要注意的是到了聯繫店家來帶你，導航不準確。因為太晚了早上急着去南普陀寺直接退房沒來得及拍照
