GGuest UserService was excellent here, each one of the workers was so friendly and gave us free fruit and snacks the day we arrived. They let us choose which room we wanted to stay in, and also organised pick ups to and from the hotel, which we really appreciate. View was lovely too and we were able to see the fireworks. Highly recommend staying here :)

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, the scenery is beautiful, and parking is convenient! Breakfast is made immediately in the kitchen, the soy milk is delicious~~ The noodles are also delicious~ The children finish a big bowl of noodles every morning! There is also Tremella soup in the evening~ The first night the lady in the store waited for us until very late, so cold to pick us up in the parking lot, really thank you~ It was an experience beyond expectations~ Recommended!

Amazing views from the hotels front rooms.
Staff incredibly helpful.
Lots of stairs everywhere in and around main attractions so might not suit everyone, but if it's not a problem for you then staying here is a bit like living in a dream come true.
Fenghuang's historic Tower is 50 metres away, and boat rides are a minute further along.
Countless authentic restaurants are within 5-10 minutes away and my favourite Luckin Coffee shop was a minute along from the Rainbow Bridge.
There's a vibrant night life so music from many bands blares across the river from 7pm to 11pm. I was so worn out from days of exploring that I never noticed and fell asleep quickly on the room's massive and comfortable king sized bed.
I experienced near perfect weather over 2.5 days and can say that Fenghuang was a much better overall experience than either Lijiang or Dali's very popular ancient towns.

MMerleyThe room has excellent view of the river and quite near to east gate of the ancient town around 500m. The location is approximately 1km away from Furong waterfall. You can walk around 15 minutes to reach the site for viewing the waterfall. The hotel provides free pick-up service to and from the train station.
If you prefer a peaceful surroundings while staying in Furong town you can choose to stay here because it's quite away from the Ancient town.

SSuphaphan Xumsai Na AyudhayaThanks to our hosts for picking us up from the area car park and helping us with the luggage all the way to the room. Our hotel is located right at the scenic area main bridge. The view is beautiful and our room was clean and nice. The hosts are super friendly and helpful with everything. The pictures I share are taken from our room balcony on the third floor.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel after reading many excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed. This hotel lives up to the excellent reviews they received. This is by far the best hotel room we had stayed for this holiday.
We prefer this location which is just outside the ancient town, an easy 5-10 min walk to the main Rainbow Bridge, entrance to ancient town. The hotel is very clean, very spacious and we love the firm comfortable bed for a quiet good night sleep. Buffett breakfast offers a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel provided us with free pick up and send off services to Railway station. This is a pleasant welcomed surprise, thank you.
We commend the front office staff for their friendly and warm services. Special mention to XiaoLong (小龙) and XiaoDai (小代). They were very patient in explaining to us the various procedures and assisting us with our train ticket booking when we encountered unexpected issues. We highly commend their spirit of service.

HHuey LingShort walk from Rainbow Bridge, and along the way there are plenty of eateries. Bus to railway station is just in front of the hotel. Overall it is a very convenient location to stay.
Room is clean and big. Bed is very firm and comfortable.
Shower room is on the other side away from the basin and toilet and there are no hooks for the towels.
Breakfast is buffet style with simple spread.

FFar Off & OutThe hotel was in a great location. You can see the entire waterfall and city from your room.
There were only two main things that concerned us. The first was the smell. The hotel is located on top of a restaurant; therefore, you would often smell food in the room and in the halls. We did not quite enjoy the smell. The second is the cleanliness. Brooms and trash bags were left in the hallway as the cleaner cleaned the hotel. It felt quite unclean. The view on the side of the room/ hotel was also all trash. In the pictures, it looked like mountains or trees.
For foreigners, please check whether your room had sitting or squatting toilets. We had squatting toilets, but the photos did not show it.

GGuest UserEvery hotel staff is very enthusiastic, making people feel very comfortable. The environment is also great. The most important thing is that it is clean and sanitary. It is really worth staying in this hotel at this price. I will definitely come again next time I have a chance. The hotel is also in the scenic area. You can see the panoramic view of Phoenix. It is very beautiful to take pictures and check in. Like it 👍👍👍

CClarina SantosoThe hotel is very old but clean, it has a really nice view of waterfall (especially at night). The service is ok, the only nice thing is that they will pick up and drop us at the train station for free. Moreover, you also need to pay extra RMB 100/person as the hotel is inside the scenic area.
