The hotel is in the city center, with various small restaurants downstairs. It's very convenient to get to all the attractions. Because it's on a high floor, you can even see beautiful sunsets in the evening. My only complaint is the elevators. There are only three of them, and with so many guests and high floors, you always have to wait a long time.

The hotel is in a very convenient downtown location, and the front desk staff are excellent! Plus, there's free parking and a good breakfast. The only downside is that with several hotels sharing the same elevators, there's often a long wait. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Highly recommended hotel! Firstly, the front desk staff were warm, efficient, and professional. Seeing that we had a child, they proactively upgraded our room based on availability, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Secondly, the hotel rooms are well-equipped, with relatively new facilities, air conditioning, and spacious, clean interiors. Thirdly, during peak delivery times when the robots were overwhelmed, the hotel staff helped deliver our takeout to the room. Their service-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for guests were impressive. Fourthly, the location is very convenient, making dining, entertainment, and shopping easily accessible. Overall, I personally think this is a hotel worth recommending to good friends.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. A special mention goes to our first room, which was on the top floor. The water heater made a very loud noise due to continuous heating, making it impossible to sleep. After we reported it to the front desk, they immediately moved us to another room and even gave us two breakfast vouchers, which was a pleasant surprise and very touching! A really great hotel, highly recommended!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the commercial district and attractions, just a few minutes' walk away. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room; it was spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the corners. The bed was just right in terms of softness, and I fell asleep quickly. The soundproofing was also good, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. Any requests I had were promptly addressed with a quick phone call. The facilities were comprehensive, with stable hot water and clean bathrooms. It's incredibly good value for money. This will be my top choice when I visit this area again, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

This hotel is at the good location . There are bus stop which be very near with this hotel . The bedroom is very clean and very high quality ( 4 stars hotel , AAAA for me ) But the price is not expensive, I recommend everyone to stay here . Thank you for hotel staff . Everyone of hotel staff are helpful , polite and professional staff . I may come back to stay here again in the future if I have opportunities. The room was cozy and comfortable, complete with drip coffee. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the gym and laundry room were super convenient and well-equipped! The front desk service was excellent. My clothes were accidentally taken by another guest in the laundry room, and the staff helped me check the surveillance footage, located the guest, and even had my clothes washed and delivered to my room. Definitely deserves a five-star rating!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel is newly opened, and the overall environment is excellent. The room was quite spacious, and the smart facilities were a huge plus. The Tmall Genie in the room was easy to use, and the bedding was very comfortable, ensuring we had a great rest. The front desk staff provided very thoughtful service; check-in was efficient, and communication was smooth whenever we had questions. Because our return flight was late, Manager Li at the front desk even extended our check-out time. The hotel's location right by Daxinjie Night Market makes it incredibly convenient for evening strolls. It's definitely my top choice for staying in the area, and I highly recommend booking it.

I booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell in the bathroom was very strong and extremely irritating to my nose. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, and I found 1-2 small cockroaches. The bathroom was poorly designed and not properly separated into sections. The bed was very hard, and I woke up with back pain in the morning. There is no elevator in the building-only stairs. I had to carry my large 29-inch suitcase down from the 4th floor to the 1st floor by myself, which was very inconvenient. I originally booked 5 nights, but I had to cancel the remaining 4 nights because I simply could not continue staying there Overall, a very disappointing experience 😌

This hotel offers great value for money. Firstly, it's operated by China Construction Bank, which means high security. The location is excellent, right next to Shuijing Alley, perfect for shopping and dining. There are several shopping malls nearby and across the street. Xidajie Department Store doesn't have a supermarket; you need to use an underpass to get to the large supermarket in the basement of Wangfujing Department Store across the way. Despite being in such a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet due to being on a higher floor (above the 15th floor). A price of just over 300 in peak season is quite a good deal. Although the room is listed at 29 square meters, it feels a bit cramped. The twin beds, table and chairs, and TV cabinet already take up most of the space. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the duvet is just the right thickness – Xining can get a little chilly at night in early August, even without AC. The pillows are soft and thick, which is nice. The overall decor leans a bit European, which is decent, but the carpet, while good for soundproofing, can easily look old and accumulate dust. The TV works and has over 90 channels. The bathroom is quite small, and it's not a wet/dry separation, surprisingly, there's even a bathtub. The showerhead is a bit small, and the water pressure is very strong, but the water temperature is good. Toiletries are complete, and the towels are thick and of decent quality. The leaf-shaped soap is both attractive and effective. The toilet paper is also excellent – it doesn't tear when wet and is very soft yet durable. The facilities are indeed a bit dated. On the day of check-in, the showerhead was leaking, and it took an hour to get it completely replaced. I'm grateful to the customer service attendant and the maintenance staff. The service is excellent; the customer service is patient and accommodating, providing four complimentary bottles of water daily, and you can ask for more anytime. Oh, and this hotel has air conditioning, which is quite powerful, though I didn't need to use it these past few days as Xining's nighttime temperatures are perfect for sleeping. Overall, while the facilities are a little old, there aren't many new hotels in the old city area. If you prefer staying in the old town, this is one of the few recommended options, offering very good value for money.
