房間非常大且乾淨，中央空調，前台態度很好，早餐非常豐富，停車很方便，對面就是胖東來，大胖，這次入住體驗完美

去了好多次了，最近前台越來越不專業了。
第一次是電視沒法用不連網，叫人上來修打了兩次電話，等了半小時也沒來，結果最後前台説報錯房間號了，還想着如果錯了讓我重新問她，而不是問我解決了沒。
第二次是提前定過了房間，到了前台説沒有房間了，還怪我去的太晚，那我預訂了是不是該給我留房間，抱怨我去的晚什麼服務態度？

洗臉地方不是很好節水，沒有電腦桌，不方便辦公，窗户是封成網狀的，看不到外面的風景，衞生一般般，應該每天詢問一下客户要不要打掃一下衞生，隔音效果不是很好 ，早餐不錯，希望下次住的時候，這些問題都得到改善.

主要是想去胖東來超市，就在酒店對面，很近非常方便。半夜3點十六分，住在12樓被樓下馬路邊吵架的吵醒，大約得吵了半個小時。一晚上醒好幾次。

是由老酒店改造的，一樓好像是個大浴場，大堂和房間裏都有很重的煙臭味。第二天退房時發現車子在酒店停車場被剮蹭了，趕行程出發就直接把情況反映給酒店，經理承諾核實監控後處理，卻一直都沒有消息

之前因為電視空調和電話都不好用，讓師傅調了半天耽誤了時間，後來我們出去和前台説讓給我們調好了，然後我們回來都調好了，這一點還是不錯的，其他的設施還不錯
