The hotel environment is clean and tidy and very warm. The items provided are complete and all Japanese brands. The boss is very kind and basically responsive. The service is great value. Like 👍

Beautiful hotel, free shuttle to and from the airport. Gorgeous onsen. Pretty grounds with big trees and walkway. Lovely fountain at entrance, big car park, fridge in room and kimono for use. Shop in lobby, choice of great food, Attentive smiling staff, big lobby. Free toiletries in nice bathroom with bath.

A good hotel close to town but not too close. High level of quality from checkin staff, also the inhouse 7-11 staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated but large. Bathrooms have a full Western sized bathroom. Room was quiet. Gym was well equipped but some items broken. I just feel the hotel needs better attention to detail and sone upgrades then it would perfect. Bus to airport was reliable, staff helpful, and in-bus announcements very clear.

The location a bit outskirt so hotel provide shuttle bus to airport, Aeon mall and also Narita JR station. Hotel room AC a bit low, so hv to open window to let the air in during autumn or winter.

This is my second stay. I stayed at the main building last year, but I visited this year as well because I was able to spend it very comfortably, but this year I was a type that can be entered with a key from outside the cottage type forest stage. In the unmaintained green, many insects were flying and I was worried that I would enter the room when I opened the entrance door. The room is dim and there is no cushion for dogs with only dog pet sheets, food and water. Above all, many small insects like centipedes called Yasude came out and panicked. Also, when we were out, there was a big problem that employees entered the room without permission, and we were very angry and went back by driving instead of staying. This is the third case in which a driving agent can return customers like this. I said. This is what happens in everyday life. It's the lowest for a high room rate. I don't want to go again.

Check-In It was a very smooth experience. The process was completed in under 4minutes. The staff was well prepared with the room keys, offered a letter about the dinning options and hotel facility. At the reception the team included all Japanese speak but with multiple language skills like English, Hindi, Nepali, etc. Hotel reception also offers the guest to buy the face mask of various character to choose from. Room It was my repeat stay in this property. The room was prepared immaculately. The amenities were placed in the room included small water bottle, iron/iron board, mini vault for storing valuables, the alarm clock with facility to play songs. The bathroom also had bathing amenity like shower gel, hand soap bar, shampoo/conditioner. The room was also poorly lit as 3 of the lights were not working. In the complete room it was just 1 bulb that was functional. Room Service menu It houses a deep illustration of food items available for children/ adult. Besides that it also gives multiple option of beverages. The price are little bit expensive as compared to other properties in the region. Business center The hotel offers the use of computer on the mezzanine floor. It has 2 station, i.e 1 for English keyboard and 1 for Japanese keyboard. Sadly there is no printing facility. There is not printer provided, however if anyone want to print they need to sent the email to front desk email and they will print for the customer. It leaves me with a thought about the privacy of the documents. Hmmm. Something to look into. Restaurant Dinning The hotel practice social distancing. It offers the use of hand sanitiser, plastic gloves, and face mask. The ground floor restaurant is big with seating facility of over 75pax. The staff was very polite and humble in approach. While waiting for my turn I was promptly attended, asked if I would like a dine in or take away. I was escorted to a table of my choice, offered the menu and poured the ice cold water. The food was tasty, as per Japanese cuisine. The portion was substantially big, with a lot of accompaniments. Towards the end of the dinning experience it got busy with a lot of customers came in to dine. Overall a good experience. Checkout The hotel practices social distancing. The check out was prompt. With no bills to settle they offer a drop box to put the key. Points of concerns:- 1. The room was not as per my expectation this time as the toilet bowl was dirty with black strains in it. 2. The room was not sufficiently lit. 3. Printing facility to maintain privacy of documents.

Lots of useful amenities including skincare products. Microwave and vending machines on level 3, 6 and 9. Should have sign to inform that level 6 is smoking floor as the microwave room reels of smoke. Handy shuttle bus service to and from airport. Will recommend a stay to catch flight out of Narita. Hotel received my luggages sent by Yamato in advance without any issues. 24 hour Lawson in lobby is useful.

Hotel rooms are clean. I stayed alone and the price was not too high. I stayed for 3 days and felt very satisfied, so it was close to the airport.
