#positive #I was happy with the Soundproofing, Location, Toiletries, Mosquito Control Measures, Room Layout; 环境优美，异国风情，很壮观，住宿参观游览都在酒店内很方便，地方也很大，景色优美适合打卡的好地方客房服务态度不错，服务很及时，屋内都是实木家具，很干净。

設施：原木傢俱，美麗環保
衞生：乾淨
環境：非常優美，適合拍照
服務：很贊，有問題，前台會及時幫忙解決
早餐:很贊，山東大包子大塊肉肉眼可見，吃着放心。
文成城堡門票兩張:有買有送，貼心的服務
酒店遠離市中心，但這樣的位置更符合城堡的特色和神祕。夜晚的酒店很美，尤其關閉外建築燈後，雖然黑，但沒有城市的光污染，繁星璀璨，觀星絕佳。
房間燈選了柔光燈，不太明亮，但有原始城堡的味道。假如要有個燭枱燈，再昏暗些，就真是復古城堡夜晚的感覺，那就更完美了。酒店選用了聾啞人做保潔，這舉動很人性化，乾淨了環境，也殘疾人的温飽。支持酒店的做法！贊👍

吃一般，餐廳的早飯晚飯都很一般。住，還可以，到位了，等於是來煙台第一個落腳點，隨便逛逛挺不錯的，附近有賣蘋果的，很好吃，買點帶去沙灘擺爛躺

酒店豪華有特色，房間夠大，還能免費參觀整個城堡，住宿娛樂一體真心不錯，想拍片的絕對是最佳選擇，裏面的筆畫雕像挺歐洲。

可別去住啊 廁所馬桶壞了 我們拿暖壺接了水沖馬桶 馬桶周邊漏水 水龍頭鬆鬆垮垮 wifi網蘋果手機不能連結 衹能安卓。早餐用的餐具好多長綠毛 房間裏面沒有礦泉水 沒有茶葉 前台要打電話才有人來服務 裝修老舊 硬件太差 以後給我錢我也不住了

酒店設計豪華，就是軟件服務需要再提升，跟這麼高昂的住宿費有點脱節。有好幾棟酒店還在建設中，周邊配套還沒有起來，估計再建設十幾年可以更好。
