1、衞生：乾淨、整潔
2、環境：酒店在市中心，近長江公園，晚上可以散步到長江邊，觀看三江匯流處
3、服務：賓至如歸，對待每位顧客都如春天般温暖
4、設施齊全，就是中央空調聲音有些大，停車很方便，酒店後面就是停車場

從細節的衞浴，房間佈置，電器以及客房服務都很看得出來，底藴非常的深厚。

特別感謝前台一個名叫雨雨的妹妹，我是半夜抵達的，她很細心周到地提前告訴我怎麼導航 怎麼停車 還送了水果和零食 第二天還會詢問入住體驗，服務非常熱情，賓至如歸。酒店入住體驗也很好，美滋滋睡了一覺。來宜賓出差，以後還會住這家！

酒店雖然年代久遠，但是服務是做到了很好的體驗，有很好的洗衣和熨燙設備，贈送水果和零食，床品和毛巾都很乾凈舒適，房間面積也挺大的。酒店交通方便，距離市中心商業街和景點都不遠，周圍特色餐廳也很多，退房時間可以到三點。

灑店服務員很熱心，服務好，衹是宣傳上的圖片不大一樣，房間設備老舊，被子爛了也不管，還有臟臟的痕跡，衞生間牆上電線裸露。雖然服務員態度很好，還送小禮物，但體驗還是很差。
