Nice hotel with private hot spring option. Little distant from Yilan but a good choice to enjoy hot springs as well spend a day or two in Yilan. Good options are limited at the hotel but 7-11 / family mart are close to the hotel.

從check-in開始的細心介紹 , 有提供下午茶點心還備有紅白酒可以品酩.睡前又供應宵夜,真是太貼心了 , 遊樂設施的安全服務人員也非常熱心, 早餐也相當豐富,飯店的地理位置正位於黃金地段很方便,但不喧嘩,非常推薦的礁溪住宿飯店

房間乾淨，空間也蠻大的，內有泡湯池很舒服，今天入住的客房有超大的露台，因為是高樓層所以視野極佳，飯店服務人員態度親切，且有提供下午茶點及宵夜，整體感覺很舒適。

酒店前台服務是不錯，可是硬件和衛生都很糟糕，毛巾有蟲子，清潔大姐可能心情不好？更換的洗漱用品直接放在洗手盆中？電視擺放的位置超有問題，小孩子走來走去很容易就會撞到頭。房間空間是足夠但連一張梳化也沒有，浴室和圖片上嚴重不符，超級狹窄，淋浴間很小，隔壁就是溫泉池，稍有不慎就會跌下去很危險，設計真的不知所謂，這麼小的空間還硬要加個泡溫泉的池？

上次去的時候還是兆品酒店，這次去已經變成喜來登，硬體部分感覺跟前身並沒有什麼差別，依然非常的舒服，不過服務人員感覺變專業及貼心，而且還多了午茶點心跟宵夜可以吃，回家整個變胖欸，太幸福了吧🤣
