距離火車站很近，步行就能到，很方便。住宿環境也很不錯，前台工作人員服務熱情貼心。自助早餐也好好吃，竟然有酒釀圓子，不知道是不是季節限定哈哈，很滿意的一次住宿！

住了兩晚，真的很滿意很滿意很滿意，前台小姐姐好温柔，還有帶我用微波爐熱飯的小姐姐也超級好，給我們推薦的飯店太好吃了，牙缸水杯都是一次性紙杯，房間衞生很好，採光很好，房間也很大，除了礦泉水還送兩盒純牛奶，床也很大，整體是相當滿意，唯一不完美的地兒可能就是衞生間略小，但這也不影響什麼。沒怎麼拍照片，房間真的和商家圖一模一樣

房間還挺乾淨的，就是沒有浴室拖鞋，直接打電話請前台送的，不過感覺拖鞋不是很乾凈。點外賣有機器人送，頂樓有洗衣機，特別值得一提的是，工作人員特別熱情細心，引導積極。

不滿意！房間的窗户關不上！房間緊靠大馬路，車聲人聲震耳欲聾！根本無法入睡！退房時向服務人員表達了對本次入住非常糟糕的體驗，有一位小姑娘態度很好，一直表示抱歉！服務的一顆星就是給她的！

短暫停留一晚，對比了某庭和如家，還是選擇了離火車站相對更近一點的如家，走路不到10分鐘就到了。環境還不錯，兩個人住個人感覺房間大小還是很合適的，且門口有到岳陽樓景區的公交車，打車也方便，門口小吃店也多的。早餐在八樓，嗦粉妥妥好的，吃的種類也多，如果咖啡能喝現磨的就更好了！前台服務也很棒，總體滿意～

可以，前台熱情，酒店電梯需要刷卡所以安全係數很好。環境衞生維護可以，前台熱情，離火車站很近方便乘坐火車出行。
