To begin with the check in was fine but the 2 guys did not seem to be right for the hospitality business.
The first time we used the toilet it over flowed. I called the front desk and he asked me if I needed a plunger. I told him I did not know what he was going to need. He showed up with nothing and went to get a plunger. He came back and plunged. He left wet towelson the floor, the toilet set up, water all over the toilet and floor.
I called the front desk and got the same guy and I told him of this, he asked me if I needed a mop. I told him that I was not going to mop and he could do it.
He came back moped and left. Still wet towels on the floor, wet toilet and seat, slippery floor, and black skid marks from the bucket and his shoes.
We were told that house keeping was closed.
At this point we were done.
We have stayed at alot of Holiday Inn Express Hotels for both business and personal and have never experienced such horrible service.
