The hotel lobby is large and there are many front desk staff. The service is really good and polite. The room is very comfortable and there are yogurt and snacks to eat. It is clean and hygienic! The most surprising thing is that I forgot a headset and I didn’t know it. From the room aunt to the consultation at the front desk, and finally helping me to send it back immediately, the whole process reflects the meticulous and polite service! I have stayed here many times, but this time was the most disappointing. The front desk said we could check in. But when we got to the room, they hadn't even cleaned it, and the bed sheets hadn't been changed. It was very embarrassing.
