"首先我的點評是善意的，而不是惡意的，我希望貴公司越做越好。所以我也不會點差評 衞生:2分（衹有0分）原因並不是我住的房間床品未換不乾淨，而是我反饋給總枱後，服務員來了幾個人給我換的時候一句:全換嗎？問了我好幾遍……（我説全換，床單，枕頭都是污漬不應該全換嗎？這個房間有沒有換新的床單被罩你們不知道嗎…）床單不明黃色圈裝圖和枕頭點點滴滴的不明污漬，我給你們機會了不應該全部都更換嗎？這裡是一個管理上的疑問句？ 環境:5分，沒的説，建立在草原上，還配套了很多遊玩項目，因為我駕車完了一天了很累了，所以沒有去參加，下次一定（但是酒店衞生得改善前提）雖然沒體驗，但是我覺得不錯，有篝火晚會，也有煙花，還有現場迪吧，鬥舞（我都是在房間聽到的，很熱鬧） 服務:4分（點的5分），其實很滿意，但是4分的原因就是，你們身為一個攜程4鑽酒店相當於4星級酒店了，當我要借一個充電線的時候，總枱説我們説我們沒有外借的充電線，但是大堂有充電寶……（可以理解，但是需要知道很多東西充電寶充不了的…不是衹為手機服務）做為4鑽酒店這些基礎服務都需要準備的。 設施:5分（4分）天花漏水後的痕跡無人修復…（次要）但是作為4鑽口碑的酒店，基礎東西得有，別的我不挑毛病，就是你配咖啡杯咖啡勺的早點在哪？不明白……一個經濟性酒店都有茶盤，中斷的別説掛耳咖啡了，速溶的也得有吧，啥也沒有，就兩瓶礦泉水。 希望你們能更進一層…壓縮成本可以，但是不應該從這些方面…尤其是和顧客直接皮膚接觸的 （汗液，性液等等都可以產生這些現象，而且這些都是具有傳染性的）"
