老闆娘人很好哦 趕早上五點的火車幫忙送我們到西站 客棧很清靜乾淨衞生 家的感覺 店裡還有一衹可愛的貓貓 出差旅遊住附近還是不錯的 推薦

之前也是想着離西站近一些，在網上看了這家評論還不錯，抱着試一試的心態訂了這家，果然沒失望！感覺是新裝修不久的，乾淨、整潔、簡單，漱口也是紙杯，一般酒店的玻璃杯也不會用，店家想得很適合遊客心理！特別感謝老闆娘送我們趕火車，入住説了5點多的火車，結果我們睡過頭了，老闆娘還親自來叫我們，送我們去的車站！還好趕上了，特別感謝有氣質又特棒的老闆娘！如果下次還來張家界，一定還住這裏！

好評推薦的理由：舉例大熱天的到達酒店，推開房間的一瞬間給驚到了，一絲絲涼意撲面而來。訂的兩間房都是這樣，國內第一家。從這麼個小細節就可以看出來，老闆一家子都是在認真的做事業。所以其它的硬件和服務都是滿分。房間不小，乾淨整潔衞生（比我住的某網紅店空調不製冷還在賣房間）。老闆娘説的自己打掃。服務麼？我早上趕火車請老闆送送站，二話沒説。要知道這是早上4：30分送站的要求。（在張家界我叫滴滴都接單不出車地方啊）親身經歷的。這個酒店是我在張家界感受到服務最好的沒有之一了。酒店住宿費好像不貴吧！在張家界一不留神就出去50/100的。酒店位置離開火車站是最近了。

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，房間打掃得非常乾淨，特別喜歡他家樓上的陽光房，一家人出遊洗衣服晾曬太方便了，老闆娘很熱情走時還開車送我們到高鐵站。客棧到各景區交通也很方便，到七十二樓步行就能走到。

老闆娘超級貼心～前一秒下單，下一秒就接到了老闆娘的電話問用不用來接我們；住民宿有接送站服務的不少，主動打電話來問需不需要接的是頭一個～張家界早班高鐵的首選，走過路過不要錯過～

老闆熱情，房間非常乾淨整潔，窗户也大，房間一次性洗漱用品，吹風機等都有，老闆比較細心，關鍵是離西站近老闆大清早還送我們去，祝老闆生意興隆。

客棧離公路有3一一5分鐘路程，老闆開車來路邊接，第二天送我們去高鐵站。房間乾淨整潔，周邊安靜，住得舒服。老闆煮的早餐雞蛋麪很好吃。
