I visited to Zhangjiakou city but could not find right place to stay for foreigner, then I called ctrip customer service hotline to find out this hotel.

設施：設施非常齊全沒有不方便的感覺
衞生：房間內很乾凈，住起來非常舒適
環境：優美，感覺被綠色包圍神清氣爽的感覺
服務：服務態度非常好，入住後心裏很踏實
幻覺博物館門票:3D映像很適合拍照打卡大家可以沖沖沖啦
觀光魔毯來回:新體驗應該是今年新上項目，開始有些不敢坐但坐後感覺非常安全速度不快體驗不錯
早餐:很豐盛營養搭配也很均勻
總之非常滿意，夏日避暑好去處♛

訂的四人間，還沒到接到前台電話，説是昨夜雨疏風驟，四人間漏雨，給免費升級到五人間loft户型相當愜意。按照贈送的飛毯上了山頂，泳池，喂小動物，看花看夕陽，不亦樂乎。下山遇到打鐵花，吃完晚飯燈火璀璨。都很滿意。

酒店在度假區裏面，大門口可以買門票，裏面有很多玩的。住宿的在大門口有車接，直接送上山很方便。衞生挺乾淨的，基本用品都有。沒有地巾，然後塑料拖鞋衹有一雙，考慮到山上也不方便，也沒要。服務態度很好，小木屋感覺不錯，晚上下了一晚上的雨，屋裡開着空調也不覺得冷。酒店提供了兩瓶水，因為衹定了一天，第二天找打掃的服務員大姐想再要一瓶，大姐説有標準住一天衹有兩瓶。再要可以買，然後我花了四塊錢買了兩瓶今麥郎。哈哈。對了，吃飯衹能去度假區裏面的飯店，我們去的那天不能點菜，説是人多，開的自助，38一位，小孩半價。種類很少，一般。

2018年就來過，那會還不完善，三年後再來這裏，配套設施已經很好了，木屋很有特色，而且電瓶車給送到房間門口，服務員態度很棒，夜景很有感覺
裡邊的咖啡廳也很不錯，親子遊樂場和動物園都做的很用心
早餐的品種有些少，也還算可以
晚上房間能加上燈光指引牌就更好了，方便客人找到自己房間

帶長者孩子去的定了家庭房，總體體驗不錯，房間裝修比較新也很温馨，設施很全，住得也很舒適。早飯可以，中式早餐自助，就是去晚了會沒飯。但是有幾個硬傷，一是上閣樓的樓梯陡，長者孩子上去危險。而是浴室下水有問題，洗個澡水漫金山。然後作為一個親子房型沒有孩子洗手的腳蹬，這些細節需要改進。
