This is my second time staying at this hotel. Lived up to my expectation. From the moment we step into the hotel, everyone working for this hotel will smile at you. All the workers were really helpful and nice. The service was very good. There is a humidifier in the room which you can turn on due to the dry air. They even prepare basin for you to soak your leg during the evening. They even prepare snacks ,fruits and yogurt for you to snack in the evening. All these gestures make you feel so welcoming. Between, this hotel accept foreigners.

服務非常好！安排車接送酒店，到店遞上熱毛巾和熱茶，服務人員熱情有禮，幫忙拿行李送到客服，還有不定時牛奶送到房間，可以説是非常體貼，房間設施齊備，乾淨衞生，環境優雅，價格實惠，非常不錯滿分！是旅遊度假出差的最佳選擇！

非常非常滿意！此行青甘環線的最後一站，5月4日晚飯時間左右辦理的入住，5月5日9點退房的。從門口的保安大叔到前台小姐姐到大堂經理到早餐時餐廳的工作人員到打掃房間的阿姨……每個人都非常nice！！從進酒店到出酒店都有工作人員主動拿行李箱，去的時候送到房間門口，走的時候送到車旁邊😝 真的都能感覺到每個工作人員的專業與熱情！這個價格能享受這樣的服務還有這種級別的雙早，放在全國都是天花板級別了！房間很大，衞生ok，水壓也很穩定！相比前一天同價位的另一家酒店，潤湖酒店簡直贏麻了！也因為這個酒店讓我對張掖印象深刻，有機會再去的話一定毫不猶豫再次入住！

本次張掖最舒服的酒店，大堂明亮，服務好會主動幫拿行李，房間大，衞生好，床墊舒服，還可以洗衣服烘乾，解決了大問題。總之是張掖非常不錯的酒店。旁邊有大公園和夜市，散步舒服。

潤湖假日酒店位於張掖老城區，離市中心很近，出門就是公園，晚上還有夜市，交通便利。是一家非常不錯的四星酒店，房間很大，環境比想象的要好，服務態度好，衞生乾淨。酒店不管是保安，前台還是客房服務都很細緻周到，很多讓你想不到的細節都能關注到。我們是朋友一起出行旅遊的，玩了一天也很累到了酒店一進門就看到有泡腳盆還配有足浴鹽，歡迎水果，零食小吃，洗臉枱那還配有漱口水，洗衣液讓你更想不到的是晚上還給送來熱牛奶，真的是太周到了。早餐也特豐盛，品種很多。一定會讓你滿意的，真的是四星的酒店五星的服務，下次來還會選擇潤湖假日酒店的，也會推薦給親戚朋友的。

看到網評很好就訂了，住了兩晚，真實體驗如下：還沒到張掖電話酒店前台詢問🙋♀️是否可以接站，前台馬上幫我溝通了，並安排了一位很友善的大哥開着七座商務車準時來接了我們兩個人，一見到我們就順手接過我們手中的行李。從前台到早餐的服務員們，酒店裡碰到的每個人都很專業且親切，晚上回酒店還給我們準備了熱水泡腳，餐廳的餐食也是早餐自助天花板級別的，種類豐富，不乏當地特色美食，而且很精緻，有驚喜到哦。最感動的是我朋友把襪子🧦扔在地板上，玩了一天回來發現襪子乾乾淨淨的晾着，我們放在床上的睡衣t恤也被整齊的疊起來了。這兩天搭出租車出行，連司機們也對這家酒店一致的稱讚，可見這麼多年的經營之用心啊，出門在外能住到這麼周到貼心的酒店，實屬小幸運啦～

住宿體驗不錯，回到房間讓人有一種放鬆的感覺.酒店提供了免費的接送站服務，從接站那一刻起，行李箱會一直送到房間。每天下午出遊回到房間，房間裏備好了熱水浴足桶，每天還會備上不同的水果小吃，晚上睡覺前還會送上熱牛奶。酒店考慮 得很周到，讓人感到很温馨。
