Knowing that we arrived late after a tired day, the room attendant turned on the air conditioner early. Clean up the room the next day. 2. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

The service is superb, after all, it is an old store for decades, and all the details are in place. 1. Before check-in, the service staff will introduce the situation of the hotel and the type of room suitable for them, communicate the arrival time and route guidance, etc. 2. The eldest sister on the floor after check-in is considerate and attentive, and has turned on the air conditioner for me in advance, making me feel immediately refreshed in the hot summer. The rooms are also warm and chic. The waiter said that the fruit and mineral water were delivered for free. Thank you very much for your considerate service. 3. During the stay, the service staff is always hospitable and the room is clean and tidy. Stay for two days and update the fruits every day. Because of the hot weather, the clothes change and wash more frequently. After finding out, the big sister on the floor helped me wash and iron the clothes in time, allowing me to experience the value-for-money service. It is worth staying again.

性價比超高的一家酒店，在此家酒店能夠真正享受賓至如歸的感覺，前台服務超級暖心，我們是是早上9點提前入店，本想把行李寄存以後，等下午回來再住。而前台服務小哥，電話聯繫客房，找到已經收拾完的房間，直接安排我們入住。太暖心啦。進房後，服務員及時送來水果，並體貼的詢問還需要什麼幫助，服務人員訓練有素，不愧為老牌酒店的文化底藴。衞生、設施等都很好，酒店位置在俱佳，地鐵站E口附近，出行便利，這裏不再贅述。酒店院裏就如一個小花園，住在3號樓，窗户正對着花園。有早餐，很豐富。為本次河南旅遊，畫上了圓滿句號，下次再來河南，還會入住該酒店。

河南飯店的服務令人印象深刻，員工的專業與熱情並存，讓住宿體驗升級。房間舒適整潔，設施完備，給人賓至如歸的感覺。餐飲服務用心，食材新鮮，味道可口。整體環境優雅宜人，是一次愉快的住宿。值得推薦！下次還來！

酒店環境很好，花團錦簇、清水漣漪，應當是鄭州以前比較高檔的老酒店，酒店大院裏竟然有商代青銅冶煉遺址。距離二七廣場和地鐵站很近。工作人員服務周到，早餐品種豐富，退房時間2點。唯一的缺點就是房間沒有USB接口，充電不太方便。

給父母旅遊定的房間，住在3號樓，整個酒店雖然外表有些年代感，但內部整體該有的都有，比較正規。尤其是服務方面，要重點表揚下於芳，非常熱情周到，有求必應，讓我父母感受到了像家人一般的温暖，十分感謝她，有這樣的工作人員為酒店的體驗感提分不少

酒店位置很好，在立交橋西北角位置，離地鐵口E口很近，出行乘地鐵方便快捷。酒店設施齊全，房間很好乾凈，前台服務好，房間服務張新麗大姐服務熱情周到。早餐豐富，有胡辣湯哎。酒店院內環境優美鬧中取靜，自駕停車極佳，下次還會選擇入住。

這次來河南飯店住主要是看中它交通方便和環境舒適，沒想到老牌子的服務也相當得好，早餐在單獨的一棟樓，有多款涼菜，胡辣湯味道比較温和。 坐火車到達時還很早，在大堂休息，前台小哥看到有房時就幫我辦理了提前入住；3號樓盧扣大姐也很貼心，抽空幫我把衣服拿去洗曬，當晚就收到了乾淨的衣服和便條，對多地奔波的我來説真是幫助太大了。非常感謝！ 另外也推薦漢服體驗4小時（限一套衣服）: 在酒店大堂預約/打電話給酒店大堂預約都ok。預約當天到大堂右手邊就能看到漢服租借處。衣服都挺乾淨，款式有好幾種，顏色也很漂亮。當天我是由一位實習生小姐姐協助穿漢服（可惜忘了名字），非常温柔耐心，租借和歸還衣服的全程都給人感覺很舒服。

酒店位置很好，服務不錯，黃河鯉魚味道好。黃琬經理服務熱情周到，幫忙安排午餐和漢服體驗，侯靜文、吳佳陽幫忙穿漢服，棒棒的！也感謝客房的楊彭賀、李娟、趙冰冰三位同志，客房接送都很周到。總體感受都挺好。
