It is a nice clean room, though I was disappointed the heating didn't work reception informed, quite surprised for a 4* hotel.

酒店標四鑽不知道是怎麼來的，完全不匹配。
酒店正門不沿街，在交通銀行旁邊進去才能看到。所在的大樓裏有很多家酒店，這家需要刷卡才能按電梯。
給了電梯口的房間，一進去一股黴味，房間裏面衹有消毒過的可重複使用的拖鞋，一次性拖鞋要找前台拿。廁所的門做了吊軌，一推這個就翹起來了也不知道會不會掉，更離譜的是浴室衹有一個巨大的頂噴，花灑都沒有。總之就是配不上四鑽水準，有的選的話不要住這家。

整體環境還可以，交通便利，但服務和細節仍需改進。
1. 下午2:30之後到店，排隊辦理入住。被告知房間未被收拾，需等待。詢問等待多久，前台回覆三個字“衹能催”，沒有任何其他説明。
2. 折騰半天協調了房間入住，房間下水道發黴，牆角木板發黴脱落。外牆不知道什麼脱落，被風吹得撞擊牆啪啪響，很影響休息。
3.不知道房間是空置太久還是什麼原因，往床上坐的一瞬間，有很大的灰塵。

地理位置不錯，對面就是萬達，出門就有地鐵，房間不大，設施齊全，但插座都很鬆，有的沒法用，衞生間比較小。
