整體還是不錯的，希望一如既往做好，設備需要及時檢查，不要年久失修的樣子，空調和細微之處衛生要提高，謝謝

預訂的時候滿懷期待，也提前和酒店溝通需要洗衣機的房間，排房時安排了有洗衣機的房間，還可以的。前台在24樓，房間在9樓，衹有一部電梯可以到，等電梯等了接近10分鐘。進房間以後，格局很不錯，空間利用率高，看得出運營前期花了一點精力佈置。
房間設施當面，有洗衣機，是亮點。然後淋浴閣的花灑到處在漏水，不是很好用，建議商家檢查更換下。衞生方面稍微差一些，新客入住地上有類似痰液及毛髮，比較瘮得慌，廚房枱面有黴斑看着感官不太好。
服務方面估計店裡生意好，不太在乎客人的感受。前台服務以自己感受為主，全程別人欠錢的感覺。下單時訂單時免押入住，因為考慮到服務人員不做主，就按着前台説的刷了按金。然後房卡掉在外面餐廳我找了跑腿10點半這樣送回酒店，大堂不讓跑腿上樓放在一樓，退房前13點這樣下去找卡時，卡不見了。30多度氣温在下面大堂找了半個小時，查出來房卡被同行其他酒店服務人員拿回去給前台了，中間發訊息問前台，前台説沒有，本人也沒在意，想着找到就好。就在確定房卡已送回去前台，進電梯上樓去拿房卡取行李退房時，服務員發訊息説：“所以房卡不要放到大堂，懶得上來可以放房間”
看到這條訊息我的火一下就來了。
我不太明白如果我打算放大堂的話，我還下去取啥，在大堂找半個小時是為什麼，我直接拉着行李下去告訴大堂有人取卡就行…為了酒店可以省事些，我熱了一身汗，換來的是服務人員的所以…我説她不應該那樣説，她忙着説責任不在她，不怪她…她説她是店長，也是老闆，看準了我要退房趕時間，還讓我愛咋樣就咋樣…如果是店長，老闆可以考慮重新培訓再上崗，如果是老闆，那就預祝生意興隆，業績長虹！

🧹衞生：房間衞生很乾凈，沒什麼煙味，還有個空氣凈化器
🔔服務：前台小姐姐服務也很好。之前在樓下開麻將房，到晚上就聯繫不到前台了。這裏的前台都是24小時在的。給老闆點贊👍

首先位置還是很不錯，很好找，外出打車也非常方便，然後窗外的景色，採光也非常好，設施設備也挺滿意的。最滿意的就是一體烘乾的洗衣機。
然後説説不滿意的地方:第1.到了酒店已經接近凌晨12點了，然後酒店服務枱是26樓，電梯分單雙層停靠，然後就是按不了26樓的樓層按鈕，都是我們主動聯繫客服才知道需要掃二維碼，這個可以提前告知客人，我們真的就像是無頭蒼蠅一樣。第2.我們預訂的是有2個1.8米大床的雙床房，入住訊息填的是3人入住，回到房間的時候才發現衹有兩套洗漱用品包括浴巾，然後再上樓找客服拿的，第二天出入玩兒了回來，依舊衹為我們準備了兩套，從第三天給客服交代過後，才為我們一次性準備的三套。這就讓我很不能理解，能不能站在客人的角度想想這個洗護用具的問題，酒店是看不到我們的入住訊息嗎？就算看不到，那我們在入住的時候就説明瞭是3人入住，結果第二天還是衹準備2套。第3.隔層床位的空調噪音特別大，兩個床，一個在隔層上，一個在樓下，隔層床位邊上就有一個空調口，晚上根本沒法入睡，非常吵！！最後兩晚我們都是三個人擠在樓下一個床上睡的。

挺不錯的一家公寓式酒店，有洗烘一體洗衣機配備，冰箱、電磁爐、抽油煙機，一應俱全，非常方便。樓下就是商場，很方便，
環境：衞生還過得去，裝修八成新，還可以看江景，看澳門👍👍

半夜四點左右入住的 下午兩點沖進來説完給超時費用。給錢不是問題。但是態度極差。用詞難聽。雖然是民宿但是作為服務性行業，基本的服務素養也是需要的。 衞生情況和入住體驗也不想説了。沒有下次。

真的很喜歡這裏捏，房間很大衞生很不錯，每天都有人過來打掃以及補換洗漱用品，住了三天也沒有發現有蟑螂蟲子之類的，以及可能住的是高樓層也沒有蚊子；房問裏有冰箱微波爐洗衣機等家電都能使用，於我來説最方便的還是洗衣機啦，洗完即可烘千真的特別方便！！總之真的特別喜歡這家酒店，算是我出行兩個星期以來住過的體驗感最棒的一家啦！
