我下單訂了一個特價單間，讓我完全意外的是過去老闆竟然説我訂的房間沒有了，要我加錢住一個大床房，要麼退房。我就打算退房算了，雖然這不是我的原因造成的，然而，平台上竟然無法退款。既然預訂成功了，就證明你有這個房間，如果沒這個房間，就不要讓旅客預訂呀，訂了沒有還要加錢，不是宰客的做法嗎？最終我就去洗了一個澡就走了，我旅遊以來體驗最差的一個店，沒有之一，祝願你家早日關門大吉哦，我訂的便宜管你什麼事呀，我有優惠券呀，你不能接受去哪兒，那就不要讓旅客能下訂單，沒有這金剛鑽就別攬瓷器活

整體一般，被子有煙草味，廁所頂一直在漏水，門鏈是壞的，晚上我是用椅子抵住的門，安全性一般，服務…反正三樓那個阿姨服務不咋地，前台阿姨態度就很好，但這個價格，這個位置，衹要要求不高，自立性強，就可以接受，我反正無所謂。

酒店有蟑螂，環境差，晚上睡覺還會有東西爬的聲音。如果已入住記得住宿完後一定要記得退按金，服務員不會主動給錢所以一定要記得要，本人就是因為忘記此事結果沒能拿回按金，建議不要入住
