開始還可以，續住後房間不給打掃，不給飲用水不給牙刷等，毛巾也不給換，電話聯繫前台居然説不歸前台管，説是客房的事，也不給處理也不給説法，這種服務可不敢再住了！

酒店服務環境不錯，這個説真的。但是，但是我買了早餐券去了早餐，搞了點西瓜吃，一天拉了5.6次，拉的全是水。雖然經理也提出賠償或者去醫院化驗開葯，但是很無奈啊要繼續賣命出差。唉，吐槽一下算了。。圖片如有不適應，請回避！

酒店在升級維也納品牌，網絡不能使用前台很負責的提前告知了，酒店位置很好，周圍有百貨大樓、貴和、銀座，吃飯可以選擇旁邊的李先生、KFC或者多走兩個紅綠燈去貴和會有更多選擇，門口就可以停車，很方便。

酒店衞生很乾凈，房間也很大，還給做了免費升級。交通也特別方便，距離火車站很近。周邊配套也好，有好幾個商場，吃飯購物都方便

沒啥驚喜也沒啥不妥，對得起價格，本來默認好評的……但是！！！非要讓我按照他們的格式好評，本來第一次給了，這次又來，還裝可憐，一點也不管每個客人都是特別反感這種行為的。你要是真的有值得誇讚的地方，要了也就要了。拼多多要好評也給個返現呢！差評給**領導！

洗面奶落在了酒店裡，第二天打電話，前台説問一下給回覆，結果等了一上午沒動靜，打電話回去詢問，告訴我説沒有，然後我確定在酒店房間，前台又告訴我説，再確認一下，然後又是杳無音信！！！！！！這種賓館敢住嗎？一個小小的洗面奶都這樣，如果又貴重的東西遺失在那裡，那結果更是別想找回來！！！！
