It s a really nice hotel, with friendly staff Personals, food was perfectl, I always stay in Wyndham every time I m in Surabaya, a good area near Plaza. The room is cleaned, love it

Good and satisfied stay. What can I say more are impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry, efficient and fast check-in and check-out even the manager loyalty came to approach me ask how my stay experience (thank you Mr. Ismael), nice executive lounge with superb staff service (thanks to Mr. Bagus, if I remember his name), in room the noise insulation from outside very effective, comfy bed and pillows, good hotel design, the room and the facilities. Thank you

We hesitated at first to stay in this hotel. It's an old hotel (started to be built in 1979) and the building's exterior looks so shabby. The hotel was affected by Covid-19, too, so we know to not set the bar too high for this hotel. Well, when we arrived at the lobby, we could really see the 90's vibes, glamorous hotel at that time. Check in was easy and fast, and surprisingly there were still so many employees working for this hotel. This place was more alive than I thought it would be. The room was good, not exquisite but I can see that it was designed well and was very nice initially. The AC worked well, hot water and water pressure were nice, but the bathroom door was jammed. And the bathtub had black stains (or maybe chipped). The sheets, blanket, and towel all had some stains but I'm sure they were all washed clean. The pillow smelled bad, like musty or damp, but we asked to be replaced and got the fresh ones. Amenities were just okay. No slippers, soap and shampoo were very standard, but they provided a safe deposit box, electric kettle, and coffee/tea. The view outside was amazing, we could see the heart of Surabaya from above, sitting in the japanese-styled chairs. Bed was nice, too. We slept soundly. Breakfast was great, surprisingly! We expected nothing, but turned out there were many varieties of the food, and they were all pretty good. From western to Indonesian, all great. I was happy to see all the employees there, like things are finally getting normal again. The visitors were a lot, too. I'm so relieved that they were doing great ❤️

I know this hotel is quite old but classic and and worth the price. The room is very wide, i like that so much. Bcause nowdays all new hotels is just standart and to small like studio type. This hotel is family friendly, because of the wide room, and al the facility that all we needed. Not that high but the view from the room is still good. Surabayaaaa what else you can see than cityview? Haha. Anyway, very recommended for those who like wide room and near from mall, foodcenter, and all you need.

I like all the staff there. Wonder how they keep all the staffs cheerful and smiling every day.Good job Marriot on your staffs. Mangers to Cleaner all carry good energy and beautiful smile. Staff got out of the ay to serve guests.Amazing. I stayed there for 4 days.Second time staying in Marriot.Will continue looking for Marriot ,any where I travel for work.I just felt the membership lounge should be open to all members regardless new or old member.Thank you.

Stayed one night in deluxe room. The room is big with a comfy big bed and great view to the river from the 11th floor. A hot shower, a separate sink in the room, a fridge, a desk to work, and a microwave. Curtains could be washed more to have a better view but i understand that is very difficult to take them away because the ceiling is pretty high. There is a swimming pool in the hotel also.

The hotel has a clean feel, staffs are efficient, friendly and helpful! We had Stephenjen check us in and was so helpful with our early check in and also sound us out about our booking as we had double booked by mistake; the Grand Kitchen breakfast had quite a nice selection of food for breakfast. The staffs were really friendly, efficient and hardworking! Special shout out to Ms Citra, who made us feel welcomed, Tri and Randi who were helpful and hardworking! Thank you for these lovely people who reflect the people and culture here - kind, respectful and service oriented.

Very nice stay, and friendly service. I spilled some food over my luggage and they went out of their way to help me clean it up. While the place seems a bit older, it is very well kept in shape. Breakfast choice was very good both for western and Asian food.

No communication and hand over on front desk team when I already advise earlier that I’m going to extend the stay another night. Still got reminder for check out from the staff.

Rooms were cleaned and provided early checkin Breakfast was very good and they provided us vegetarian breakfast as per our request.
