Amazing hotel for the price! Very new and clean. Great location in the older part of town with bus and train station within walking distance. Traditional shops selling dried goods nearby. Taichung park and Yizhong night street are just a few streets away. Self service coin operated laundry located behind the breakfast hall is very cheap and convenient.

I stayed at 85 Cape Inn in Kaohsiung for two nights and had an amazing experience. The staff offered warm and friendly service, and I was pleasantly upgraded upon arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. Its location is excellent, close to major attractions ( Dream mall, Night Market, Dome, Cijin Island,Dragon Tiger Temple)and convenient transport options (Green or Red MRT, Ferry Terminal).

The breakfast voucher is 60 yuan, which is very convenient! You can choose three, one of which is open 24 hours a day! The environment is clean, with plenty of sockets. The price is cheap. The only drawback seems to be that the sound insulation is not that good, everything else is good. Recommended 👍

Great location right outside Taichung Railway Station, with Taroko Mall just across the way. We were supposed to stay three nights, but due to the typhoon the hotel kindly let us extend without any hassle. Comfortable room, helpful staff, and very convenient overall. Highly recommend!

The exterior is old but the interior was recently innovated. For the price, it is a great value and I enjoyed my stay. I suppose my only gripe is that the sound insulation can be better but this is acceptable and quite common for hotels at this price. Staff is present at the counter 24/7 and they are friendly and helpful. The location is just a 6-minute walk from Sankung station. It is also near Miaokao Night Market and Renai Market, so it’s convenient to try out the local food.

Good: Location: Super close to the metro station exit. There are many local restaurants and shops nearby during the day, while at night, the district can be quiet with the nearest convenience store about 10mins walk away. Amenities: Good lounge area to chill out, with water dispenser and beverages. The breakfast is basic but good if you're on a budget. Bad: The locker in the shared dorm can only fit cabin-sized luggage. The sides of the bunk bed are quite dusty. The iron available at the lounge is broken. Overall, it's still a fuss-free place for a short stay.

The location is super convenient and accessible. Checkin and checkout were super easy and the room was cheap for a private room - it's considerably larger than it looks on the pictures! It's clean but not pristine and the mattress is comfty. I would have appreciated a bedframe but for that price and for two nights it was enough. Can definitely recommend.

The location is fantastic. It's right next to the Chiayi Wenhua Road Night Market and very close to Chiayi Train Station, which is extremely convenient if you're heading to Alishan the following day. I chose a Japanese-style room. It was well-equipped and even included disposable slippers. Overall, the place was very clean. Great value for money.

Breakfast has staple food, meat and vegetables, you can eat very full ❤️ Snacks are provided in the lobby in the afternoon. My mother likes sweet soup biscuits the most. I like sugar-free green tea. The best thing is that you can buy food from Yizhong Street and eat it in the lobby ❤️ The room is very comfortable 😌

Room was pretty spacious. My first rooom had smell in it and asked for a look, they asked us whether we want to move to another room or not. Good job!
