We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Very close to the port, but I was a bit worried about the environment before checking in. Actually, the whole experience was pretty good. Check-in was smooth, and the welcome amenities included practical items like earplugs, hair ties, and compressed disposable towels. They even sent welcome fruit when I checked in past 11 PM. The room's towels and bathrobes were individually packaged and sanitized, and there was a disposable toilet seat cover – really thoughtful details! The 24-hour Lawson downstairs was also very convenient. All in all, aside from the room being a bit small and the facilities not being super new, I'd still highly recommend it. Good value for money! 👍

Choosing the Spaceship Hotel truly exceeded our expectations, setting the bar high for family vacations! Upon entering the lobby, we were amazed by the giant submarine installation and the futuristic, sci-fi atmosphere. The interactive screens were incredibly fun, keeping our child excited throughout and fully immersed in a cosmic adventure. The hotel's location is superb, with direct access to the Spaceship Theme Park and walking distance to Ocean Kingdom. We could easily return to our room to rest whenever we got tired, saving us a lot of hassle. Plus, we enjoyed exclusive perks like early park entry and shorter lines, effectively doubling our play efficiency. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with a charming space-themed design perfect for kids. The thoughtful details were excellent, from comfortable bedding to expansive views. Some rooms even overlook the park, allowing us to soak in the lively atmosphere from our room at night. Dining was a highlight too. The buffet restaurant offered fresh ingredients and a wide variety of dishes, catering to both adults and children in a comfortable and well-organized setting. The infinity pool on the 28th floor was a definite bonus, offering panoramic views of the resort during the day and spectacular firework shows at night – perfect for photos. The service was attentive and efficient throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff were warm and polite, proactively offering luggage assistance and amenities for families with children. Everything, from the theme and location to the facilities and service, was impeccable. Both adults and children had a fantastic time, making it a perfect vacation experience. We highly recommend it to all families and will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Chimelong!

The location is fantastic, right by Qijiang Bridge, making it super convenient to walk to all the main attractions downtown. There are plenty of great food options nearby too. The hotel opened in 2024, so the facilities are well-maintained and still feel quite new. Atour's quality definitely shines through; it was a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness was good, and the shower had great water pressure. A small, pleasant surprise was when I went to do laundry in the morning and forgot to pick it up – when I opened my door later to leave, I found it had already been brought up and hung on the door. Excellent service! Highly recommend for both leisure and business trips to Zhongshan.

Service: The male receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional. The female staff member who took over after midnight was also very welcoming, though perhaps new, as her operations were a bit unfamiliar. However, her attitude was excellent, and she showed great emotional intelligence. Facilities: The amenities were well-suited for business travel, comprehensive and convenient. Hygiene: Excellent. Attention to detail was evident, and the room was cleaned very well even during an extended stay.

The location of the Hotel pretty close to the Market and have a plenty of Indian and Arabic restaurants, But there is no convenience store or coffee shops only you have to order by online. Room is pretty clean, as per the specifications zero pressure bed it’s so comfortable sleep , room is average really old , they provide toiletries, They have a Breakfast but I didn’t opt for it so I don’t have any comments on it, massage on the 4th floor is good, Gym is quite big and it’s good Overall I am pretty satisfied

The first time I stayed here, my friend booked it for me, and I had a great experience for one night. The airport pickup was very quick. Two days later, when I had an early morning flight, I decided to book this hotel myself again. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bedding was clean with no strange odors. The lady at the front desk was very kind; she asked for my flight time and called to remind me in advance when it was time for the airport drop-off. The main thing is how close it is to the airport – only 5 minutes from the hotel to T1. If you have a late arrival and early departure, this place is perfect! Oh, and there's a 24-hour place next door with a pig offal and meatball noodle soup that's absolutely delicious 😋

They also recommended Yin Kee Chang Fen for breakfast, which was great – by the time I got back to the hotel, my room was ready. They even gave me a welcome fruit platter. During my stay, there was a thunderstorm in Guangzhou for a trade show, and they lent me an umbrella (20 RMB deposit, which was refunded immediately upon return), which was super convenient for a business trip. Downstairs there are all sorts of great food options and snacks, and on the fifth floor of the hotel, you can enjoy authentic Cantonese dim sum, which is both delicious and affordable.

I checked in quite late at night, but the front desk staff was still very welcoming and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The lighting in the room was really comfortable, and even the hidden corners were spotlessly clean. When I needed extra drinking water and toiletries during my stay, they were delivered very quickly after a call. The service was responsive and flexible – definitely my top choice for accommodation. I wasn't familiar with the local roads, so the front desk even drew a simple map showing directions to the shopping area and bus station, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room hygiene is strictly controlled; the toilet, countertops, and mirrors were all free of water marks or stains, impeccably clean. The service was prompt, and they tried their best to meet reasonable requests, showing great adaptability. Overall, a fantastic experience.
