GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and elevator are all high-tech. The washing machine and dryer are also very fast. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The environment is great, with many food options nearby. Beijing Road Pedestrian Street is right downstairs. You can also see the Canton Tower in the distance. It's very close to Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, and Yongqing Fang. Service: The service was excellent. When we arrived to check in, we were able to do so immediately. They also provided complimentary juice, drinks, and snacks in the fridge, which my kids loved. They even proactively wished us a Happy New Year. Self-service healthy late-night snack: It was delicious and filling. Although not extravagant, it was a thoughtful gesture. Self-service happy afternoon tea set: Featured some unique and special desserts. 24h self-service freshly ground coffee: The coffee was authentic, delicious, and freshly ground.

GGuest UserThis trip, we stayed at Mehood Lestie Hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience – a well-deserved 5-star review! Staff Member 17 at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful service; check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient the whole time. When we asked about scenic spot routes and local food around, they answered patiently and even gave us detailed reminders, making us feel a warm sense of familiarity while traveling far from home. The hotel’s overall environment is wonderfully pleasant. The lobby is elegant and tidy, the corridors are quiet and peaceful, and the rooms have bright, transparent natural lighting with a simple yet cozy layout. As soon as we walked in, we let go of all the tiredness from the trip and felt totally relaxed staying here. Cleanliness is truly impeccable – it’s the most satisfying part! The rooms are spotless, the bed sheets and duvets are bright white and soft with a lovely texture, and the pillows and mattress are really comfortable too. The bathrooms are scrubbed clean, with no strange smells or standing water; every small detail like the sink and toilet is wiped spotless. The toiletries are individually packaged, so we used them with complete peace of mind. The facilities are all practical and thoughtful. The high-speed WiFi is super stable, with no buffering at all when streaming videos or checking travel guides. The air conditioner works perfectly for both heating and cooling, and the sound insulation in the rooms is excellent – we slept through the night without any outside disturbance at all. The cost-performance ratio is outstanding; there’s literally nothing to fault about the service, cleanliness, environment or facilities. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip, and we’ve already recommended it to our travel companions!

SSwedKiwi85Ibis offers a comfortable and very convenient stay within walking distance of 2 metro stations, Qifeng Park, and many restaurants. While the room could have been cleaned better, the comfort, facilities and service by the friendly receptionists more than made up for it. I particularly appreciated being able to do laundry onsite and getting directions and advice from the staff.

MM39695****I stayed at this hotel for my business trip to Guangzhou and overall, I found it to be great value for money. The subway station is right outside the entrance. The room was simple yet practical, with a smart layout and everything you'd need. The bedding was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and there was plenty of hot water, with good natural light. It was relatively quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The service was excellent; the front desk was efficient during check-in, and when I called for an extra pillow, it was delivered very quickly. Complimentary bottled water was provided daily. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. There are many snack shops and convenience stores nearby, and you can find dim sum right after turning right from the hotel entrance.

GGuest UserThe location is very close to Wanda Plaza, and there are many stalls for supper downstairs at night. The decoration is simple and elegant and warm, with white bedding, and the overall hygiene is clean and refreshing. The little brother at the front desk is warm and responsive. Service attitude is as good as ever. So that I have chosen to stay here many times. It is impeccable!

The Executive Suite's overall decor, service, and ambiance are all top-notch. The lounge offerings, from breakfast to happy hour, are consistently delicious and highly recommended. I particularly want to commend the entire butler team. Beyond simply responding promptly to guest requests, their proactive and enthusiastic approach truly elevated the experience. The welcome dessert, daily VIP fruit, beverages, and the special cake during the Chinese New Year's Eve were all wonderful touches, providing immense emotional value. I highly recommend experiencing the Executive Suites or higher at the Rosewood – it truly remains a unique establishment in Guangzhou. Looking forward to my next visit!

Many attractions are nearby, with popular spots like the Temple of the Six Banyan Trees and Beijing Road Pedestrian Street within walking distance. All your dining, drinking, and entertainment needs are covered. Well-Equipped Facilities, Thoughtful Details This is a loft-style guesthouse converted from an apartment, and the room facilities are comprehensive: - Basic amenities: Water heater, hairdryer, and water filter are all available. The integrated washer and dryer meet all laundry needs. - Daily convenience: There’s a private balcony for drying clothes, and the front desk provides ample bottled water daily. They also proactively ask about supply needs and deliver them promptly. Warm Service, Perfect Experience Although it was evening and unmanned when we checked in, the WeChat contact for the manager, which we had added in advance, proved crucial. The staff member responded quickly, personally guided us through check-in, and escorted us to our room. The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic throughout, always ready to answer questions. When we needed to change room types due to family needs during our stay, the front desk sister went above and beyond to coordinate and efficiently resolve the issue. We could also quickly pick up supplies directly from the reception after our outings, making the service experience exceed our expectations. Summary This stay far exceeded our expectations! The excellent location, comprehensive facilities, and thoughtful service made our trip both comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend this guesthouse for both family trips and friends traveling together!

WWoxinyipiaoThis was the most comfortable stay of our New Year trip. The hotel's Spring Festival decorations were exquisite and grand, and we felt the strong festive atmosphere as soon as we entered. The front desk had tangerines and candies, which was thoughtful and festive. The kids' club facilities were excellent, making it especially hassle-free to travel with children. Lumina's service was professional and attentive; she anticipated our needs and made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserClean room and the front desk gave me a free upgrade to a better room. The room features a nice projector TV, blackout curtains and very appreciated heated seat toilet with bidet. The location is overall great and feels local with good access to metro. The shared laundry machines were appreciated though the dryer is rather weak. Overall, I would stay here again and it was worth the money.

I really like the unique corridor design, and the breakfast is great – a good variety and quite filling. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the 11th floor on the 28th. She found my ID card holder that I'd lost in the hallway and returned it to me. While it wasn't valuable, it saved me a lot of hassle! It immediately made me feel a real connection to the hotel.
