Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality greatly enhanced my overall experience in Guangzhou. I am traveling with two young children and two elderly family members, so room size, comfort, and location are especially important to us. Thanks to her thoughtful support, we felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Great location, clean and comfortable room, and the metro is only a few minutes away. The room looked a bit more spacious in the photos and the hotel could use some renovation, but overall it was a good stay and I can still recommend it.

Very good hotel for business travelers. I am vegetarian and I had no trouble with the breakfast options. Metro station is about 800m walk. Hotel staff is friendly, Xiao Yan & Xiao Peng were very helpful

Very Good location right at Beijing Lu shopping street. Excellent services provided by Xiao Chai (Chai Yong), who is very accommodating and attentive in providing detailed information and help us planned our sightseeing daily during our 3 nights stay. We highly recommend to stay at Gionee Light Hotel for the location, very comfortable bed and fantastic services provided by Xiao Chai and his team. We will definitely be back to Gionee again!

Great locations for free and easy traveller, because the train stations are few mins away. Various of food ,restaurant and malls nearby. Walking distance to Beijing road. The room was spacious despite the water drainage of the shower room. The front desk are friendly. Will book this hotel again for next trip to Guang Zhou.

The hotel is close to markets which is good however the hotel only has ONE washing machine & ONE dryer which makes it very difficult for us to have our clothes washed. Every time you go up to wash there’s always someone washing their clothes & that is very inconvenient for such a huge and busy hotel. We had to take our washing to a private laundry.

A fantastic stay with its unbeatable location right in the heart of Dongmen. It’s just a short walk to the metro station (Laojie Station Exit F), making travel around the city incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is vibrant with endless local shopping options, food streets, and night markets, perfect for exploring authentic Shenzhen culture. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The property also features a well-equipped gym and a cozy reading corner, which adds a nice touch for those wanting to unwind. Ideal for both short and long stays.

Strategic location, only a few mins walk to Beijing Road, lots of food around the hotel. hotel staffs are friendly including the cleaner. spacious room, the only disadvantage is the lift need to share with others people in the building. Overall I’m happy with the stay

We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!

However, it should be noted that if you require an airport pick-up service, it is necessary to make an appointment with the hotel in advance. The most convenient channel for this is via the WeChat app. The most convenient meeting point is Terminal 1, Gate 12, the lane for small vehicles. This spot is authorized for vehicles to wait and pick up guests, ensuring a hassle-free experience in finding or waiting for the car. Additionally, the convenient proximity to restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel significantly enhanced the overall comfort.
