Had a fantastic stay at the Yingbin International Hotel! What really stood out was the warm and thoughtful welcome from the front desk staff, especially the lovely lady at reception. She made me feel truly at home from the moment I arrived. The shuttle service logistics staff were also incredibly considerate and helped me with my luggage. Thumbs up!

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, spacious, bright, and cozy – really great. It's also quite close to the airport, which is super convenient for catching flights. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour convenience store, so you can grab snacks anytime you're hungry. Plus, right next to it, there's a 24-hour noodle soup place that serves delicious food. I highly recommend checking it out!

Clean and the service was excellent, no complaints there. However, the soundproofing isn't great; I could hear everything my neighbors were doing when they woke up and got ready. And don't even get me started on the airplanes flying overhead. The location is convenient though, just a short walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of food and drink options downstairs. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs.

Fantastic location (very close to both Metro station and SEG Plaza. Literally on the doorstep of the electronics capital. Free laundry facilities on the roof (two washing machines, complimentary detergent and plenty of hanging space). Each room has its own router for WiFi. Inconceivable! Staff couldn't speak English, but that's what eSIMs/VPNs and Google Translate is for!

Amenities: The hotel provides a comprehensive range of amenities, including laundry detergent, body lotion, scissors, a sewing kit, a refrigerator, a safe, a multi-port charging cable, and even foot-soaking tubs (each with a dedicated disposable liner). It was incredibly relaxing to soak my feet after returning from Macau in the evening. Cleanliness: The room was exceptionally clean, with no strange odors or signs of mold. Given how humid it is here, this is truly commendable. Environment: The floor-to-ceiling window offers an unobstructed, expansive view of Gongbei Port and Macau. Despite this, the room was very quiet with no noise. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall with numerous restaurants and supermarkets, which is extremely convenient. Service: A concierge on the first floor pre-arranged everything with the hotel reception, guided us to the fifth floor, and helped with our luggage. Upon check-in, we received a welcome gift and fruit. They also provided recommendations for local attractions and dining spots.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

I specifically chose this hotel close to the airport because I had an early morning flight, and it exceeded my expectations. It's about a 12-minute drive from the hotel to the airport, which made getting around incredibly convenient and saved a lot of hassle. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but the surrounding area has plenty of amenities, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. The room was a decent size and impeccably clean, with no strange odors. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept very comfortably. The facilities were complete; the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all the toiletries were provided, making them easy to use. The hotel environment was quiet; I barely heard any noise at night, allowing me to get good rest. The staff were friendly, and check-in was efficient and quick, making the whole process smooth. This hotel offers excellent value for money and is perfect for anyone prioritizing travel efficiency and comfortable accommodation. I highly recommend it and give it a five-star rating!

XXianJennifer0510If you're looking for amazing views, you absolutely have to book this place – it's so high up! The scenery from the 41st floor is just breathtaking!!! The room size is also decent! It's a bit bigger than other City Notes. I could open two large suitcases and two small ones, plus there's a cozy little space with a table and chairs by the window for eating! The biggest perks of City Note: breakfast, free afternoon tea, and free late-night snacks, especially your fruit! I loved it! There's a washing machine, dryer, a very new and beautiful gym, a fridge (with free drinks), unlimited coffee, tea, and water, and even birthday decorations + cake service! The staff were also very proactive in helping us with all our questions. The Southern Vietnam Museum is right next door! There are lots of tourist attractions and great food nearby! The front desk will introduce them all to you, don't worry! The bustling Beijing Road is right across the street! It's really convenient! If you love scenic views, you definitely need to choose this branch! This is my second time staying at a City Note in China. Thank you for letting us check out late at 2 PM! And for the complimentary small gift! Thank you! We had such a happy trip. There's a parcel collection service here, so you can rest assured your packages won't go missing (they have a storage room). You can also store your luggage, and there's a public restroom and sofa. **For food delivery, from Monday to Friday, you'll need to go downstairs to pick it up before 6 PM; after 6 PM, they'll deliver it upstairs (remember to make a note). On weekends, the delivery service is available all day to the 41st-floor reception.

MMAOBEA stay to remember: The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen. Review of Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen Reviewed yesterday There are hotels you visit, and then there are hotels that leave an imprint on your soul. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

SSwedKiwi85Ibis offers a comfortable and very convenient stay within walking distance of 2 metro stations, Qifeng Park, and many restaurants. While the room could have been cleaned better, the comfort, facilities and service by the friendly receptionists more than made up for it. I particularly appreciated being able to do laundry onsite and getting directions and advice from the staff.

The hand towels were placed on the sink outside the bathroom, and the bath towels were even in the wardrobe near the window, far from the toilet, which was inconvenient. The showerhead couldn't be fixed in place, and the drainage was poor, so water would overflow into the bathroom during showers, leaving the entire toilet area wet. There was no full-length mirror. While the sink had a large mirror, it wasn't good for seeing your full body or even facial details, so those who need to do their makeup should really reconsider. The inner window offered no natural light, and the room lighting was very dim. There were too many switches, and because it was so dark, it took ages to figure out which switch was for what. The air conditioning was very ineffective. Guangzhou had a cold spell during my stay, and even with the AC on all night, it was still chilly. The laundry room was even worse; the dryer simply didn't dry clothes. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive either, and the stir-fried noodles, rice, and vegetables, which should have been hot, were all cold. However, the cleaning staff were all very nice and proactively asked if I needed anything. The front desk staff's attitude was acceptable, and they responded quickly. The price was inflated during the New Year's Day period, but even the regular prices aren't low. Frankly, the facilities don't justify the price.

CCaron-117Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped, with a complete range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, and restaurant. The lounge (requires separate purchase) also offers decent selections. Environment: Located in the core area of Zhujiang New Town, it offers panoramic views of the entire city center, and the scenery is quite good. Cleanliness: This time, the cleanliness was not up to par. There was a sticky residue in the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned. Service: The service was hard to describe. This is my second time at Rosewood. My first impression was that the overall service felt rather arrogant. This time, the service attitude seemed to have improved, but many procedures had issues. I arrived at 4:00 PM and there was no room available. They proactively offered complimentary access to the executive lounge, and I was only informed that the room was ready around 5 or 6 PM. After discovering the cleanliness issue, the handling was relatively prompt. They sent someone to clean, and the duty manager proactively offered a late checkout and complimentary champagne and desserts. The attitude towards resolving the issue was very good, but the fact that so many problems occurred in just one night reflects shortcomings in the overall service system. I hope they can comprehensively improve the quality of service to justify the price. It's worth noting that the Executive Deluxe River View Room no longer includes executive lounge access. The butler informed me that this benefit was removed due to low usage and now requires a separate purchase. However, I saw a video from a butler blogger this year that still showed this benefit being offered. I'm not sure if it was recently canceled, but the room price remains similar to before, so it seems consumers are bearing all the costs.

We arrived early morning and everything was ready . The room was clean , well ventilated and comfy . Bed was comfy and we had a good sleep . The reception was very helpful in guiding us towards guangdong cuisine and sites to see . The experience was so good we extended the stay and explored Guangzhou further . GGuest UserStaying at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an truly made me feel the essence of a century-old Marriott intertwined with the sophistication of urban Shenzhen. Marriott, founded in 1927, began as J. Willard Marriott's small root beer stand. With the founding principle of 'take care of your employees and they'll take care of your customers,' it has grown into a global hotel benchmark. As its flagship brand, JW Marriott perfectly embodies this dedication to craftsmanship and elegance. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Futian, just a short walk from Chegongmiao Metro Station, making transportation very convenient. The lobby boasts high ceilings and an elegant style, with luxurious details evident throughout. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, offering city views from floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom features a wet-dry separation with high-quality amenities. The recent renovation has made the space even more dynamic and thoughtful. The dining experience is excellent; the Marriott Chinese restaurant serves authentic Cantonese dim sum, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, from fresh juices to made-to-order hot dishes, catering to diverse tastes. Service is the soul of this establishment. A special thank you to Kiki Wang for her attentive assistance throughout, from booking to check-in. Her efficient, meticulous, and timely responses, coupled with her genuine care, made my trip feel incredibly warm. The staff are professional, polite, proactive, and thoughtful, perfectly upholding Mr. Marriott's legacy of hospitality. The 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool, and Quan Spa cater to both leisure and relaxation, making it suitable for business trips or vacations. With its century-long brand heritage, the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an offers a luxurious experience in a vibrant city. It truly embodies the essence of a high-end hotel through its facilities, service, and cultural depth. Every detail reflects careful thought, and every encounter is memorable. It's an unparalleled choice for a trip to Shenzhen, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel's cleanliness and quiet environment were truly impressive. I initially booked for only three nights, but then I realized it was super convenient to Shenzhen Bay Park, the Science Museum, OH Bay, and Window of the World. So, I extended my stay for another night in a twin room. 👍 The front desk staff in the lobby were attentive and enthusiastic, highly efficient, and quick to respond. Anything I needed was delivered by a robot within moments, which I really appreciated. Staying here was a fantastic experience!
