The property is perfect in terms of quality but accessibility it not convenient as you need to walk up several sets of stairs to enter the complex. Not ideal if you have heavy, cumbersome luggage. Having the facility to wash your clothes on site if a massive bonus and made it very convenient. Especially during my stay when it was hot, humid and severely raining. Overall I couldn’t not fault the location. Central to everything you want to see and do in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it if you on a budget or you don’t like busy crowds or you want to have a feel for local cuisine and lifestyle.

Centrally located. Good Customer service . Breakfast was just ok for foreigners, i think it is good for Chinese Travelers. Name plates of the food was not put properly. I wanted to have vegetables but ended up taking some pork or beef. I expect someone who can read and understand English to arrange the food Name plates. Communication is little time consuming as nobody speaks English and need translations. Other than that, very nice people abd service. I would come again but will not take Breakfast though 😁😁

Indoors, the hygiene is impeccably maintained; you won't find a single hair out of place. The staff are always available and incredibly diligent in their work. The room facilities are modern and stylish, and the air conditioning is silent, making for an incredibly comfortable stay.

It has direct access to the subway station, with multiple lines making getting around very convenient. The surrounding area is packed with shops and restaurants, so you can easily explore all sorts of food options right outside the station. It's perfect for a relaxing outing and trying different cuisines with friends. The value for money is excellent, definitely worth returning to. It's lively yet photo-worthy, and incredibly convenient for both travel and shopping.

Facilities: The hotel pool was great fun, especially since the weather was good. The kids absolutely loved it. Hygiene: Good. Ambiance: This time, I tried the buffet dinner. The selection was rich, and the desserts were quite good. However, the seafood replenishment wasn't sufficient; the crayfish, though not expensive, ran out very quickly. The lobster at the carving station tasted quite good, but it would have been even better to get a whole one. I bought a 3-day, 2-night package from Trip.com this time, which can be split up. I'll definitely come back to stay again during the summer holiday!

The front desk staff were very welcoming, the location is convenient, and the rooms are comfortable with strong air conditioning. The only minor issue was the showerhead; no matter how I adjusted it, the water spray hit my body quite hard. Just a few steps out, and you're on the pedestrian street. I would definitely choose to stay with Atour Group again next time. Since it was summer and I was sweating a lot without extra clothes, it was a lifesaver to have free laundry service. My clothes were hung on the door the next morning, which was incredibly thoughtful.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Huaqiang Electronic World and Metro Lines 2 and 7, and it's within a 10-minute walk to SEG Plaza and Metro Line 1. This allowed us to easily pop back to the hotel to rest and drop off our purchases. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel has some history, but all its facilities and rooms are well-maintained, and the service is incredibly efficient; they readily agreed to our late check-out request. Next time I'm in Huaqiangbei, this will definitely be my go-to hotel.
