Room amenities are great. Especially the toilet is a wonderful automatic service much better than in Japan. Always can enjoy free aroma coffeeand wine. Good location and many eateries around. Many shopping mall and shops within walking distance. Reception service quite ok. Overall is a perfect stay

This is a service apartment than a hotel. The apartment is a newly refurbished suite with large screen projector TV and comms unit in the lounge, kitchen, shower room and a washing machine in the balcony. Had a bit of difficulty finding the building as there is no signage outside and it’s not the photos shown on the website. The reception is located on the 6th floor, to get to the room, I had to walk to another block on the podium and take another lift to the relevant floor.

The hotel is located right next to Fumin station, literally 20 steps. The room was clean and on the cosy side - it would be quite cramped if you had lots of luggage however we were only staying one night and had very little belongings so it was perfect. The shower was hot and the bed was really comfortable especially the pillow (very good memory foam!) and bed sheets were silky soft. The hotel is non smoking and so were the rooms. There is also a hotpot restaurant on the second floor with great beef, and some noodle shops on the ground floor which we went to for breakfast/lunch. The staff also gifted a cute bottle of handcream upon checking out!

This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.

Surprisingly very good, one of the best hotels we stayed during our month long holiday in China. Clean and quiet room, the room is huge, not sure if we were given the upgrade or the same room we booked. It will be nice if they can provide coffee sachets in the room since there are tea and refreshment provided. The tumble dryer in the laundry room should be serviced as my 3 pair of jeans were still damp after 2 hours in the machine

Very good service actually, very apparent when you enter the hotel. Location is just next to metro, extremely convenient location. But ultimately it's really the service standards that's outstanding, the most outstanding in my whole trip from Guangzhou to shenzhen and Hong Kong. Excellent.

Very fun place and the staff were all so friendly providing top notch service. From the time u stepped into the resort till you leave the place you get friendly service and will be v well taken care of.

The environment in the hotel is cosy and comfortable. In addition, location is close to the Hong Kong custom, after having a nice time in Shenzhen maybe consider heading to Hong Kong and also. Enjoy your time and have a journey for whom decided to stay in this hotel.

Although it is a short 2 night stay, the warm hospitality at Meyo+ hotel shenzhen really made our first family trip to this city a very memorable one. We were deeply impressed by the impeccable service the team provided, from the genuine smile and the patience in sharing the nearest food and mall options, directions and always making sure our stay is comfortable and well taken care of. We enjoyed the lovely kind gestures especially from the front concierge and the restaurant staff as they were so prompt and thoughtful. Thank you to the team!

Hotel is conveniently located at Guangzhou East railway station & Metro, nice hotel amenities (e.g. free laundry washer/ dryer, tea set in room, robot delivery service). Hotel and room internal design was simple and nice (minimalistic design). Hotel breakfast choices are adequate. Down side is the the elevator is slow, cleaning service is not thorough and traffic in front of hotel is always heavy, making it inconvenient for DiDi service to drop off at the hotel front.

This was a snowboarding trip to Yung Ching, which is an indoor ski house, a very very big fridge with lots of fun. The location of this hostel is excellent and within 10 minutes walk across the road (under construction) will reach the centre, a definitely convenient locus and plenty of night entertainment around the tower 5. Breakfast is included at 16/F, where is front desk. If you are driving, don't forget to get free parking at the front desk staff.

Very close to Sunac Snow Park, the hotel will arrange for shuttle to go and come back. Breakfast spread was good. Not sure if it was low season when we went, but we had to take a buggy to another affiliate hotel nearby for breakfast because our hotel restaurant did not open. Unfortunately, the room we were given had bed bugs! Everyone woke up with bites. We informed the front desk, and the manager was apologetic and applied antiseptic and medicine to my daughter's bites. They changed our room and thankfully no more bites.

Location is excellent, way closer (3-5minutes walking distance) than I thought it would be going to RongChong mall. Room view was pretty looking at the mall and could see the airport from a distance. Service at the front was decent. Breakfast was included and it had a good diversity. Noodles and eggs can be ordered individually. However, gym room is kinda small with limited equipment. Overall, it was worth the money to choose this hotel comparing to the 3 stars hotels nearby.

Check in took quite abit of time as the staff seemed new. Room was clean & neat with simple amenities provided. There are Rubber slippers too. Free shuttle bus. Just need to arrange the time of pick up @ the counter. They will give us a call 10 mins prior to the pickup time. The driver drove fast & furious! Very fast ( ＜ 10min ) to reach the airport even though there were a couple of drop off & pick up @ other terminals

Stayed during canton fair & a week after. Total 2+ weeks. Here are my feedback: - location can get any better. With Shipaiqiao metro station just few steps away. Exit b on the right & exit A on the left. I usually take exit A through the mall next door if u don’t want to climb steps. - mall next door called one link mall. It has all that you need. From food, shopping, Starbucks & others. - malls: there are series of malls next to each other. Walk through one link mall exit on the other side to reach to the enormous Grandview mall. Across grandview mall you get the popular underground mall. Continue straight you get the Tianhe sports complex mall. - there are many eateries around & 711/ family mart - taxi drop is either at the side of the hotel or Main Street which is advantage to go around but not so much when you have lots of luggage. So it’s good to ask driver to drop you at the side with your luggage. Take note that when searching with the hotel address in didi taxi app, you will get many different hotel names but they all lead to the same. - there are two hotels in the same building . Grand rezee & Elchic which is the actual name of the hotel on the building. -cleanliness: its very good. You will see some Aging/ scratches on furniture & others but overall very good - staff are willing to help. I tend to ask them for help not in peak hours. I had few times when they don’t reply or not so helpful & usually when they are busy which was understandable. I asked them to extend my checkout to 6 pm for free since I stayed 2+ weeks but they didn’t accept. So I paid for it. - breakfast just ok if you are used to western breakfast but otherwise is good. - laundry room, drinking station at lobby & other facilities are really good. - communication is usually through WeChat with staff. So any request I needed, I’ll message them. That came very useful as I don’t speak Chinese. - I’m solo traveller & felt very safe in the area - room: not as big but adequate. Most importantly, clean. Stayed on the 18th floor & the view was great. Bed is very firm for me so I had to ask for additional blanket & slept on it. Finally, I would say, if this is in your budget. Don’t hesitate to book it. Esp if it’s your first time in Guangzhou. P.s. free shuttle bus to canton fair was not helpful as it goes out very early at 8 & 8:10 am (I think most booth weren’t ready until around 10. And the coming back was so late at 5:50/ 6 pm. The fair closes around 4+. And the bus parks at area D where the rest of other hotel buses were at area A. The walk from area a to D is very far. So A A during my stay I did not use the bus. I really hope the hotel improves the timing for next year. Perhaps one early & one late to accommodate not only the booth owners but also the fair visitors.

Every day I have to remind them about slippers and tissue. Cockroch seen in the room and they don't change your bedding until you request.

Great location very convenient, worth the price! And i got free room upgrade ! Midnight not easy to get cab if going to airport. Better booked earlier via trip! Overall i had good experience staying here !

The hotel location is very convenient. I booked Guasha Room on 29th floor, overseas the river and canton tower. The room view was amazing. The hotel is very near to Haizhu Square and walking distance to Beijing Lu. The Hotel staffs are very friendly and best service. I would come back and stay again next time.

I recently stayed at Pullman, which is located in the heart of the CBD, and it was a fantastic experience! The central location made it easy to explore the area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff, especially Sandy, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze and providing great recommendations for local attractions. The ambiance was welcoming, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both service and Christmas decor. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Zhuhai center!

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel for family with kids. We bought the package including admission to the Ice and Snow Sports City and Children playground. You can freely in and out during the complete stay. It is just walking distance within the resort. There are two swimming pool, one for kids and one for adult with nice view. Kids loves the say. The restaurant is not as nice, however, you can just go across the street to the big shopping mall with many restaurants and also a supermarket.

Excellent and professional staff services, extremely convenient location, very clean and tidy room with all the amenities you will need for free! Big space with wonderful view of Gongbei station! Definitely will come back again next time! Thank you so much for the great hospitality!!

Great location & wonderful breakfast. The south side room offers a great view of Macau. If the hotel had a gym, that would be perfect ~

Room was large and clean. Loved the bar that opened till 2am, bartender was super friendly and made the most amazing cocktails! Rita at front desk was friendly and helpful.

The location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

3D2N short stay in this hotel with two kids. Reception staff is nice and helpful, patiently explaining the hotel facilities and the malls. Special thank to staff Aurora, she is nice and kind! Location is 30-45 mins from HZM point, depending on traffic flow. Room is clean and spacious. Swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, are best for kids and the staff are also nice. The mall is under the hotel and so many options of restaurants and playrooms/game facilities available for kids. Would definitely return !
