KKTOur family of 8, including four seniors, absolutely loved this hotel. It's within walking distance to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and the Museum of the Nanyue King, with Dim Sum restaurants and a McDonald's right next door. The hotel is very new and clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and excellent facilities (gym, laundry room, and smart AI assistant 'Xiao Nuo' in the rooms). They also thoughtfully provide a delicious and extensive breakfast from 7 am to 12 pm, with an unbeatable view of Canton Tower from the 41st floor while you eat. There's also an exquisite afternoon tea (2 pm-5 pm) and late-night supper (8 pm-12 am), featuring comforting congee and soy milk, plus a 24-hour coffee machine. In the evenings, it even has a bar-like ambiance – we loved it! We also adored the fragrant toiletries, especially the shampoo and conditioner, which left our hair feeling so soft. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all incredibly thoughtful, enthusiastic, and friendly, making us feel so happy and cared for ☺️❤️. On Christmas Eve, the day we checked in, the hotel even thoughtfully prepared a Christmas gift box for us ❤️🥳🎄. We really appreciate the hotel's 'light luxury' style, and how it perfectly caters to the needs of guests across all age groups – it's fantastic! ❤️ We've already recommended it to friends and relatives visiting Guangzhou next year 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

2270990****Staying at Meihau Lizhi was incredibly lucky and filled me with happiness! I was so lucky to stay at the Meihau Lizhi hotel this time! When I checked in, the staff, knowing there were plenty of rooms, proactively upgraded me to a suite. This unexpected surprise instantly elevated my trip! The suite was spacious and bright with excellent natural light. The decor was elegant yet cozy, with no feeling of being cramped at all. It was incredibly comfortable for both rest and relaxation. In terms of cleanliness, it was impeccable. There wasn't a speck of dust in the room, the bedding was pristine and soft, carrying the clean scent of sunshine. The bathroom had a thorough wet/dry separation, and even the corners were spotless, making me feel completely at ease. The facilities were comprehensive: high-speed Wi-Fi, stable hot water, and a smart lighting control system all worked perfectly. The sofa and bed were supremely comfortable; I could just lie down and shed all my fatigue. The biggest surprise was the toiletries! The variety was incredibly comprehensive, and they even included Qiu (a brand), with a subtle, healing botanical scent. After washing, my hair felt smooth and not dry, and after showering, my whole body smelled wonderful. The fragrance was long-lasting yet not overpowering, truly high-end hotel quality. The service throughout was exceptionally attentive. The staff were warm and thoughtful, responding quickly to any requests. They didn't intrude but made me feel cared for at every turn. From cleanliness and ambiance to facilities and service, everything exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

GGuest UserReview for Ibis Hotel: The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

This hotel was quite mediocre, and I stayed there for three days during the New Year's Day holiday. The hygiene was subpar; you could see old, yellowish stains in the corners of the shower. The hand towels were placed on the sink outside the bathroom, and the bath towels were even in the wardrobe near the window, far from the toilet, which was inconvenient. The showerhead couldn't be fixed in place, and the drainage was poor, so water would overflow into the bathroom during showers, leaving the entire toilet area wet. There was no full-length mirror. While the sink had a large mirror, it wasn't good for seeing your full body or even facial details, so those who need to do their makeup should really reconsider. The inner window offered no natural light, and the room lighting was very dim. There were too many switches, and because it was so dark, it took ages to figure out which switch was for what. The air conditioning was very ineffective. Guangzhou had a cold spell during my stay, and even with the AC on all night, it was still chilly. The laundry room was even worse; the dryer simply didn't dry clothes. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive either, and the stir-fried noodles, rice, and vegetables, which should have been hot, were all cold. However, the cleaning staff were all very nice and proactively asked if I needed anything. The front desk staff's attitude was acceptable, and they responded quickly. The price was inflated during the New Year's Day period, but even the regular prices aren't low. Frankly, the facilities don't justify the price.

AAnonymous UserI visited with my two kids for a weekend. The lobby is on the 95th floor, and the service at the front desk and in the corridors was excellent, especially the concierge. My friend arrived earlier and was checking in upstairs. I pulled up to the hotel entrance with my younger child, and a polite young man from the concierge team immediately helped me with my luggage without me even having to get out of the car. My friend's family could then come down and head out for afternoon tea, which was incredibly convenient and efficient. I heard that the windows with a side view of Canton Tower are quite small, and since we were going to the 107th floor for drinks in the evening, I opted for a room with a large window facing IFC, where we enjoyed the sunset 🌅. Compared to my friend's family of three who stayed in a Rosewood Residence apartment suite, the apartment had a better view and, because the room was larger, offered a panoramic vista. However, apartment guests have breakfast on a different floor than hotel guests, though they can pay extra to eat the hotel breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was exquisite, but I do have to complain about the server that day. After we had already gotten our food, it took quite a while for her to bring us the menu to order dishes like eggs Benedict and waffles. And she served later-arriving guests before us. Since I was alone with two kids, I initially forgot about it, but by the time the menu came, the kids were already full and couldn't eat anything else from it. This was the only disappointing part of our stay. The breakfast server had a cold demeanor and wasn't very welcoming. I would have given full marks for service otherwise, but she definitely cost a point. Besides noodles and congee, there were also dumplings, which the kids loved. I personally thought their congee and noodles were particularly delicious – perhaps I drank a bit too much the night before 😄. The swimming pool was not crowded and had three separate areas. The service there was also very enthusiastic, and the children had a wonderful time. During check-in, the housekeeper on our floor was exceptionally thoughtful. She proactively brought extra towels, bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrushes, whereas at other hotels, you usually have to call to request these. She even asked if I needed anything else – a big thumbs up for her! Once the kids were asleep in the evening, my girlfriend and her husband and I enjoyed listening to music and having a few drinks and a chat on the 107th floor. This rare opportunity for drinks was precisely why we chose the Rosewood and why it's the perfect choice when traveling with kids 😄.

It felt a bit like a homestay, complete with a fridge and a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient for us marathon runners since we had so many clothes to wash after the race. They have family rooms, and the price is actually more affordable than a standard room at most other places. It's also very close to the subway station, making it easy to get to the competition early in the morning. Popular attractions like Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Guangxiao Temple are within walking distance. If you don't want to venture far, there are plenty of dining options downstairs. Uncle Jiu's Roast Goose at the alley entrance offers various simple yet tasty meals, and just around the corner on Jiefang Middle Road, next to the Hui Min School, there's a breakfast spot with a wide selection. Here’s a tip for getting to the hotel from the subway station: Head towards Exit A of the subway station and enter the underground shopping street. Find 'Street 7', walk straight to the end, and take elevator #6 up to the 18th floor. Exit the elevator, cross the garden, and you'll find the hotel's front desk. If you still can't find it, just give the hotel a call. When I called for directions, the lady at the front desk said, 'You've worked hard,' which was so warm and welcoming. P.S. First of all, the room itself was exceptionally comfortable. From the moment I walked in, everything—from the bedding and lighting to the layout and overall ambience—made it easy to relax. The room was clearly very well maintained, with no signs of wear or aging. The décor felt modern yet warm, and the attention to upkeep was evident in every detail, from the furniture to the bathroom facilities. Returning to the room each day felt comforting and familiar, which is something not every hotel can achieve. At check-in, there was a short wait for the room due to availability, but the experience was handled extremely well. A Guest Relation Specialist proactively approached me, kindly checked in on my situation, and thoughtfully added me on WeChat so that assistance would always be easily accessible. From that point onward, communication became seamless. Whether I had questions, requests, or needed help at any time during my stay, support was always just a message away, with quick and attentive responses that made me feel truly cared for. I would especially like to thank Loyalty Manager Mr. Cao for arranging a room upgrade. The upgraded room offered more space and a better overall experience, which elevated my stay significantly. This gesture made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest, rather than just another reservation. Although there was construction nearby during my stay, the hotel’s sound insulation was excellent. Noise never became an issue, and my rest was completely undisturbed. Both nights were quiet and restful, and I slept extremely well—something I truly appreciated. In the afternoon, the Guest Relations team kindly assisted in arranging the JW Christmas–themed afternoon tea. The presentation, quality, and festive atmosphere were outstanding. It was clear that great care had gone into the experience, and it added a wonderful sense of occasion to my stay. This was definitely a highlight and deserves high praise. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Traveling to the airport in the morning was incredibly convenient, saving both time and stress. At the same time, the hotel is not far from Xiangmi Lake Park, making it equally suitable for leisure walks and relaxation. Whether for business or leisure, the location truly feels ideal. In the evening, based on a recommendation from the Guest Relations team, I visited the bar on the fourth floor—and I’m very glad I did. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially under the moonlight, creating a calm and romantic setting that made the night feel special. I highly recommend the Moscow Mule there—it was perfectly balanced, refreshing, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. Another thoughtful touch was the arrangement of a late check-out by the Guest Relations team. This allowed me to rest a bit longer and enjoy the morning without feeling rushed, which made a big difference before departure. Breakfast was also very impressive. The selection was extensive and well organized. Even though the restaurant was busy, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, with clear flow and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In addition, food deliveries were conveniently handled by service robots, which was both efficient and fun, adding a modern and thoughtful touch to the stay. Overall, this hotel excels not only in facilities, but also in service quality and attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
