Chose the hotel due to the river view from the room. However, check-in experience was disappointing . Staff came across as inexperienced and arrogant. Front desk tone unfriendly and annoyed when she could not find the booking in the system, stating they were fully booked and did not offer any solutions, despite being shown the hotel booking confirmation. Finally resolved when another colleague assisted. No apology for the delay after.

Great location, walking distance to the shopping mall. Room is clean. Breakfast is nice and many choice. The staffs are very helpful.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

Facilities: The facilities are complete and have everything you need. Hygiene: The toilet is clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Environment: It is a five-minute walk from Changchun Station, very convenient. Service: The staff's service attitude is very good.

The weather was more than 20 degrees below zero, but the hotel was warm, the service staff was also very enthusiastic, the driver was available at any time, and the hotel was very close to the airport, which could be reached in a few minutes. Our 4 nights stay at this hotel is definitely the highlight of our Changbaishan trip. We had minimal planning for our trip here knowing that the hotel could take care of almost everything. The snowy weather makes this place looks very magical with the decoration too! Things I really like about this hotel: 1. The pickup from Changbaishan train station to hotel, notify the hotel a day before arrival 2. Unlimited access to natural hot spring, both outdoor and indoor. 3. Fast pass to Changbaishan Tianchi (peak) by skipping the queue. The hotel is just few hundred meters away from Changbaishan entrance 4. Ski ticket and transport to the nearest Ski Resort 5. Great variety for breakfast 6. Clean and spacious room 7. An assigned butler(张永萍)to us to help with all our needs during our trip and stay in CBS 8. Recommended driver from the hotel to bring us around Erdaobai town, very friendly driver and reasonable charges Things to improve: 1. Choice of meals for room service can be improved 2. There’s a Food Hall for hotel guests to go for lunch and dinner since the hotel is quite some distance from the town. Meals are quite costly in exchange for convenience

The overall feeling is pretty good. The hotel service staff are of good quality and well-organized. The front desk is welcoming and the breakfast is rich. Front office manager Ma Xin attaches great importance to the guest's experience and will promptly return visits after leaving the store. It is recommended to add a pack of sugar-free coffee to the bar in the room. Most hotels have it, and sometimes there is also a capsule coffee machine.

Walking distance from Shuishang Shichang, Xi Shichang, and Yanji Park. The staff were attentive and helpful, giving local recommendations for food. The room was clean and well appointed- having the tatami gave us lots of space to relax and eat! Thoroughly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Yanji!

I came here yesterday with my friend, Yu Yue. This place has a nice and cozy feeling to it. When you enter into the building, there’s a nice aroma. As soon as I entered through the door, I enjoyed the decor of the room, the bed and the lights. The bathroom also look tight but clean, like- a sleek look.

The rooms of the State Guesthouse in 1960 are still clean and tidy. It is a veritable garden-style hotel with very good privacy and a great living experience! The environment is sophisticated and high-end, parking is convenient, and the service is first-class. The filming location of ”The World” is beautiful, with flowers in full bloom and classic check-in spots that make people linger. I will consider staying here next time I come to Changchun.
