Longjing is a city very close to Yanji. We drove so it was very convenient to take a taxi to Yanji. The service staff was very enthusiastic, especially the security guard at the door. The hot spring is open from 9 am to 9 pm, but we only go to the hot spring as soon as it opens. The water temperature and the temperature of the children's pool are relatively suitable. We came back from playing one night and wanted to soak in the water to relieve fatigue. The children also wanted to play on the water slide. The water temperature inside was no longer up to the temperature of the water temperature reminder sign. Some pools have begun to be cleaned and the water is not circulating. The water in the children's pool is also very cold and can't play for long. The design of the book bar on the second floor of the hot spring is very good. There is no reason to get up early. If you have a car, you can go to the foot of the mountain to eat soup and rice. It is delicious. There is also a beer house not far from the hotel. It is delicious. I ate it for two consecutive days. The quantity is large and delicious. The hotel cleaning staff is enthusiastic, but there should be no service to change the sheets and quilts when cleaning the room every day. The overall hotel is good and the price is appropriate. Improvements in details will make the hotel better. Longjing is very good and I got to know a new city.

Chose the hotel due to the river view from the room. However, check-in experience was disappointing . Staff came across as inexperienced and arrogant. Front desk tone unfriendly and annoyed when she could not find the booking in the system, stating they were fully booked and did not offer any solutions, despite being shown the hotel booking confirmation. Finally resolved when another colleague assisted. No apology for the delay after.

We decided to stay another night and it was a really good decision! Talked to Helen He, at the front desk, her English is very good, she upgraded our room for free and was very kind. The room is clean and big with an amazing view with beautiful green pine trees. The breakfast was included and it was really good, delicious coffee and pastry, with a variety of Chinese and Western food choose.

A very satisfying stay, Facilities: Very good, the whole house is smart Hygiene: Not ordinary clean, there is free water! The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas! Environment: The store environment is elegant, Service: The quality of all the staff is extremely high. The only thing missing was that the TV remote control ran out of power at night. The aunt who came was not professional at all and was not willing to solve the problem. Later, she replaced the remote control and it was fine! Generally speaking, it is not easy to have such a perfect hotel in a remote town!

The hotel is new and is of good standard. The room size is good for family. The toiletries are good quality - Peter Thomas Roth branding. The TV in the room enable you to monitor the availability of the washing machine and dryer as well as the remaining time left for the free washing/drying. As we were rushing off to the market in the morning , we were given takeaway boxes to takeaway our included breakfast . The breakfast spread is great ! Overall it’s a pleasant stay . The only downside is that the room was a bit stuffy but I was told that’s because the heater facilities is good !

Four-star standard, convenient transportation, good scenery, complete facilities, carpets, various cups, high quality supplies, comfortable bedding, and good service. The fly in the ointment is to imagine that the old state-run hotel does not have self-service laundry, and there is paid laundry.

Amazing hotel! Korean style from decor, staff dress, paintings and hotel room. Very enjoyable stay, wish we were here for longer! The front desk was very helpful - gave us extra water. Room was on smaller side but did not feel small - smart room felt luxurious. Very clean. Shower has temperature button to set temperature. Also has air diffuser! Breakfast was very good, wide selection of Korean and Chinese cuisine. Also caters for westerners tastebuds. I will stay here again if I am in Yanji, love love love this hotel! One of the best decorated hotels I have stayed in and very affordable.

Good location as it is situated just next to the 西市产 and very near to 人民公园 which have so much activities at night. Plenty of food eateries around and the taxi stand is just outside the hotel. Very convenient to go to train station which cost around 20-22 Yuen very modern hotel and smart , clean ,and friendly.

Walking distance from Shuishang Shichang, Xi Shichang, and Yanji Park. The staff were attentive and helpful, giving local recommendations for food. The room was clean and well appointed- having the tatami gave us lots of space to relax and eat! Thoroughly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Yanji!

A very modern single-family villa hotel with everything you need, good service, and a dedicated butler to meet all your needs. There is also a dining bar at the front desk where you can have snacks, etc. It is close to the ski resort and can be picked up by a special car. Check-in was quick. The room was comfortable and clean. The price was reasonable. I will come back next time!
