The room even comes with binoculars, so you can gaze at Sinuiju across the river, and the Workers' Palace is right there too – perfect for striking a 'leader's speech' pose! 😉

The hotel is conveniently located on Renmin Road in the city center, making it incredibly easy to get around for business. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a wonderful ambiance; the subtle, healing fragrance instantly washed away the fatigue of my long journey. The quality of this established five-star hotel is truly evident. It's always my first choice for business trips, and this time, I particularly want to commend Lisa. She is incredibly meticulous and reliable. She proactively communicated with me about my check-in preferences, and knowing I was on a business trip, she specifically helped me reserve a quiet room not facing the street, so I wouldn't be disturbed at night or during the day while working. During check-in, she was patient and thorough throughout, making the process quick and efficient. She remembered my invoice details and prepared the invoice for me in advance. Knowing I still had work to deal with during my trip, Lisa frequently checked in on my stay, which was very thoughtful. She would proactively replenish drinking water and toiletries. Lisa not only made excellent arrangements beforehand, but also patiently helped resolve any issues I had during my stay, promptly and with a gentle attitude, never being perfunctory. I was feeling a bit tired and unwell, which is common when traveling for business, and Lisa promptly checked on me and brought hot honey water and fruit. It was truly a lifesaver and made me feel incredibly warm. Thanks to Lisa's attentive arrangements, combined with the hotel's excellent environment and service, my entire stay was exceptionally comfortable and worry-free. My biggest thanks go to Lisa; she considered every detail and was so thoughtful and meticulous, truly putting herself in the guest's shoes. The next time I come to Dalian for business, I will undoubtedly choose Shangri-La Dalian again!

I booked a double room, but it reeked of smoke. They graciously upgraded me to a double suite for free, which was fantastic and made for a great experience. Housekeeping cleaned daily and it was very clean. The only minor issue was that the windows, possibly for safety on the higher floors, couldn't be opened without a cleaner's assistance. The breakfast was excellent, especially for a four-star hotel. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I requested a change of pillows because the one for my child was too soft, and they promptly brought a buckwheat pillow. The room was spacious and soundproofing was decent. The hotel is conveniently located near Taiyuan Street, with plenty of great food options and shopping. Despite the crowds during the May Day holiday, I highly recommend staying here.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I've stayed many times, and the rooms are always spotlessly clean, with all the toiletries you could need perfectly stocked. If you need anything, just let the front desk know, and they'll sort it out for you immediately. There's free parking on both sides of the hotel, and it's conveniently located close to all the main attractions. Taxis are also very quick to pick up from here.

Shangri-La is my top choice for a vacation, a world away from business hotels and the daily grind. It truly feels like a getaway. The location is excellent, with direct access to MixC Mall from B2, and the metro station isn't far either. The service is superb; the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to guide you to the elevators or restaurant. The Horizon Club inclusion of afternoon tea and a light dinner in the evening was a pleasant surprise, and the view of Youth Park from the 30th floor is quite nice. Breakfast is also very rich, offering a great selection of local specialties, Western, and Chinese dishes.

Excellent! Absolutely fantastic! The owner is incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and provides wonderful service! When I arrived downstairs, even though there was an elevator, I called him and he immediately came down to help me carry my luggage upstairs. The hotel is newly renovated and just opened, so all the facilities inside are brand new and smart, including a smart toilet and smart electric curtains. The bedding is very clean. The transportation is convenient; it's only a 5-minute walk to the train station, and the bus stop is also nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. Overall, it's great in every aspect.

This is my go-to choice when catching the high-speed train! It's unbelievably close to Shenyang North Station, so you never have to worry about being late. Downstairs, there's a Luckin Coffee and a convenience store, so grabbing water or snacks is super easy. The biggest surprise was being within walking distance of Huigong Night Market – it was awesome to go for skewers and drinks in the evening. The front desk staff member was incredibly helpful; he saw I had a lot of luggage and offered to assist, and even patiently explained directions to nearby places. That kind of warmth really made my day. It's walking distance from Shenyang North Station, and there's a Luckin Coffee and convenience store right downstairs for grabbing coffee in the morning.

Very good. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The breakfast had a great variety, but what really stood out was the warm and helpful service from the front desk. My hand was cut, and the staff at the front desk helped me treat the wound, which I really appreciated.
