On the first day, I asked the housekeeping staff for two extra bottles of water, and the next day, they proactively left four, which was very thoughtful. The location is excellent, with views of Broken Bridge and Friendship Bridge from the room.

The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

No matter what I asked for, they responded immediately and resolved it – truly going above and beyond. The room was spacious and bright, and opening the window revealed a serene view of the Malan River. It was peaceful and quiet despite being in a bustling area, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! Amenities: Warm drinks, freshly ground coffee.

The front desk service at Shenyang Zhongjie Dashuaifu Hotel is excellent. There's even a robot that delivers takeaways! The free underground parking is super convenient. From the 26th-floor observation deck, you can enjoy night views of the Forbidden City. It's only a 5-minute walk to the subway station and about 15 minutes to the Forbidden City and major department stores. I'd definitely stay here again, especially since the front desk service is fantastic and they offer unlimited free bottled water. I'm incredibly satisfied and will certainly be back next time. It's located right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the subway, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

This is a designer hotel, definitely from the master's pen. I don't know if the Achilles and Achilles are a design team. The hotel is good everywhere. This service is difficult to say. Maybe the northerners have a strong personality. Such a luxurious hotel has no service. It's a pity for this store. From check-in to check-out, I felt respected and cared for the entire time. The hotel boasts an excellent location, complete facilities, and clean, comfortable rooms, but Alisa's service was truly the biggest highlight. She exemplified Hilton's hospitality with her professionalism and sincerity, making my trip to Shenyang exceptionally pleasant. On New Year's Eve, December 31st, compared to other hotels that were drastically raising their prices, this hotel was very affordable and offered great value for money. The staff were all excellent. Definitely worth every penny! Thumbs up!

The front desk staff are all warm, polite, and helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. I'll definitely be recommending this place to any friends or family visiting Shenyang in the future.
