The hotel's location is great, very convenient for transportation. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, making for a really good experience. The room was spotless and came with complimentary water and tea bags. The night view of the Yalu River Broken Bridge from here is beautiful. The front desk staff were truly very warm and friendly.

For 70 yuan, you can't find a single fault with this hotel. I stayed for three consecutive days, and every morning after I left, the cleaning staff tidied up the room and replenished the mineral water. I slept soundly and went out to explore again the next day. For a solo traveler, the value for money is absolutely unbeatable.

Top-notch service at Xihou! Seriously, Xihou is the hotel with the best service I've ever stayed at. The front desk is staffed 24/7, so service is available at all times. Every time I check in, the front desk staff greets me with a warm smile, making me feel valued and respected. Even though the room rate isn't high, the service is truly exceptional. Their genuine enthusiasm is so comforting. Whenever I ask the front desk to help with the TV or bring something to my room, they are always incredibly polite and even follow up by asking if I need anything else. Their attentiveness is so impressive that I feel compelled to stay here. Kudos to their amazing service!

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

Every detail made me feel truly welcome and at home.

The front desk service at Shenyang Zhongjie University Mansion Hotel was excellent. They even have a robot to deliver takeout orders directly to your room! The free underground parking was a huge convenience. From the 26th-floor observation deck, you can see the Forbidden City, which is a nice bonus and makes the hotel good value for money. It's only a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and the Fuguo Building is about 15 minutes away. I'd definitely come back again. They also have a washing machine and dryer available for guests. The location is absolutely fantastic, and the service was super efficient. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The room gets a lot of sun, which is great, and the water pressure was consistent. It's a nice spot for photos too. The hotel has a modern, new-city style decor. I was really happy with everything and would happily return. Plus, right outside the hotel is a century-old dumpling restaurant, easily accessible on foot!

This is a designer hotel, definitely from the master's pen. I don't know if the Achilles and Achilles are a design team. The hotel is good everywhere. This service is difficult to say. Maybe the northerners have a strong personality. Such a luxurious hotel has no service. It's a pity for this store. The design is so good, the room is big enough, the park is very exquisite, and the porridge at night is also very good. It can be said that the boss is very attentive and the team is very pulling. It's a pity! In fact, I came to Jinzhou for this store.

During my recent stay, I wasn't feeling well and had limited mobility, so I reached out to her just to see if she could help. Alisa was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive throughout. Without a moment's hesitation, she proactively offered to pick up my takeout from the hotel entrance and even delivered it right to my room. Her attention to detail was exceptional! She not only solved my immediate problem but also made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. Her professionalism and genuine care were truly touching, and I feel so lucky to have experienced such amazing service during the Chinese New Year of the Horse. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'll definitely choose Hilton Shimao again, and I'll be looking for Alisa!

On New Year's Eve, December 31st, compared to other hotels that were drastically raising their prices, this hotel was very affordable and offered great value for money. The staff were all excellent. Definitely worth every penny! Thumbs up!

The surrounding area is very lively, and Zhongjie subway station is right next door. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows. Service: The front desk staff were very patient and thoughtful, granting me a late check-out as requested. Breakfast was excellent.
