Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room.

As soon as I entered the hotel, the handsome concierge helped me carry my luggage, showed me the way enthusiastically, and told me where to eat and where to have fun. It felt like an old friend who hadn't seen me for many years. The check-in at the front desk was also very smooth, and they helped me arrange a quiet non-smoking room. It was very considerate and the service exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the big bathtub was perfect. It was so comfortable to take a hot bath at night. I fell asleep quickly. It snowed in Fushun, and the snow scene was so beautiful. The facilities in the hotel are also very complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. I went swimming a few laps when I had nothing to do, and it felt very refreshing. The location is also good. There are shopping malls and snack streets outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Speaking of food, the breakfast is so rich that it makes people dazzled. There are all kinds of Chinese and Western food, especially the bread and desserts are great. The experience is very good, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely high. It is worth the money and recommended.

This stay was a far cry from my visit in March this year. Both times, I booked Executive Club rooms primarily for the lounge access to relax. 1. **High Deposit**: For a three-day stay, they charged a 6500 RMB deposit. I found it quite high and double-checked, but the front desk staff was unhelpful and curt, simply stating it was hotel policy. 2. **Insufficient Water**: On the day of check-in, there were only three 350ml bottles of water. By 6 PM, I ran out and had to resort to drinking tap water from the bathroom. When I returned in the afternoon, the water situation hadn't improved, so I called housekeeping, and they brought two 500ml bottles. The next day, it was the same story! I even had my cold and fever medication laid out in the room, yet the staff didn't think to simply provide more water, like six bottles straight away? 3. **Slippers**: Yes, when I came back on the second day, I needed new slippers because the ones from the first day were completely soaked after our shower, but no fresh slippers were provided by housekeeping. 4. **The Embarrassing Afternoon**: On my third day, I decided to extend my stay for another night. I informed the front desk about this at 2 PM that afternoon. What followed was a truly embarrassing and frustrating afternoon. I explicitly told the front desk that I had a cold and a fever, needed rest, didn't want any fruit or anything, and just wanted to sleep. That afternoon, housekeeping staff brought water, slippers, and fruit in three separate trips. I was running a fever and desperately wanted to sleep, but I had to keep getting up to answer the door! I then realized I hadn't pressed the 'Do Not Disturb' button (not blaming the staff, but I had already clearly told the front desk I didn't want fruit and just wanted to sleep), so I immediately activated DND. At 5 PM, I thought I could finally get some sleep. The moment I drifted off, the front desk called, asking if I wanted to check out, extend my stay, or refresh my key card, etc. (Don't your systems track this?!). At that point, I just wanted to go home!!! The Front Office Manager's approach to resolving the issue was quite subjective. During dinner at the restaurant, I was given a hotel cartoon mascot as a 'solution.' When she called, she did express apologies for these issues and offered me a discount of just over 150 RMB (which I believe was the difference for the executive lounge when I mistakenly extended to a different room type for the fourth night). She clearly had no idea about the embarrassing experience I had that afternoon. The next morning, still running a fever, I had to listen to her lecture me. That's when I decided to write my first truly serious negative review! I hope the hotel ensures they always have enough water and slippers ready! What's the point of charging such a high deposit?

Hotel near Guanmenshan Scenic Area,Benxi County 18% of visitors choose this area
QQimiaodedengta 2025.07.09
The purpose of this trip to Benxi was twofold: Firstly, to take my seventy-year-old parents back to Benxi Water Caves, revisiting a place from their vibrant youth and reliving those passionate memories. Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life. **Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.) **First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.) Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once: * **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite. * **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that. * **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway! * **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation. * **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. There were also plenty of unlimited fruits and snacks, perfect for quenching thirst and cooling down. * **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety. I prefer strong flavors in the morning and enjoyed a generous amount of boiled shrimp, baked beans in tomato sauce, Italian beef brisket, bacon, and homemade yogurt. For those who prefer lighter options, the traditional Chinese breakfast choices were truly dazzling. **A Side Note:** At 4:27 AM, I leaned by the hot spring pool in my room. The water temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius, exactly half a degree higher than my body temperature – just enough to help my tense nerves loosen their first button. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Perfect Score | Amazing Family Trip to Shangri-La Dalian ✨ Staying in the children's themed room at Shangri-La Dalian with my little one was an absolute blast; the whole family was super satisfied! The room decor was full of childlike fun, the cartoon theme really hit the spot for the kids, and exclusive children's amenities and small toys were all readily available. The attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful. My child shrieked with joy upon entering the room, making it completely stress-free for mom! The hotel's children's play facilities are incredibly rich, and my little one had a blast, burning off energy all day, which was super convenient! Adults can also relax well. The heated pool's water quality is excellent, and the hot tub is comfortable and relieving. We enjoyed both swimming and soaking, feeling incredibly happy 💦 Special mention for the heartwarming service! A big thank you to the lovely Yina for her warm and attentive service throughout, she was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Also, the housekeeping auntie kept our room spotless and tidy; her service was meticulous and caring. You can feel Shangri-La's dedication everywhere ❤️ The location is excellent, the family-friendly facilities are top-notch, and the five-star quality lives up to its reputation. Next time we visit Dalian with the kids, we'll definitely choose this place again!

As the only Four Seasons hotel currently in Northeast China, the Dalian Four Seasons truly lives up to its 'super five-star' reputation in terms of class and service standards. A taxi ride from Dalian North Station to the hotel takes about twenty minutes, which is very convenient. The hotel lobby features the Carrot Café, where ordering a coffee gets you a cute carrot 🥕 pin. It's adorable! ☺️ Check-in requires guests to take an elevator from the lobby up to the front desk on the 41st floor. After checking in, you'll switch to a different guest room elevator 🛗 to reach your floor. Guests who prefer not to transfer elevators should be aware of this! ‼️ Currently, upon check-in, each guest receives a 150 RMB voucher for the buffet dinner. The official price is 488 RMB per person, making the discounted price 338 RMB per person. Children aged 6 and above pay half price, which is 244 RMB per child. The dinner buffet is seafood-focused and includes drinks. Wines available are Australian Shiraz, Chardonnay, and sparkling wine, along with both local and imported beers. Each diner receives limited servings of delicacies like sea cucumber and spicy crab, plus unlimited oysters, scallops, and more. Overall, for a five-star hotel buffet dinner, it's pretty good. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, and the gym facilities are very well-equipped. A special thank you to team members Jason, Amy, and Hanyang, who helped me recover my lost Chow Tai Fook Forbidden City limited edition bracelet. Their integrity and genuine helpfulness fully proved that choosing Four Seasons was the right decision, reinforcing that a stay at Four Seasons guarantees peace of mind. I will definitely choose Dalian Four Seasons Hotel again for my next visit.

first! Full marks for service go to all the staff, especially the two pretty ladies at the front desk, who were warm and thoughtful! However, other parts of the hotel are indeed more or less insufficient because it has just opened. The first is that the room smells a bit strong, which is inevitable as a new hotel has just opened, but the hotel should take some corresponding measures, such as providing fragrance for customers in need. Currently, the room only relies on a small purifier to relieve physical discomfort; secondly, the refrigerator in the room does not cool but heats, and the yogurt I bought became warm after being left overnight, which is very puzzling; thirdly, the room price is not very different from that of Shenyang New World, but the richness of breakfast categories is quite different. Although the meal standards are different, as a newly opened benchmark hotel in Jinzhou, the quality of breakfast should be appropriately improved. I hope the above reasonable suggestions will be adopted as soon as possible.

The main reason for coming here is that the hotel is five-star and the conditions are quite good. There are two other reasons, one is the hot springs and the other is to see the sea. In fact, with the gradual completion of the construction of the seaside, this sea is no longer beautiful. At a glance, it is not an endless sea, but more breakwaters. I feel sorry for the hotel. When I first came to this hotel, it was really good, very good, but now I feel a little sorry. But it is worth mentioning that the hotel has a gym, swimming pool, lounge, jade plate hot kang, which is very good, and there are free breakfasts for two. The hot springs can be circulated, and you can rest after soaking, and then go again. The bathtub in the room is very large, and you can also take a bath, which is very worthwhile.

Wow! Very impressive! Our family stayed here with our friends from back home for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was top notch. From the decor down to the last details of cleanliness live up to the 5 star standards! The service was friendly and efficient. Most staff can speak some English to help us. Nice big windows with a great city view. The breakfast was probably one of the best in all the 5 star hotels I have tried in Asia! They had an awesome real expresso coffee machine and REAL Canadian bacon plus a very good variety of pastries and hot food! More than enough to get you through the morning and afternoon! Went to the pool on 5th floor and it had a panoramic view of the city and water was very clean. So yes! Well worth the money! Only regret was that we wish we had booked one more night of stay! Keep it up! We will be back!

The hotel lobby is on the 88th floor, and you need to transfer elevators there to reach the guest rooms. The room itself is spacious with good privacy and well-equipped facilities. MM305408****The location of the hotel is very easy to find. You can see the hotel directly on the right side after exiting Jinzhou Station. The lobby is very spacious and bright. There is a faint fragrance as soon as you enter. The front desk brother is very nice and helped us check in. The room is very clean and tidy. My mother and daughter like it very much. Although it is close to the station, it is very quiet to sleep at night. It is also close to Linghe Night Market and can be reached on foot. There are also shopping malls. It is very convenient to live here. The bus to the Little Potala Palace can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There are many types of breakfast, as well as plates for children. Milk, soy milk, coffee, yogurt are also complete, as well as Jinzhou-style roast chicken and sausages. The breakfasts on both days are different. There were fruits every afternoon, free cola and mineral water in the room refrigerator. The customer service was considerate enough to put the shoes on the bench at the door when they saw that no one was in the room. We stayed for two days including Saturday. When we came back from the night market at night, there was a girl singing on the first floor of the hotel. It was very pleasant to listen to her for a while. We checked out at 2 pm, but because we had a 5 pm train, we delayed the check-out to 4 pm, but the front desk guy said it was not cost-effective, so we left our things in the hotel and gave us a souvenir. We were very satisfied. My daughter said that she would definitely stay at Manxin Hotel next time she had the chance, as she didn't stay long enough. Thanks to the customer service and the front desk guy for their considerate service over the past two days. We will come again next time we have the chance.

CCameo19Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

MM57101****What a surprise, I booked it for one day at first, fearing it would be uncomfortable. I didn't expect the boss and the front desk service to be so good. So I booked another day. The air conditioner in the middle room was broken, so the boss took the initiative to change the room. The cleaning lady was as warm and welcoming as a family member. She took such good care of our family that we felt embarrassed. The hotel is not far from anywhere and has its own parking lot. I had a great time staying in Shenyang this time. Thank you to all the hotel staff and thank you for your service.

TTuzimenyaArrived at the hotel at 11 AM and was told I could check-in, but the room wasn't ready. They suggested I pick up the hot spring tickets first, go enjoy myself, and then come back for the room later. I could leave my luggage at the storage. I asked if they could bring my luggage to the room once it was cleaned, but they said no, I'd have to come back for it myself. Also, check-in was in a different building. Breakfast was in an even farther restaurant, about a five-minute walk. Inside the hot spring center, there's a large water park area with many children playing. Outdoors, there are several hot spring pools, and the famous 'iron pot stew yourself' (a playful name for a hot pot bath)! On the second floor, in the bathing and scrubbing area, there are several large hot tubs and even smaller 'water缸' (vat) pools, which are quite cute. Plenty of sofas to relax on, and they even thoughtfully provided spin dryers for swimsuits. There was complimentary fruit, but I didn't see any free drinking water. I waited an hour for a scrub; apparently, when it's busy, you might wait four or five hours. The auntie's scrubbing technique was excellent, but the massage beds were quite close together, supposedly because they added more beds due to high demand. The third floor has a children's play area and a dining area. There's no buffet; everything is à la carte, and the variety isn't extensive. However, there's a 'Instant Noodle Research Institute' open from 9 PM to 1 AM, which is quite interesting, featuring most brands you'd find on the market. The fourth floor has foot massages, and the fifth floor has guest rooms, but the elevator only goes to the fourth floor. To get to the guest rooms, you have to go back to the lobby, change clothes and shoes, and then take another elevator to the fifth floor. The guest rooms are a bit old and soundproofing is poor. But behind the hotel, there's a large ice and snow park with ice slides, snow slides, snowmobiles, snow bikes, and other activities suitable for both adults and children.

11394093****Five-star enchantment! Living in Dalian's fairy tale castle, with breathtaking mountain and sea views all to myself! Coming to Dalian, the best decision I made was choosing The Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel! From the moment I stepped out of the car and saw the Bavarian-style castle perched by Xinghai Bay, I knew this trip would be unforgettable. It absolutely deserves a full five-star rating! The location is simply a gift from heaven, nestled on the Lotus Mountain range, overlooking the entire Xinghai Bay. Xinghai Square, Asia's largest, is right outside, and you can walk to the start of Binhai Road. A stroll down the hill leads to Sun Asia Ocean World, making transportation incredibly convenient. The absolute highlight is the panoramic view; from the room, the sky garden, and even the restaurant, you can see the azure sea and the cross-sea bridge. During the day, it's a clear blue sky and ocean; at night, the bridge twinkles with lights. Every photo you take is guaranteed to go viral on social media. There are also adorable deer at the hotel entrance, and feeding them is super therapeutic – you don't even need to travel far to find an Instagrammable spot. The castle guest room experience was exceptional! I decisively chose the deluxe sea-view room. The European palace-style decor is exquisite and elegant, with crystal chandeliers and vintage patterns exuding sophistication. The space is generous and airy. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows bring the magnificent mountain and sea scenery directly into the room. Waking up to the sea breeze in the morning and watching the cross-sea bridge lights twinkle before bed brought immense happiness. The bathroom features a scenic bathtub, so you can enjoy the sea view while soaking in a hot bath – simply delightful. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a superb sleep experience. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless. The exclusive Luxury Collection amenities felt luxurious, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was consistently smooth, showcasing quality in every detail. The dining options were diverse and delicious! The buffet at Collection All-Day Dining was incredibly impressive, with unlimited fresh local Dalian seafood, freshly grilled steak, teppanyaki squid, roast duck, Japanese sushi, and three flavors of crawfish. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. In the dessert area, the strawberry cheesecake and Black Forest cake were both visually stunning and delicious, making them irresistible. On the fifth floor, the Royal Beer House offers home-brewed German beer paired with authentic German cuisine – it's truly local. And the afternoon tea at the Royal Club on the twentieth floor is utterly romantic, overlooking the sea from the clouds, accompanied by exquisite pastries – time just slows down. The service was thoughtful and attentive, with sincerity evident in every detail! Before check-in, the butler proactively communicated my needs and even helped arrange a room upgrade – super considerate. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making the check-in process highly efficient. They also provided detailed information about the hotel's art appreciation tour and surrounding attractions. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus up and down the hill, solving any walking difficulties, and 24-hour room service is available on call. The housekeeping aunties cleaned meticulously. Families with children have nothing to worry about; the kids' club lets little ones play to their heart's content, and the family-themed rooms are full of childlike fun, instantly fulfilling a child's princess dream. The hotel's facilities are also perfectly appointed. The constant-temperature indoor pool has crystal-clear water, and the fitness center is fully equipped, allowing you to enjoy beautiful views while exercising. The spa services are professional, providing thorough relaxation for body and mind. The sky garden is not only great for photos but also perfect for an evening stroll, enjoying the sea breeze and watching the sunset – romantic and tranquil. Whether it's a romantic getaway, a family trip, or a business journey, this place is perfectly suited. The fairy-tale castle exterior, the unparalleled mountain and sea views, the comfortable and luxurious living experience, and the thoughtful and attentive service – every aspect hits the mark. This trip to Dalian was made even more perfect by this hotel. I've already recommended it to all my friends planning to visit Dalian, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

__WeChat260423****I rarely leave reviews for hotels, but this time I was genuinely, exceptionally satisfied. Firstly, as someone who worked in chain hotels for six years, I'm very particular about cleanliness. This trip, traveling with my child, I opted against a chain hotel (which I usually choose), fearing poor hygiene. But this place was surprisingly good! The views are fantastic, and my child was very comfortable. All the towels are disposable, and the quality is excellent, so there's no need to bring your own. Parking is also super convenient, and getting around with Didi (ride-sharing) was a breeze. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Dalian. I forgot to take photos though, so I can only use screenshots from a video.

The only weak point is the hotel nearby do not have any restaurants. Need to walk about 15 minutes to the small eatery shop which we did not eat dinner there. In the end, we walk back to the hotel & ask the hotel staff to order food delivery for us. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful.
