The hotel location is perfect. Right next to a metro station and within walking distance of the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter and City Wall. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative point I have for this hotel would be if you are a light sleeper you may want to request a room away from the main road at the front of the hotel, as the windows are not particularly sound proof and there is a busy road with associated noise if you are facing it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Novotel Xi An provide the best service for our 4 nights stay. The hotel staff 老王 personally send us out to wait for our cab. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The receptionist Jeenifer Guo was very helpful and answered all our questions. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. We arrived mid night 4am due to flight delayed they called to reconfirm time of arrival and give us free fruit platter and upgrade our room for more comfy stay. Amenities all provided and hotel is free from smoke smell. Definitely worth every penny and if we would return we will choose Novotel again.

The hotel is right at the city centre Bell Tower ( exit 6 of the Bell Tower pedestrian  underpass). It is connected to subway line 2 and 6.  The staffs are very polite and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable.  The breakfast selection is reasonable. The only thing that I feel can improve is the laundry room. There are only 1 consumer dryer and 4 consumer washers. Many hotel have much more advance laundry room with better equipments.

Wow - what an amazing stay! HeSu Designer Hotel caught my eye months before our trip and I felt it was destiny for us to stay there. It was gorgeous - there is various artwork all around. The room itself felt like a mini apartment! The lighting was great. The rainfall shower head was very nice and the toilet with bidet was a nice feature! I had several packages delivered and the front desk helped me locate them. Please double check your fridge upon arrival, it may be unplugged (better for the environment!) Everything was very comfortable - the bed was especially comfy!!! Location wise absolutely brilliant. Walkable to Muslim Quarter and other scenic sites!!!! Would stay here again!

This hotel is in a small street less than 50metre distance between main street and the hotel. It is located between the south of bell tower and South gate of Xi'an City Wall. This make it easy for us to travel to all around Xi'an by subway, Didi, Taxi, bus. Room is clean and tidy. However, hall way is a bit dusty but after telling the front desk they clean it. Breakfast is good . Congee with Chinese condiment, fried rice, fried noodle, fried sausage, fried vegetable, Fruit, egg, Noodle bar are the composition of their offered breakfast. I have seen that they offer Roujiemou (Chinese beef sandwich) in their breakfast but I did not taste it. Free bottles of water and plum juice are available on the ground floor near front desk. At least Two usable USB-A, two USB-C plugs together with two type A and two type I of Chinese AC plug are on the wall near beds. A light switch in our room is faulty but after telling the front desk they fix it right away. All TV Channel are in Chinese language. All in all I think that this hotel is a good value hotel for a tourist.

Not sure how they got the trip partner award but I have strong doubts - I paid more to stay at this hotel over many others on the same street and was sorely disappointed. Firstly, hotel is on 2 levels of a bigger building. The entrance looked extremely dodgy, especially when there’s no building light in the late night. The lift also takes forever to come. My biggest pain had to be the extremely thin walls!!! I could hear the family in the next room all night as well as the cleaner lady clearing her throat excessively in the early morning. I’m a light sleeper so I basically had an awful time for several nights. Charging port was not working well (i could not insert my adaptor and had to use the bathroom port). There was also no type c port which was terribly inconvenient since the main plug was already not working. Marketed that they have a minibar (one would assume a small fridge) but there wasn’t any - I couldn’t keep any of my food deliveries. There were daily cleaning services but air was dusty and you can probably see it. The only pro is the location which was close to the metro and attraction sites. Room was spacious with a smart toilet as well. You can deliver your courier packages to the reception but for food delivery it’s restricted to the first floor ******* lockers.

We stayed in a three beds family room for four days. The location is very good, walking distance to Gulou, Zhonglou, huimin street. The breakfast is very good, has an onsite noodle or wanton cooking station, it features different Xian flavors every day, the liangpi is good, the Zhengao is good too. The hotel also has afternoon tea, it has different Chinese or western pastries, we enjoyed it the first day we came. In the evening, it provided sweet soup, I enjoyed very much. The room is always clean, the shower is strong and the hair blower is powerful. The towels and linens are all of super quality. The hotel also offered to lead umbrella, it was raining every day we stayed there. We had enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again next time we come to Xian.

This warmth extended to the room service team, who were very thorough, and the personnel at the breakfast buffet, who were always cheerful and attentive. Spotless and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms are modern, spacious, and, most importantly, impeccably clean. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job. The room service was very thorough, with every corner of the room maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which provided great peace of mind. Conclusion: This was, without a doubt, a non-negotiable 5/5 experience. The combination of the prime location, spotless facilities, and most of all, the genuinely kind and professional staff, made my trip to Xi'an truly special. I would not hesitate for a second to book here again on my next visit and will be recommending it to all my friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location is incredibly convenient! Right outside Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Metro Line 2, you'll find the hotel. This was a lifesaver for someone like me who easily gets lost! It's quick and easy to get to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and the high-speed train station. The hotel definitely has a classic, 'old-money' charm. Initially, I thought the facilities might be a bit dated, but they are actually very well-maintained. Overall, the service was truly commendable. As soon as you approach the hotel, staff are there to help with your luggage, and the front desk handled things very smoothly. What truly impressed me was the exceptional daily housekeeping. Whether we were in the room or not, they would consistently come to replace disposable amenities and towels, and tidy up. Another highlight for me was the heated swimming pool. We brought our child on this trip, and they went there every single day! Even though it was a bit chilly these past few days, the heated pool meant it didn't affect our enjoyment at all. Overall, it's definitely worth recommending. It might not be the best fit for young people seeking the latest tech gadgets or a super modern feel, but it's very suitable for family trips or business travel.

Brought my elderly mother in law, husband and kids to Xian. Everyone enjoyed this hotel. Fabulous location- close to Defu Lane, Xian Wall, Bell Tower, Muslim street. A short car ride to Shaanxi History Museum. I messed up my booking for the first night (booked for the wrong year) and the staff were very helpful and sorted it out for me. Room came with free amenities like the afternoon tea overlooking the Xian ancient wall. Kids loved the tent in the family serene room while I enjoyed the view of the city wall from my room. Lots of great restaurants and massage places near us too.
