Extremely satisfied with this hotel, absolutely no complaints! The location is superb, directly accessible from an underground walkway, and the Bell Tower is right opposite. The surrounding area is very lively. The entrance is small as it's a protected heritage building, and everything from the staircase (there's an elevator), corridors, to the rooms is very elegant and beautiful. The off-peak season rate was fantastic value for money. The reception has a partnered travel company that offers convenient rides to the airport in a mid-sized car for just 30 RMB. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an.

The hotel is located a bit off the main road, tucked away inside. It's a charming, stand-alone building with trendy and impressive decor throughout. While the rooms warm up quickly once the heating is on, the hallway tends to be a bit chilly. The laundry room has three washers and three dryers, but it gets really busy in the afternoons, often leading to queues because there's so much laundry to do. It's a nice touch that they provide individual packets of laundry detergent and even pretty laundry bags. The dryers only have a fixed low-temperature setting, so they take a while to dry clothes. Each bathroom amenity has cute cartoon patterns printed on it. In the lobby, there's a small cooler with complimentary bottled water.

This hotel is located near Muslim Street, surrounded by many great restaurants. It's also very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions, and there's a direct shuttle service right across from the hotel entrance to different sights. For a city as well-equipped as Xi'an, the transportation here is truly outstanding. Even before I arrived, the hotel called me to confirm my arrival time and ask if I had any special requests, arranging everything in advance, which was very thoughtful. The front desk ladies were all lovely, patient, and communicative. Politeness is a two-way street, and my stay was very comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, returning to a clean and tidy room definitely helped ease some of the fatigue. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. H World Group's standards are truly reliable.

The location is unbeatable, right next to the Bell Tower. It's so convenient for dinner in the evening, with all the classic sights right at your doorstep. The Bell Tower subway exit is just downstairs. The place is clean and the front desk service was excellent. A very satisfying trip!

Nice hotel with very friendly, helpful staff that were very attentive to our messages on WeChat. They helped us plan our visits to the Terracotta Army site (can get there by metro and bus 613) and Mount Hua (high speed train from Xianbei). Nice room with good facilities. Shower head was a little faulty and some water leaked out of the shower/toilet basin area into the main room, but otherwise no issues. Free self service laundry provided, and free bottled water available at reception. Good heating, comfortable beds. There was a large window but no view. Good location, a short walk from the metro. It is a little hidden down an alleyway when you first arrive but the hotel provides clear instructions on how to find it and there are lots of signs to point you in the right direction.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. This is my fourth time staying here, and every single time it feels like coming back home. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming — from the receptionist to the cleaning lady, everyone is always friendly, helpful, and respectful. The place is spotless, very clean, and has such a chill, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. Everything is well taken care of, and you can really feel the attention to detail. I always have a great experience here and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended.

The lobby boasts an elegant design, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries are from a high-end brand, which was a pleasant touch. The breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western options. The staff are friendly and proactively ask about your needs, always resolving any requests promptly. It's an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure vacations! It's also very convenient for reaching many scenic spots, with the historic city wall right outside!

This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

It's been years since I last enjoyed the hot springs at this hotel, and the environment is still exceptional. Located right next to the Huaqing Palace, it boasts authentic sulfur hot springs. We booked a room with a private hot spring, which was incredibly convenient. We could soak anytime after returning from our evening activities, offering great privacy. **Hotel Facilities:** While some of the wooden furniture in the room showed signs of age and slight decay, it wasn't a major issue. The outdoor greenery and the hotel's hardscape are excellent, making it a great spot for photos. **Dining:** The complimentary buffet breakfast was incredibly rich! As expected from a city known for its carbs, there were so many steamed dim sum and noodle dishes that I wanted to try them all. I specifically had a bowl of Youcha (oil tea) with Mahua (fried dough twists), something I hadn't eaten in nearly 20 years – it brought back so many memories. **Hot Springs:** Compared to my visit in 2018, there are now more hot spring pools, including new carbonated springs. They offer an abundant selection of complimentary sweets and fruits, and there's also a bar in the middle of the pools, so you can enjoy fruit while soaking – a nice touch. For the private hot springs in the rooms, staff come to fill the tub every evening at 7 PM, so you can just come back from your day out and hop right in. So convenient! We also received a complimentary solo travel photography session. The photographer from Jinghong Travel Photography and the makeup artist were very professional. We were lucky to be wearing newly arrived outfits, which were absolutely stunning. The photos taken on location at Huaqing Palace turned out fantastic, and we were very satisfied. If you plan to see 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, the hotel provides dedicated staff to guide and transport you in the evening, which is very thoughtful. Our day was packed with activities and very fulfilling. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends in the future.

WWenjuanGExtremely satisfied with this stay. **Location**: Downtown, but outside the traffic control zone. This made our trip during the National Day holiday exceptionally smooth. **Service**: A truly hassle-free, 5-star service experience. Every hotel staff member greeted us. When the butler, dressed in a suit, delivered our takeout, it suddenly made the takeout feel upscale. **Breakfast**: A rich variety, combining both Chinese and Western options. The best part was the made-to-order items, like Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) and poached eggs, which you could order via your phone. Even the toast was brought out fresh from the kitchen after being baked. My mom no longer has to worry about me burning the toast!

ZZilupuThe hotel offers an airport shuttle service, which was perfect for us since our flight landed just before 11 PM. To avoid getting a bad room upon late check-in, I specifically contacted the hotel several days in advance, asking them to reserve a well-located room for us, especially since I was staying for five nights. I wanted to prevent any hassle later. However, they ended up giving me a room near the elevator. Plus, there were three rooms in that corner situated very close to each other, so every time someone opened or closed a door, I could hear it clearly, same with the food delivery robot at the door. It was incredibly noisy from 7-8 AM, waking me up forcefully. I brought this up with the hotel the next day, and they were very cooperative, offering to switch my room. But then, what was the point of my earlier request? Although my subsequent itinerary required early mornings anyway, I didn't end up switching rooms because all my belongings were already unpacked, and moving everything again would have been too much trouble. The front desk staff was very polite, though, arranging small desserts for us every evening and even giving us a small gift upon departure. Still, I couldn't shake off a slightly unpleasant feeling, wondering why they didn't just reserve a better room for me in the first place if one was available. Separately, the breakfast was just okay. Not much variety, and it was very crowded. I thought the noodles would be great, but they were very ordinary. I only tried them once and didn't bother again, sticking mostly to porridge after that.

MM895858****Booking this hotel for my trip to Xi'an was an absolute pleasant surprise, exceeding all my expectations! I had reserved a room with a window facing the hallway, but the lovely lady at the front desk not only upgraded my room type but also included breakfast vouchers. The hotel is super close to both the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter. On our very first night, staff even came to our room with a late-night snack! The breakfast spread also had a fantastic variety. My only regret is that out of our three-day stay, I only managed to eat breakfast once.

SShoumiaoWe are five big men staying in, very comfortable, this is the homestay in the community, the decoration is very good, the surrounding is quiet, the facilities are complete, the floor heating is very warm, the windows are not cold, the fresh air conditioning is not wrong, the community management is very strict, surrounded by Wanda and two snack streets! Everything is eaten, but it is too comfortable to eat in the room. We deliberately packed it back for two nights. After eating, we played mahjong and poker... We didn’t want to go out to play; the surrounding traffic is very convenient, just a few steps away is the subway station; There are two bedrooms that are a small suite, one with a private bathroom, and two with a bathroom. The three bathrooms are really enough. In short, the big flat floor is really comfortable.

ZZhaozhaoSilverWhat a rich experience! It's truly rare to find a hotel with such great design and warmth in a big city. This really made the value for money and overall experience exceptional. The staff were all very friendly, and the butler-style service was incredibly thoughtful. Although we didn't have many long conversations, you could feel the attention to detail from the simple interactions and processes. Before check-in, they sent transportation tips. After check-in, the daily breakfast and late-night snack menus changed, and you could specify a delivery time to your room. We checked out a little after 5 AM, and even at that early hour, the front desk staff seemed full of energy! As a parting gift, they gave us a pre-prepared, personalized seal with my name on it. This hotel truly puts a lot of thought into everything. The public areas and rooms were all very photogenic, but I was too busy to take any pictures •ᴗ•💧 All in all, I'm grateful for the hospitality. This will definitely be my temporary home of choice next time I visit Xi'an (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

TTinaMThis is a lovely hotel with kind, welcoming staff. I read some reviews saying the rooms are very old etc, but I don't see how that makes this hotel any less great - the rooms are still clean and well maintained. I arrived in Xi'an after 48 hours of hectic traveling due to a missed train, and the staff at Meihao Hotel were very welcoming, were happy to use translation apps to communicate with me. The room was large, with a view of the neighbourhood outside (mostly just traffic jams haha, but that's Xi'an). The location may not be super ideal for some as it isn't in the city centre, but honestly it was no inconvenience at all, as the nearest subway station is a brisk walk away -- about 5-7 minutes. If you're arriving by train and carrying a lot of heavy luggage, then yes, coming via subway might be a bit of a challenge (but not impossible!) The housekeeping staff especially were very warm and kind. Thank you for always brightening my day when I walked by you all. A few hours after I checked in, a lovely staff member knocked on my door and offered me a small bowl of soup. I was very confused as I hadn't ordered anything, but upon seeing other guests were receiving this too, I gladly accepted. It was such an unexpected, kind gesture -- this hotel truly knows how to make one feel welcome. I fell ill on the second day of my stay, and thankfully the room was so comfortable, I could recuperate well. My only complaint is that the bedsheets, comforter, pillowcases etc -- all the bedding essentially smells of cigarette smoke. I could also smell cigarette smoke from beyond my room's door at night. This was despite there being a clear sign in the room saying smoking was not allowed inside. Though this is certainly not something you can fault hotel staff for (if guests are adamant to smoke inside, what can housekeeping possibly do?), I just thought I would mention this for any other guests who might be very sensitive to the smell, perhaps you could request staff to rewash the bedding until the smoke smell is entirely gone. After checking out, I also noticed there were some freebies that were part of my booking that I unfortunately missed out on :( There was meant to be welcome fruit, afternoon tea for two and a midnight snack, which I would have loved to try. There was no welcome fruit offered, but I did receive some refreshing juice when I arrived to check in -- it was a hot day and I was grateful for the welcome drink. For the other stuff, as I didn't realise it was part of the booking perks, I never asked, and consequently seem to have missed out. I also want to say that aside from the rooms, the lobby area is quite lovely -- very tastefully decorated, peaceful, and I even saw they had some free coffee out for guests! I only noticed this when I was checking out though, and my taxi was already on the way to pick me up, so I could not indulge. Maybe it would be helpful if the reception staff could share all this info with guests when they check in, especially with the foreign guests who are already a bit confused and trying to get their bearings ^-^ Just a suggestion! Thank you for a nice stay. I will definitely be back again soon.

GGuest UserThe moment I stepped into the Mehao Lizhi Hotel Bell Tower Huimin Street, the fatigue from my journey was instantly melted away by Xiao Yi's warm smile at the front desk. She wasn't just a professional receptionist; she felt like the first friend this city sent to welcome us. Aunt Guo, who serves noodles late at night, was also incredibly welcoming, tirelessly cooking noodles every day, just like family. Upon arrival, feeling irritable from the long journey, Xiao Yi immediately greeted us with a kind smile, proactively took my heavy luggage, and guided me to the front desk for check-in. Her movements were swift and efficient. She thoughtfully offered a warm towel and tea, instantly dispelling the dust and fatigue from the road. When she learned I was on a business trip and had an early high-speed train the next day, she not only completed the check-in swiftly but also informed me that the room was already equipped with data cables and a desk lamp for work. She thoroughly explained the hotel's complimentary breakfast hours and takeaway service, and even hand-drew a convenient route to the high-speed train station, marking useful stops along the way. During check-in, Xiao Yi left a deep impression on us with her meticulous and thoughtful service. She patiently asked about our itinerary and proactively offered a local food map and sightseeing guide, especially detailing the various specialty snacks in the Huimin Street area as if she knew them inside out. Xiao Yi's professionalism was equally impressive. Whether it was a late-night room request or a query about changes to our itinerary, she always resolved issues swiftly and accurately, maintaining a genuine smile on her face. Her service made us, travelers from afar, feel like family, leaving us with a wonderful impression of Xi'an. Having such outstanding staff is undoubtedly Mehao Lizhi Hotel's most valuable asset. Xiao Yi, with her professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth, perfectly embodies the concept of 'home away from home' service. If we ever have the chance to visit Xi'an again, we will definitely choose this place, not only for the hotel's excellent location and comfortable facilities but also because of a front desk staff named Xiao Yi, who makes travelers in a foreign land feel the warmth of home.
