Service - late Check-out. - Room comes with free Chinese guide of terracotta warriors museum, but need to reserve a day before. Its with a tour agent. They offer RMB30 per person bus trip at 9am and 2pm departure. To reserve a day before too. Didi to terracotta about RMB100. You can get local English guide (limited) at terracotta RM200 (yes you need to slash price and I'm lucky to get one). - they can warm food for you. Room - spacious. Can easily fit 2 big luggage and ample walkway. - hot/cold air, fan speed, temperature adjustment allowed. - toilet and ahower room is separated. - washing basin is located outside of toilet and shower room, with hot and cold water. Standard design in China. - comfortable bed - 2 different pillow softness - decent dynson dup air dryer. - toothbrush, Toothpaste, comb, bath tower, hamd tower provided. - high tech water dispenser with various temperature to choose from. Plenty of water bottle placed at lift and warm water bottle at the main entrance. Just a Note: - 1 room always have vanity kit. The other room never have, and the spoon is not washed properly. Guess you can always request from cleaner lady or services desk. - not that sound proof. You can heard very faint tv sound or people talking of the room beside yours.

This hotel in Xi'an truly exceeded my expectations! It's just a few minutes' walk from Dachashi Metro Station, making the location absolutely perfect. It's only about a ten-minute stroll to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, so it's super convenient for sightseeing and dining. The front desk staff who checked me in was incredibly efficient, and the lobby even had thoughtful Xi'an travel guides available. The room had a minimalist design that young people would love, with soft bedding that made me fall asleep instantly. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and even the toiletries featured unique, niche fragrances. The in-room projector also had screen mirroring, which was perfect for binge-watching shows. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out. The whole experience was top-notch, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting!

Just a few minutes' walk downstairs in the evening and you can enjoy the night view of the Bell Tower. The hotel is equipped with robots, and there's a dedicated lounge area in the lobby. After a day out, it's very convenient to relax in the lobby upon returning. The rooms are well-equipped, and the hotel has a gym and a laundry room with a washer-dryer combo, which is incredibly convenient. The bedding in the room is also very comfortable. The quiet guy and the enthusiastic young man at the front desk provided excellent and attentive service! I highly recommend this great hotel to everyone!

Amazing location and kind host ! Room is clean and comfortable. Location is amazing just 5 minutes from metro and in the market so endless food to try. It is located in a backstreet but it was not hard to find as I saw in some comments, it is very safe and smiling neighbors. The host kindly showed me where to do my laundry and offered daily cleaning if needed. Very available by text for any question. Thank you and wish you the best !

Staying here is incredibly convenient! It's right near the scenic area, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, making it easy to get around. Taxis are just a 2-minute walk from the entrance. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, and the service is warm and friendly. You can even do Hanfu upstairs! I highly recommend it; it offers excellent value for money!

The hotel is centrally located. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming every day. Its location is excellent, right next to the ancient city wall, offering fantastic views of the wall from the outdoor terrace. However, it's worth noting that the front desk is on an upper floor and requires an elevator ride, so the entrance isn't very obvious from the outside. The hotel's decor is a charming Chinese style. Our Tang Dynasty room was great, a good size, and well-equipped. Each bed had a bedside table. The vanity was behind a half-partition within the bedroom. The toilet and shower were in separate cubicles behind the vanity. The bathroom area is visible from the bedside, but that was fine for us. The air conditioning worked very well. Bathrobes and slippers were also provided. The self-service laundry area was a welcome bonus, featuring 3 washer-dryer combos, detergent, drying racks, and a garment steamer. Breakfast was excellent, primarily Chinese dishes, with some continental Western options available. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel. It's an easy walk to the subway, shops, and the ancient city wall from the hotel.

This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

The HUAQING YUTANG Hotel has an elegant, antique decor. The hot spring water is a perfect 43 degrees Celsius, and after a soak, your skin feels incredibly smooth. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including local specialties like Roujiamo (meat burger) and Saozi noodles. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. As a bonus, staying here includes a complimentary travel photoshoot by Jinghong Media, who did a great job and gave us three free retouched photos. We also got unlimited access to the Huaqing Palace, and from there, it was super convenient to visit Mount Li by just buying a cable car ticket within the park! Even though the room rate is over a thousand per night, considering all these services, it's actually excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay at the YUTANG Hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an.
