My stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .

This is a gorgeous hotel and I can see why it’s a #1 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star hotel in Xi’an. The pros: incredible and delicious breakfast spread, super clean and cozy rooms, lovely staff, free to/from airport transfer service, free laundry service (10 items per day) are all included in your stay. I did experience some communication challenges during my stay as I found out there is no room service (apparently you must eat at the restaurant) and an issue with one of my laundry items which was quickly resolved and the hotel staff went over and above to provide a resolution. I wish there was a Yun He Ye Bo in every city I’m visiting in China as I would absolutely love to stay here again.

We were five grown men and had a very comfortable stay. This is a B&B in the residential complex. It's beautifully decorated, quiet, and well-equipped. The floor heating was very warm, even with the windows open, it wasn't cold, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The complex is well-managed, and it's right next to Wanda and two snack streets! There's a wide variety of food options, but eating in the room was so comfortable that we deliberately packed up for two nights and played mahjong and poker afterwards...we didn't want to go out. Transportation is very convenient, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Two of the bedrooms are small suites, one with a private bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. Three bathrooms are definitely enough. In short, living in this large flat is really comfortable!

This was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

An incredibly satisfying stay in Xi'an! The Bell Tower Yuan Tuo Hotel gets full marks for cleanliness and facilities. Its overall quality far exceeds the price, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an! I have high standards for accommodation, especially regarding hygiene, and this hotel completely surpassed my expectations. The hotel's overall hygiene standards are exceptionally high; common areas are consistently spotless and tidy, free of trash, odors, or clutter. The guest rooms are meticulously cleaned, with no dust or dirt anywhere. The bedding is clean, soft, and wrinkle-free, strictly adhering to a one-guest, one-change policy, ensuring both cleanliness and hygiene. Floors are mopped to a gleaming shine, and furniture is wiped to look new, with no accumulated dust. The entire room feels fresh and airy, making one feel relaxed and comfortable. The bathroom cleanliness is simply impeccable, with a well-designed dry-wet separation that keeps it dry and tidy. Fixtures, mirrors, and walls are wiped spotless, free of water stains or grime, and thoroughly disinfected, providing a strong sense of safety. As for facilities, everything is new, high-end, and fully functional. Smart devices are readily available, with convenient voice control, offering a high-tech experience. The mattress and pillows are of excellent quality, providing a comfortable sleep that effectively alleviates travel fatigue. Room Wi-Fi is stable and fast, and the lighting is soft and eye-friendly, creating a cozy living atmosphere. The infrastructure is very well-maintained; doors, windows, appliances, and bathroom fixtures all operate normally, with no damage, malfunctions, or noise. Additionally, there are convenient self-service laundry and fitness facilities available 24/7, with every detail of service thought of. The location is excellent, making travel easy. With its clean environment, complete facilities, and comfortable experience, this is absolutely a hidden gem among hotels in the Xi'an Bell Tower area!

Treasure B&B MEILIE LING is a must-recommend! Located in the Bell Tower commercial area, it saves time and effort for getting around and sightseeing. The interior style is simple yet luxurious, creating a great ambiance, and the rooms are clean and dry. The staff are kind and efficient in their responses. Breakfast can even be delivered to your room. It's rare to find such a comfortable place to stay during a trip. The hotel has a great design, comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities, and a very pleasant scent that helps you relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Watching the sunset around 7 PM on a clear day from the viewing platform by the pool is simply delightful!

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

As one of the top hot spring hotels in the country, the check-in experience was truly impressive. The guest rooms come with private hot springs, and it was my first time experiencing hot spring water that circulates all day. From 7 PM to midnight every evening, the hot springs continuously and automatically circulate, allowing guests to enjoy a soak even after returning from the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance. This washes away travel fatigue, making for an excellent experience. The next day, guests can visit the Baoji Pool outdoor public hot springs, which offer a secluded outdoor environment with low traffic and spacious surroundings, making for a very pleasant hot spring experience. Regarding dining, breakfast is served at the Royal Dining Hall. The hotel provides a shuttle service for transportation, saving guests the walk and a lot of time. The restaurant service is attentive and thoughtful, and they even specially prepared authentic Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) on the spot, which was full of flavor. Dinner is also served here, and I highly recommend the braised Yellow River soft-shelled turtle; it's definitely worth trying. The hotel's location is a significant advantage, with an exclusive access channel to the Huaqing Palace, making it very convenient to enter and exit the scenic area. I also want to provide honest feedback on some areas for improvement: The front desk and shuttle staff were a bit stiff in their demeanor, lacking warmth and giving off a distant vibe, as if their workplace was too high-end. Also, the cleanliness details in the public areas need improvement. I found traces of small insects inside drawers, so I recommend strengthening deep disinfection and daily cleaning and maintenance.

As a frequent business traveler, this hotel is my regular haunt. Over time, I've gotten to know the front desk and housekeeping staff pretty well. This time, I want to give a special shout-out to Li Xia. During the summer holidays, hotel rooms are hard to come by. I had an impromptu trip and the hotel showed as fully booked. I thought I'd have to scramble to find another place for the night. But Li Xia didn't just brush me off; she actively coordinated and communicated, working tirelessly to help me. In the end, she successfully made arrangements for me. Working on the road constantly, my schedule and itinerary are always unpredictable. She's always been incredibly understanding of my work challenges, meticulously thoughtful, and always anticipates guest needs. Her daily service is down-to-earth and dedicated, handling every small task with serious responsibility. Her service strikes the perfect balance – never intrusive, yet always there to help when I need it. She's never explicitly asked for positive feedback; she wins people over with her genuine service. Having stayed in many chain and high-end hotels over the years, it's rare to encounter such a responsible service professional. She doesn't just do her job; she genuinely solves problems from the guest's perspective. Kudos to Li Xia for her professionalism and dedication. I will continue to recommend this hotel to colleagues traveling here for business 👍

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!
