"I brought my son to Xi'an for a family trip this time, and I picked the Yongning Gate Yazhi Hotel purely by chance. Little did I know, it turned out to be the biggest surprise of our entire journey, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. I just had to write a five-star review! When I booked, I was immediately drawn to the hotel's decor style – simple yet elegant, with a touch of Chang'an atmosphere. It perfectly matched my aesthetic preferences. What surprised me most was that even before check-in, the hotel proactively called us to carefully inquire about our travel plans and accommodation needs. Their attentiveness far exceeded my expectations. To top it off, the hotel even upgraded our room type for free – they're incredibly generous! Our entire stay was excellent. The staff provided incredibly thoughtful service, with a gentle and meticulous attitude. Their service was consistently on point; whether we had questions or daily requests, they responded promptly, patiently, and thoroughly. There's also no need to worry about the hotel's hardware facilities or cleanliness. The guest rooms were spotless, odor-free, well-equipped, and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. The location is absolutely superb, right in the heart of the city center, adjacent to Yongning Gate. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, visiting attractions, and enjoying local food, which saved a lot of time and effort when traveling with a child. What was especially heartwarming was that, considering we were traveling with a child and had a relaxed itinerary, the hotel thoughtfully offered us a complimentary late check-out. This meant we didn't have to rush, making our trip much more leisurely. From the considerate pre-sales inquiries and free room upgrade to the excellent environment, facilities, quality service, and convenient location, every detail was particularly satisfying. I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Xi'an with family. The value for money and service quality are both outstanding – it's definitely a top-notch choice you can't go wrong with!!!"

"We booked total of 5 rooms and when we arrived at 11am 3 rooms were ready and we are able to leave our luggages inside the room n proceed for lunch, staffs are extremely helpful, feee flow of bottled water at lobby, rooms are big and clean n toilets are very new, location is superb just above the metro station and lots of shopping n food options within walking distance, definately come back to stay if in xian again"

"The sleeping facilities at Jingxin Hotel are simply divine! The mattress is a high-elastic,脊椎-supporting type that's just the right balance of soft and firm, offering excellent support. After a long day of exploring Xi'an, I could just lie down and instantly relax, with no back pain at all. They even provide two different kinds of pillows – a down pillow and a buckwheat pillow – so you can choose your preference, and neither has any strange smells. The air conditioning in the room is incredibly quiet, and the temperature control is precise, so it never gets too hot or too cold. Paired with the double-layered, thickened blackout curtains, the room is completely dark. USB fast charging outlets are conveniently located by the bed, and the bedside LED strip lighting is soft and not at all harsh, so it doesn't hurt your eyes if you get up at night. All the sleep-related amenities in this room are top-notch. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, you're guaranteed a peaceful and restful night's sleep here."

"The Novotel is in a fantastic location, right above Metro Lines 2 and 6, offering direct access to all major attractions. It's also just three stops from the train station. Downstairs, there's a travel agency where you can catch direct buses to the Terracotta Army and hop-on-hop-off city tour buses. As for the hotel's front desk staff, check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including freshly made 'sauteed' noodles and beef noodles daily, plus a mix of Chinese and Western options. This explains why we saw quite a few foreigners staying here. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose the Bell Tower Novotel again. 100% recommended!"

"The Marriott brand consistently delivers high service standards. Before my stay, they proactively inquired about my needs and arranged for an early check-in. Throughout my stay, they frequently checked if I was comfortable and if I had any feedback. I'm especially grateful that they helped me receive and refrigerate an urgently needed medication! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the subway, with plenty of local eateries and large shopping malls nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was larger than the Sheratons I've stayed at in other cities, especially the bathroom, which was very spacious. Takeout deliveries are handled by a robot, which is super convenient. It's a pity I didn't get to try the hotel breakfast this time because there were so many delicious snacks to explore in Xi'an. Overall, I highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel is just across the river from Hongjie, offering a beautiful night view. The lobby is incredibly grand and luxurious, making a great first impression! I was also really impressed by the hallways outside the rooms; the overall design has a distinctive 'yaodong' (cave dwelling) style. The room was very clean with excellent facilities and a strong Chinese aesthetic. The complimentary apples, peanuts, and red dates were all delicious! 😋 There was a drainage issue with the shower in my sister's room, but it was handled very promptly by the staff. The hotel breakfast also featured many authentic Northern Shaanxi specialties – highly recommend! 👍👍👍"

"This guesthouse at the foot of Mount Hua is a real hidden gem, so authentic and down-to-earth! The owner is incredibly warm and genuine, the rooms are spotless, and their shuttle service is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. It's a comfortable and relaxing stay, my top pick for climbing Mount Hua. I truly recommend it!"

"This is by far the best resort hotel in Hanzhong. The value for money is incredible! It's located right in Hanzhong Wetland Park, offering beautiful scenery and fresh air. The hotel provides breakfast and a noodle bar for lunch, and we'll definitely be back. The kids loved the playground where they could burn off some energy, making both adults and seniors very happy. Plus, the price is so reasonable; a hotel of this quality would easily cost over a thousand yuan in Xi'an, but here it's just over five hundred yuan a night during the off-peak season."
