The room environment is excellent and very comfortable, with a view of the Bell Tower right outside the window. It's located in the commercial center, making transportation very convenient. With the Bell Tower as a central point, you can visit the Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, Sajin Bridge, or explore the ancient city walls and various museums nearby. In the evenings, you can also check out the Grand Tang Mall (Datang Never Sleeps City) and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda fountain show. Don't forget to stop by Saige International Shopping Center to experience Asia's longest escalator!

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

The breakfast definitely deserves praise; there was a great variety, and everything was replenished promptly. The freshly cooked noodles and fried eggs were particularly delicious. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, ample hot water, and the toiletries provided were good quality. The staff were very friendly and always greeted guests proactively. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and running errands. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Our family chose the雅致 hotel for our trip to Xi'an, and I was truly amazed! This hotel just opened in 2024, and both the decor and environment pleasantly surprised us. We all loved it. From the public areas to the rooms, the Tang Dynasty-style decor is stunning, and everything is spotlessly clean. They even offer a city wall view afternoon tea where you can directly see the city walls. The service is also excellent; both the front desk and housekeeping staff are incredibly friendly. If I have the chance to visit Xi'an again, I'll definitely choose this hotel. The surrounding amenities are also comprehensive, and the hotel even offers a rubbing experience for kids, which is a great souvenir. The subway entrance is right outside, making transportation very convenient, and the mini-bar in the room is complimentary. Overall, I highly recommend it. It truly lives up to its name,雅致 Hotel!

This hotel is excellent! It's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to everything. The cleanliness is top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. There are tons of great food options nearby, and it's also conveniently located close to the Drum Tower and a subway station. Unfortunately, I had some inconsiderate neighbors who smoked in the bathroom, but there's not much the hotel can do about that. The front desk service was fantastic though; they were very responsive and helpful with any issues. I'd definitely stay here again.

Plus, getting to the city center takes about 30 minutes by public transport, so getting around is easy. There are many restaurants, eateries, and shops around the hotel, making life very convenient. You won't have to worry about food or shopping at all. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The overall environment was very relaxing, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. What touched me the most were the hotel owners. They are incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and helpful, always willing to assist whenever needed. The owner even personally picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, which was a huge help. They even gave us small gifts, which made us feel incredibly warm and welcome. I truly felt cared for and welcomed here. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent! My entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly comfortable. They even upgraded my room for free. I have to specifically mention the Novotel Bell Tower Xi'an for this trip. The staff, not just the servers, made me feel like family, taking the time to understand and help me. I believe the person at the front desk was a manager, though I'm embarrassed to say I've forgotten their name. They even gave me complimentary milk. That evening, a staff member called me and brought it back just as I was having trouble sleeping – perfect timing! I won't go into too much detail, but during the New Year period, I really appreciate the thoughtful and attentive service from both the hotel and its staff. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return.

It's very close to the scenic spots, and they offer free shuttle service. The overall decor is beautiful and unique, which I really loved. The value for money is just incredible!

Very good experience! I went to the hotel with a try and a try. There was a large parking lot. The doorman took the initiative to help with the luggage. The lobby staff was warm and provided discounts. The hotel is clean, the room facilities are very new, the bedding is comfortable, the shower water is very flush, and the fatigue of driving is washed away. The surrounding environment is good, there are many restaurants opposite the hotel, and there is a leisure square in the west. The first time I came to Yulin, the image was very good. Will settle in next time.
