The hotel room looks a bit small from the website but is cute from the decorations. We have to walk some distance to the lobby and malls, unless u r coming to attend a concert, then this hotel is nearer to the exhibition / event hall. Room is clean n hv basic toiletries. The downside is toilet without a door only glass panel door so light sleepers person will easier be woke up by another person using the toilet.

when first enter the room, the floor was full dirts and dust. Even the renovations seem new but the paint of the door is falling off. The toilet is clean and good condition but the shower head seems to be unclean and appears rusty. Location is good, walking distance to kea farm market but due to this, a lot of cars and tourist just parked within the hotel area. This caused inconvenience for hotel guests whenever leaving or entering the car park.

First thing first is hotel ni bangunan dia mcm kondo airbnb yg mana 1 tower utk resident atau airbnb, 1 lgi tower utk hotel. Expetation aku hotel ni mcm hotel dgn building yg proper( hotel own building), tapi hakikatnya tak yg mana bagi aku tak proper buat hotel yg menyebabkan sesak semasa peak hour especially semasa check-in timing (bertembung dgn airbnb). Bilik pulak aircond aku tak berapa sejuk, tapi lepas call maintenance service okay lah sejuk tapi still tak berapa sbb aku set 16deg the whole night (jrg aku set 16deg sbb terlampau sejuk kebiasaannya). Breakfast pon okay okay lah. Lokasi best dekat dgn byk tempat mkn, bandar kuantan dan teluk chempedak. Overall aku bagi 5/10.

The location was convenient and peaceful, just a short drive from the Genting attractions, yet away from the crowds — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was really worth it for the comfort, quality, and experience we had. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll definitely return in December with my big family — can’t wait to experience it all over again! 💯✨

The hotel is well-maintained. Spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a smooth check-in. This is my 4th time staying here. Very close with mall. Very recommended.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern — perfect for a relaxing retreat in the cool weather. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Breakfast was also well-prepared with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Cameron Highlands. Will definitely return again!

Good place and valuable for big families. Always my first choice to staying here. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

We were surprised that the apartment is spacious and fully furnished for a relaxing stay. Everything was clean: floors, kitchen surfaces, bedsheets. Location was excellent for food and browsing. We didn't drive so the nearby shops were convenient and had everything you would need for food and daily necessities.

I really love this place! It’s elegant, classy, and classic, yet also very comfortable. The room and the scenery give off a nice overseas vibe. The price is a bit on the higher side, but honestly, it’s worth it. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a public park where you can take a walk or do activities with your family. Plus, the hotel is near a 7-Eleven, so you can just walk over to grab food instead of driving if you’re feeling lazy. Overall, I really recommend this place!

1. Their breakfast is the best! so many variety and u can enjoy a really good full filling breakfast. They even allowed u to bring your coffee to the pool, as it is just next to the dining area. 2. They use salt water for their pool. But their pool is the same floor as the lobby and dining area. So for us, we feel there’s no privacy. 3. Their room is actually pretty small. Compact. Stuffy i would say. But for some maybe that’s alright. We prefer a bit more space. 4. Parking can be tricky. Sometimes it’s full. Their parking space is limited so avoid coming during festive season😬 5. The hotel location is in town. So that’s alright.
