"We enjoyed the stay from check in to check out. from bed to breakfast. all was good. except for the mattress were quite stiff. overall we are happy with the trip. the breakfast was a bit less in taste, but i love the salad & fruit bar as well as the bread & pastries side. Maybe can enhance on the malay food area."

"On our way back to Kuala Lumpur from Genting, we deliberately took a detour to stay at this chateau hotel near Colmar Tropicale, and it turned out to be the most delightful 'chill-out' spot of our trip. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to Colmar Tropicale, and the surrounding trails are perfect for leisurely strolls, leaving us feeling completely refreshed by the end of the day. I must particularly rave about the dining! For dinner, I initially went for a creative set menu featuring dishes similar to 'raw-marinated, cooked-marinated' style, but unfortunately, the chef was off that day. We opted for two other options instead, and they were absolutely divine – the French onion soup was so rich I wished I could have another bowl, and the fries were the crispiest I've ever had, a true delight for those who appreciate details. The post-dinner dessert and mung bean soup also defied expectations; I've had countless versions of these, but the flavors here were the most satisfying and not at all cloying. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, and I ordered so many egg dishes that I was stuffed. The Malaysian sausages seemed to be made of pure meat, which gave them a fantastic texture. I highly recommend having all three meals at the hotel; relaxing with good food and drinks is the perfect vacation. The check-in service here also felt like 'royal treatment,' with the front desk staff giving us a guided tour and explanation of the entire chateau. It was thoughtful and thorough. Although the room wasn't large, it was cozy, quiet, and had an excellent view. We were upgraded to the top floor, despite it not being a high-rise building. This place is perfect for a honeymoon or simply a few days of relaxation. I would definitely visit again."

"We enjoyed our stay, as there are a lot of amenities to be found here. Two very large room for a family of 4, a dining table, and a large living room. Love the private toilet in the master bedroom. A lot of choices to be found at breakfast. Very good egg. Nasi lemak was mid, weird sambal taste. Good dessert. Kelapa jelly was my favourite. Love the infinity swimming pool. But unlucky for us that we came during haze season so we couldn’t really see the beautiful ocean from the pool. But all good. We had fun. Thanks so much for a good stay. Cons: We had to take the trolley by ourselves. And just when we finished putting our bags on the trolley, the staff came and picked it up. It just feels weird that we had to do all that by ourselves. Aren’t they supposed to just be ready near the trolley to assist us? And the same thing happened during checkout too. But thank you. All the best, Swiss-Belhotel."

"I'd like to inform you that I'm quite unhappy with my experience this time 😊 I had requested a room with a nice view in advance because I traveled all the way from Perak. However, I was told that rooms with views were fully booked. When I got to Level 48, I saw that there were still several empty rooms, and some were just being cleaned around 4 PM. So I was a bit disappointed because if there were indeed rooms available, I would have been willing to wait so my long journey wasn't in vain. I hope the hotel management takes this matter more seriously."

"The room type is quite special – it's a connecting room. The door shown in Figure 4 doesn't lead to the hallway or bathroom; it's a partition door between your room and another guest room next door. There's a lock on each side of the door. By default, it's locked and closed, so neither guest can open it, ensuring no connection and soundproofing. This is a room type unique to Malaysia. The hotel service is very good, and a 50 MYR deposit is required for check-in. There aren't many Chinese guests. It's within walking distance of Comic Street and 188 Tower. The room offers a view of the entire football stadium. You can constantly hear the mosque's prayers. The bathroom and shower are on par with a typical budget hotel."

"Hotel located next to Skyworlds Theme Park. However if coming from Awana Cable car, it is at the far end of the mall. Just look out for Arena of Stars signboard and walk towards it. Room was spacious, neat and relatively clean. However, the room allocated to us was at level 2, just below the open air carpark level with the carpark overlooking our room. Not very private. Anyone at the carpark will be looking at the room. Staff service was great. The room is not fitted with a compressor fridge so I had problem with my medication storage. I raised the problem with the staff and they helped me freeze my ice pack while I had to purchase ice from Hilltop Grocer to keep my medication cool the whole night."

"Beautiful beach and that's it. Trip.com failed me; they sold me two rooms with a sea view, but upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out they were rooms with a view of a rooftop. My complaints were useless, even though a service employee confirmed they had a system error and were selling rooms they didn't have. After two days of ”investigation,” I was informed that my reservation was indeed for those types of rooms, and then they changed the room presentation on the service. It's a shame, because it was supposed to be 5 days at a very good hotel, but it turned out to be 5 days too long. I urge everyone to double-check their reservations, because once you're there, you can't fix anything. After all, it's 'only' a Hyatt, not just any good hotel... One would think such a hotel would care about customer satisfaction, especially since there were many vacant rooms... Finally, to be fair, I'll add that Trip.com gave me compensation equivalent to the surcharge for a sea view for one night. Trust is built over years and lost much faster."
