Spacious family room consisting of 2 connecting rooms. Day bed is huge enough to sleep 2 preschoolers while sofa bed can sleep 1-2 primary school children. Bathrooms are big, towels are lush, toiletries are adequate. Just a few steps away from eateries and the beach.

Before booking this hotel, I read some reviews. It's in the city center, so the location is good. However, there are a few things that fell short. The cleanliness was an issue; the bathroom had mold around the sink and inside the shower area. In the room, there were several dusty spots, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned. I've stayed in 2-star hotels before that were much cleaner. The lobby area was very hot. I asked the staff, and they said the air conditioning was being maintained. But I saw reviews from 8 months ago mentioning the lobby AC was still out. Check-in service took a little longer than expected.

I was recently at this hotel and had a great time. Check-in and check-out process was swift and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The swimming pool was cleaned very well, maintained well, and a lovely area to relax at. The amenities of the hotel were great, and the hotel itself was comfortable and pleasant. The area was neat and cozy, and I really enjoyed the room. I was really touched by the warmth of everybody at the hotel. All in all, We had a very nice stay and I would recommend this hotel to my family. I can’t wait to return here again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, from 18 June to 21 June 2026. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient with easy access to many nearby attractions, restaurants and amenities. One area for improvement is the parking facilities. The parking instructions could be made clearer as some guests may accidentally park in the residents’ designated parking area. Additional signage or clearer guidance during check-in would be helpful. The breakfast offers a good variety of choices, and the food tastes good. I would recommend including and promoting more local food selections to enhance the dining experience for guests. During peak breakfast hours, there seemed to be a shortage of staff to clear used plates and tables. On a few occasions, my family had to help move the plates ourselves. Increasing manpower during busy periods would improve the overall dining experience. Overall, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and contributed positively to our experience. Despite the minor areas for improvement, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

Best impromptu booking ever! I booked the room the second I spotted the jacuzzi on the balcony with a mountain view and that was honestly just the beginning. I had no idea there’d be so many amenities, both for the family and separately for me, my daughter, and my husband. My only regret is only booking for one night. Antara has so much to offer, and it’s just a few minutes from the more commercialized resort and theme park area, close enough to everything but without the crowds. The condo unit was huge and spotless for just the three of us. The carpets and curtains alone give off serious luxury vibes. No breakfast included, but there’s a lovely brunch spot called The Lemon Tree right downstairs. We also caught an early dinner at Tono Izakaya, a Japanese restaurant nearby — highly recommend. We didn’t really need to head out to Skyworld Avenue, but my daughter had her heart set on the theme park, so we squeezed that in before check-in. The staff are super friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp.  Would 100% book again, and definitely for more than one night next time!

We reached the hotel at about 2.45 PM and were asked to wait for our room. Although check-in officially begins at 3 PM, our room wasn't ready until 4:20 PM. Inside, the bedroom was quite small (with an unusual sink-outside-bathroom layout) and the garden view was disappointing. However, the highlight of our stay was the beach. It is peaceful, clean, and beautifully shaded by trees. It’s a fantastic area for total relaxation.

GGuest UserComing for birthday celebrations and special remarks any special arrangements can be prepare prior arriving however no respond from hotel at all. Staff here are not attentive enough and not quite hospitality orientated. On the day we checking in, lift is under repair and we are with our luggage and our floor is 3rd floor, none of the staff offering help at all. And dint give any alternative just ask us to wait till lift is resume. So giving a very bad impression at the first sign. Not sure how they claim the best service hotel. Location are right the middle of town si this is the plus points. Food wise do not expect much as the breakfast option are kinda limited and chicken also bit overcooked bit hard to chew.

VVivienleeys96I stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient—about 7 minutes from Awana Resort and around 20 minutes to SkyAvenue. There are also plenty of shops nearby where you can dine or pick up daily essentials, which made things very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the lifts were fast, so getting to the unit was easy. The unit itself is very spacious, especially for a couple, which made the stay comfortable. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. It would be great if the unit provided a kettle or a water filter for added convenience. Also, the water heater took quite a long time to warm up, and the water pressure in the shower was rather weak. Overall, aside from these minor issues, everything else was very good and I would say it’s definitely worth the price.

GGuest UserOverall Review: Great Views, But a Noticeable Gap Between Experience and Expectations Overall, this stay had clear pros and cons. The hotel’s location and scenery are undeniably excellent, but there is still considerable room for improvement in areas such as traffic flow planning, facility details, service experience, and privacy management. Given the Ascott brand management and a room rate of RM1,100+ per night, we had expected a more premium accommodation experience. Unfortunately, the actual stay fell short of expectations and did not fully reflect the price point. Pros 1. Excellent Location and Scenic View The hotel is strategically located along a main road and directly opposite a golf course, offering an unobstructed view. Waking up to lush green lawns, blue skies, and white clouds created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. 2. Room Layout Suitable for Families or Groups We stayed in a Premium Two-Bedroom Unit, which was nicely designed with a practical layout. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. Although the bathrooms were relatively small, having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it convenient and comfortable for a group of four. 3. Thoughtful Amenities The hot and cold water dispenser located at the lift lobby was a thoughtful touch. The room also came with a kettle, which was especially convenient for families and guests who prefer hot drinks. Cons 1. Bed Comfort Could Be Improved The bed was Queen-sized, but the mattress felt rather firm, while the pillows were overly large and thick, making the sleeping experience less comfortable. 2. Lift Access System Was Not Sensitive Enough The lift card scanning sensor was not very responsive. When staying on a lower floor, there were occasions where the access card had not yet been detected before the lift had already passed the intended floor, which affected convenience and user experience. 3. Poor Drop-Off and Parking Layout The luggage unloading area was located at the entrance of the parking area, where the road was narrow and often obstructed traffic flow. In addition, after rainfall, the parking area had significant puddles, making it inconvenient to walk, especially when carrying luggage. 4. Limited Check-In Space The check-in reception area was relatively small and struggled to handle the holiday crowd. During peak periods, the space became congested and chaotic. 5. Narrow Public Areas and Restaurant Queue Management The hotel hallways were generally narrow. While it is understandable that queues are unavoidable during peak travel seasons, the restaurant waiting area was clearly unable to accommodate the volume of guests, resulting in congestion. 6. Inefficient Dining Area Layout The food serving area could be better organized, especially around the coffee machine section. Despite having multiple machines, they were still insufficient to handle the high guest volume, leading to long queues. 7. Privacy Concerns The hotel should consider implementing stricter drone control policies within the property. While staying on the 4th floor, we woke up to find a drone flying past our open balcony/door area, which felt intrusive and raised privacy concerns. 8. Mismatch Between Price and Experience We chose this property largely because of the Ascott brand reputation and the RM1,100+ nightly rate, expecting a more premium level of accommodation and service. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations. From operational details to service quality, the hotel did not reflect the level typically associated with its pricing and branding.

GGuest UserStaff are extremely friendly, the place was a really relaxing and beautiful getaway. Although the beach was not sandy as it was filled with dead corals, snorkeling around the area was quite beautiful. The transport to the resort is also very convenient as they provide rides from the main village.

VVasanth Vignesh M RHad a wonderful stay at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences, Genting Highlands. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. One of the highlights of my stay was the foot massage at the hotel, which was very relaxing after a long day. The food was also good, with a nice variety of options and great taste. The breakfast area was quite crowded in the morning, but I visited during a long weekend, so that was understandable. Despite the crowd, the staff managed the situation well. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Great service, comfortable facilities, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Genting Highlands and would happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

FFadilyFirst of all, the garbage near the elevator at level 9 never been cleared from check-in until check-out. The sofas in front of the lift on the same level have never been cleaned. There's a miscommunication regarding the complimentary BOH guided tour. During check-in, the staff was like never heard of it and said will follow-up and will contact us once they confirmed about it, but never did until the next morning, they called our room whether they would join the tour that morning. We thought it had been cancelled because we didn't receive any call from the hotel about the follow-up ever since. Plus, when we arrived at the room, there were no towels and a few amenities such as the toothbrushes. The bed might have mites because my partner experienced itchiness on the body. The good things about this hotel are the scenic view from the room & the friendliness of the staff at the front desk.

GGuest UserThe drop off and pick up place was at the side door instead of main lobby which made the GRAB pick up confusing. Room is spacious and relatively clean. But, toilet can be cleaned more thoroughly as there seem to be a faint smell coming from it. And no hooks in the toilet to hang ur clothes. Water from the shower also seeped into the room. Location is quiet, away from the main Genting area. Can either - walk up the link way (about 20 min), - walk down to the chin swee temple cable car stop and take a cable car up (RM10 per pax) or - call a GRAB for RM30. Good thing is that there are a couple of eateries and mini marts.

GGemx8Truly a family-friendly hotel! The Sixers Room with bunk beds was definitely a hit with the kids. The hotel location is very strategic — just opposite SkyWorlds Theme Park with only a 3-minute walk, and about 5 minutes to Avenue Mall. Very convenient for families with children. There are also plenty of food choices nearby. You can easily find a variety of food at Avenue Mall, or take a short walk to Kayangan Apartment for authentic Chinese food. The hotel is also near the link bridge connecting to Antara Mall, making everything easily accessible. Security is also very good. The access card only allows you to enter the floor you are staying on, and there are security personnel stationed downstairs, which made us feel safe throughout the stay. If you prefer a quieter environment, opt for a room facing the hill side. It is much less noisy and you can still enjoy the cable car view. Overall, a great stay for a fun, comfortable, and convenient family getaway!

GGuest UserABC Beach. We stayed in May 2026 with my wife and son (15 years old). Everything was great: a spacious room with daily cleaning, a roomy bathroom, comfortable mattresses, a fridge, and a wardrobe. There were absolutely no inconveniences. The front desk staff was polite and patient. Further details: snorkeling is available directly opposite the hotel and a 3-5 minute walk to the right. Overall, this hotel is great for divers – there are dive centers nearby. We didn't see any other Russians during our trip. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation, head to Juara (a beach on the other side of the island). You can book excursions for an average price of 130-150 Ringgit per person. Kayaks are available for rent. You can also rent a bicycle or a motorbike and go to Tekek (where you'll find tropical fruits). Food is available to the right of the reception if you're facing it (see photos). The price per person is 15-20 Ringgit. To the left, there's a cafe with a breakfast buffet... don't even bother trying that for 25 Ringgit! Tioman is a beautiful island, incomparable to Langkawi... fewer tourists, no hustle and bustle. If you want to find your Zen, this is the place to be!!!

GGuest UserThis is our first stay in ion delemen for 4D3N. The unit is very spacious and clean however we faced some difficulties as below. 1. Broken bedframe: One of the room bed is broken and we have reported to the reception immediately however no action was taken nor any updates was received. There are difficulties every time when we sleep on it as it is unstable. 2. Wifi connection: Throughout our stay, we unable to connect to hotel WiFi and no action was taken to rectify it. 3. Noisy door: There's a very annoying sound every time when we open or close the room door.
