Love all about this hotel..friendly staff, superb clean room,great location to theme park, etc..i have put remarks that we stay for my kids birthday, then hotel give towel cake decoration with balloon..first time receive special treatment like this without any charges..tq all staff lost world hotel tambun..definately will come back after shopping mall open💃🏻

The hotel’s location is truly unmatched! Step right outside and you’ll find yourself just nearby Ipoh Town. About 6 min walking to old town Ipoh. The room was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a restful stay. The staff provided thoughtful and professional service throughout my stay. Every request was handled friendly, promptly and perfectly. I booked my stay through trip.com and managed to get a great deal — excellent value for money.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the best things about it is its incredibly convenient location. The hotel is situated right next to a shopping mall, which made everything so much easier during my trip. Whether I needed food, shopping, or just a place to relax, everything was just a short walk away. The accessibility to nearby amenities really enhanced my overall experience. It saved me a lot of time and effort, especially after a long day of exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in a great location.

First time staying at this hotel and I was so pleasantly surprised, they actually fulfilled my special request! 🥹 My partner and I had such a happy birthday staycation 🥳 The service was excellent, the room was clean and super comfortable and the location is great there’s a mall just right across the street, which made everything so convenient. The only small downside is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience. Overall, I’d definitely give this stay a full score 💯 and would love to come back again!

First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China.

The lobby is nicely decorated with Christmas trees 🌲 and live the ambience. There is only 1 washing machine and dryer so we need to wait for long time. During the stay, we experienced blackout and staff did not bother go around and explain to us. There are eateries beside the hotel and a little far from main area but generally ok. There is gym but air con was not switch on and hot

Thank you for bringing Bali to Ipoh without us buying ticket flights 🤭 the stay was lovely, suitable for anyone who’s looking for tranquility but still near to the town. Since our room was upgraded to the garden view room, the experience was top notch (and bigger Koi too! 😂) 10/10 would repeat again if we ever got to go Ipoh again.

I truly feel fortunate and lucky to have discovered this HIDDEN JEM of a Hotel! It is Centrally Located in IPOH, Malaysia and Shopping and Restaurants are closeby and within walking distance! The room was spacious, clean and with a very comfortable bed too! The Room rates are quite reasonable and a great overall value. I think what sets this Artistic Hotel apart from others is the 5-Star Service provided by each and every member of the Team! I had the pleasure to meet the General Manager, Front Desk staff and Room Attendenta and each and everyone had a positive attitude and genuinely cared if I was happy at ALL times. I believe they went above and beyond ALL of my expectations to ensure I was 110% SATISFIED with my stay. YES, QUITE FRANKLY, I WAS 110% SATISFIED WITH MY STAY AND HOPEFULLY I'LL BE BACK IN THE NEAR FUTURE AND WOULD LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN! ¡Gracias Amigos! Señor Ricardo

I had a wonderful stay at D’Kelly Hotel. It’s a new and modern hotel, and everything feels fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The room was very comfortable and equipped with high-tech facilities, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was new and very cozy, perfect for a good night’s rest. The facilities are impressive, especially the nice swimming pool, which is great for relaxing. There is also a café next door that opens until 2am, so it’s very convenient if you get hungry late at night. Overall, the hotel offers great comfort, modern design, and excellent value for money. The environment is pleasant, and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into making guests feel comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay in this area. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, the location was good, and the service was fine. However, the front desk gave me a room facing the main road, and the soundproofing of the windows was terrible. It felt like I was sleeping by the roadside all night, listening to motorcycles and cars speeding by. I didn't get any good rest at all. If you have a choice, definitely pick a room that doesn't face the main road, otherwise, forget about getting any sleep at night.
