Very good service by Sunway staffs, all smiles and patience and friendly with kids. My son is very happy from enjoying this Lost world zoo trip! 5 stars You can only check in after 3pm due to their small amount of rooms, so DO NOT come earlier! But the staff are really good to call me when room is ready so I really appreciate that. The location is also very good if you are planning to go Lost World, but other than that it is a pain in the ass to travel to old town or central area of Ipoh for good food, just secluded area. Prebook Jeff Cellar since it's in the same area if you want high end but good food. Sunway should not only sell their own products (white label) but also should include things outside like chips or medicine. Not really convenient when all the ground floor of hotel / inside Lost World doesn't have midnight snacks that isn't Sunway branded 😂

Value for money choice. I stay at Weil hotel for 5day4nights. Its lobby connects to shopping plaza enterance. It provides you shopping choice even rainy day. Staff attutide is excellent and helpful. The room space is  big enough, comfort ventilation. They offer delicious , greate variety food breakfast. You can taste famous local food in one place, there.  Thank you Weil Hotel. The room is clean, big enough, there’s living space for sharing, with refrigerator, sofa tv and others its really a good place to stay, its location is near to all those famous restaurants so very convenient, the parking is at basement, although go into the hotel need to walk out from basement because no direct lift but still okay not far, the price is very reasonable and definitely be my first choice next time when i visit ipoh. The check in is self service, fast and easy. Love it anyway

Is a building by itself, friendly staff and big room. It has good water pressure and a laundry room on level 3. Need to drive or call a grab to go to eateries. For the price is ok to catch a grab out. Only negative part is the TV not many channels. Some channels will only start at certain time. This is 3rd time staying here, and I have also extended another night here Nearby have a bakery called Shake and Bake. Can try there

The hotel feels a bit dated, so the cleanliness isn't quite up to standard. However, everything else was fine. This is my second time staying here. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. Make sure to try their chicken rendang – it won't disappoint!

Our 1st visit to this hotel. The staff are friendly & helpfully. Hotel lobby is amazing with big log of wood as their counter top. Our Deluxe King room is cozy & clean. We will go back again when we visit Ipoh next☺️

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is strategic.Hawker stalls are nearby and plenty of choices even by walking distance.It’s definitely convenient and it’s located inside taiping mall.

Newly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station. Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price.

Very highly recommended this hotel , All staff very friendly & helpfully , room very clear .. the best this hotel is breakfast food all very delicious and always top up the food Vibes kampung very nice .. i will come again & i very love this hotel !

Good location: near Parade Can watch movies. Hotel is tired and aged but clean and neat. Went to the gym at the Basement. Basic facilities. But the best eateries about 15 minutes walk away. Don't have free airport transfer. Overall, satisfied with the stay.
