The room was clean; however, there was an unpleasant smell from the carpet. Early check-in was not facilitated, and my room was still not ready at 1:30 PM. Only one dental kit was provided initially; additional kits were given upon request. The breakfast buffet was very good. Overall, it was an above-average experience and overpriced, though there is room for improvement in professionalism.

Excellent 5 star hotel with exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of a young lady from guest relations help me with an internal flight ticket issue I had, and she also helped me book some business class coach tickets to Islamabad showing me considerable care. All the staff are kind and courteous and will do the upmost to help hotel guests. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Gym was large with good equipment for cardio weights., whilst the pool was perfectly temperature controlled. I genuinely was surprised and impressed with how good this hotel is and I would definitely go back in a heart beat.

The room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water.

Very good, reasonably priced. For 75 RMB, you can enjoy a wide variety of buffet dishes. It's really amazing! The Baoan guy is very responsible. It's a really good hotel. He is very honest. I later went to the Marriott in Islamabad and it was really not as good. It's not as good as this hotel!

A top choice for exhibitions in Pakistan! A sense of security, authentic food, and Chinese friendliness are top-notch. My experience choosing a hotel for this exhibition in Pakistan was truly thrilling. It wasn't until I settled into this hotel that I felt completely at ease. I sincerely recommend it to all Chinese friends visiting Pakistan! First, let's talk about the crucial safety factor. Pakistan now has strict security requirements for Chinese people traveling abroad. My previous small hotel was immediately warned by the police. Not only was it ill-equipped to accommodate Chinese people, but the cleanliness was poor, and the service was perfunctory, forcing me to change hotels urgently. This hotel is completely different: it even has bulletproof vehicles. Even more remarkable is that the owner never uses ”security” for profit, but instead considers his guests' best interests. When I needed to travel to and from the exhibition, he didn't force me to pay for expensive services. Instead, he helped me coordinate security and recommend economical transportation options. He arranged a dedicated car and security personnel for daily transportation to and from the exhibition for only 1,500, which was incredibly cost-effective. On other days, when I wanted to go out, he proactively provided solutions to help me avoid being detained by the police. This kind of thoughtfulness is so important in today's Pakistan! I'd also like to praise the basic experience: the comfort, professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail were impeccable. It was a truly delightful stay, a world apart from my previous small hotel. I especially recommend the restaurant on the fifth floor—it's a hidden gem! The breakfast menu is extensive, and lunch and dinner are à la carte. The local Pakistani cuisine is far more authentic than the fast food options at the nearby shopping mall. If you're craving local flavor without having to venture out, this is the perfect place to dine. Even better, they serve beer, making a relaxing drink after a busy day. For Chinese travelers visiting Pakistan for business or exhibitions, choosing a hotel isn't just about comfort; it's also about peace of mind. This hotel not only addresses the crucial security issue, but also impresses with its authentic cuisine and attentive service. I'll definitely choose it again on my next trip to Pakistan!

While the hotel’s location is commendable, the service quality falls short. Upon booking a two-day stay, I encountered a recurring issue: the absence of towels during check-in. Despite multiple calls to the hotel staff, the response was consistently the same: towels would be delivered within one hour.

The location of this hotel is excellent, only a 10-minute walk to the nearby shopping mall. There are also several snack shops right downstairs, and ordering Foodpanda at night is very convenient and fast. The staff here are incredibly polite and helpful. Right after I booked via Trip.com, they proactively contacted me on WhatsApp to ask about my arrival time and any special needs. They even sent me a map and their precise location, which was very thoughtful and welcoming. In terms of the room, while there is no dedicated hot water system, the water temperature is naturally warm due to the hot weather in Pakistan. It feels just like a warm shower and was very comfortable. Whenever I had a question, I could just message them on WhatsApp, and they responded almost instantly at any time. I had a great stay here and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is good but the service at reception was terrible. Since I had strange noise continually at my room, I requested to change room. But due to fully booked on that day, the reception staff couldn’t change. That’s is fine not to change due to fully booked but they didn’t do any reaction to stop noise. I invited reception staff (Mr.A) 2 times to let Mr.A hear what kind of noise I heard and Mr.A said maybe housekeeping on different floor is still working (1 am at night!), I will check it etc, but even 1 hour later I still had strange noice. Obviously Mr.A didn’t do anything to stop noise and I again invited reception other staff (Mr.B, senior of Mr.A)to my room but Mr.B didn’t hear anything from Mr.A and Mr.B didn’t know also anything what Mr.A did for the noise even Mr.B is senior position. Mr.B promised to ask Mr.A what Mr.A did for the noise and give me feedback. But Mr.B didn’t give me any feedback.next day on 8am I requested to change room but since the reception staff (Mr.C)seems to be sick, Mr.C said Mr.C request other staff to change room. But nothing happened. So around 11am,I again went to reception to request change room. But then other staff (Mr.D) said still there are no available rooms since check out time is 12 noon.but it means even I requested to change room at 8, until 11pm I again went to reception, they didn’t inform me anything. They should have informed to wait until noon etc in advanced. I was very much disappointed such poor service. They didn’t react anything about the notice issue at all and next day they didn’t inform me anything about changing room until I requested again and again. Very poor and unprofessional staff at reception.

BBipul123I had a great stay at Royal Swiss Lahore—its location next to the airport was super convenient. I felt completely secure, and the staff provided excellent service throughout. The food was delicious, and everything was clean and well-managed. Though on the arrival day they provided me room which didn’t match with descriptions.

SShehroz1I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
