The hotel is connected to Terminal 1, just a 3-minute walk away, and there's a free shuttle bus service to Terminal 2. The rooms are clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, and some room types even offer views of planes taking off and landing. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a gym and laundry room. Additionally, they provide complimentary services such as assisted check-in and fast-track security passes, making it ideal for transit passengers.

The room has a window, is clean and tidy, and includes bottled Yibao drinking water. The room matches the pictures and description in the app, with complete smart amenities. The bedding is clean, odorless, and free of foreign objects. The bathroom is clean and odorless. The price is reasonable, making it a top choice for business trips and travel!

The environment here is absolutely beautiful and lovely, I really enjoy the atmosphere. It's surrounded by books, and the lobby design is great. I only stayed one night for a layover, but the service was excellent, and they even offer airport shuttle service, which needs to be booked in advance. The front desk even called in the morning to remind me! The only issue was that our shower drain seemed clogged; the bathroom started flooding before I even began showering, reaching the toilet and almost spilling into the room. We had to put towels on the floor to block it. Since it was only for one night, we just decided to deal with it, as changing rooms would have been too much hassle.

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The main shopping district is within walking distance, and there's ample parking, so driving was stress-free. Our room had an amazing view; we could enjoy a beautiful sea view right from our window. The environment was clean and elegant, and all the facilities were complete and brand new, including a fridge in the room which was handy for storing drinks. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a gym, both of high quality, perfect for leisure and exercise. The service was particularly attentive and thoughtful, always warm, meticulous, and quick to respond. When we first checked into a standard room, we were affected by construction noise from a municipal project. After providing feedback, the hotel immediately arranged to move us to a king-size room. Their handling was efficient and their attitude sincere. The new room was quiet and comfortable, making our experience truly excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

This hotel definitely lives up to its reputation as an attraction hotel; it's always bustling with people. However, there are multiple counters for check-in, and staff guide you from the moment you step out of your car. Despite the crowd, someone is always attentive and proactively assists you during check-in and check-out, which is a great, hassle-free experience. We arrived around noon and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately. They arranged a room with a lovely view for us. Our butler, [Hermit Crab], escorted us to our room and then provided all the necessary information about exploring the hotel – excellent service! Since it was my birthday, they even arranged for Ashley to decorate the room. She ingeniously folded towels into a cake, which was a delightful surprise. Upon departure, we received a beluga whale plush toy, a very memorable souvenir. Staying at the hotel includes complimentary access to the water park and aquarium. Although our stay was short this time, the overall experience was excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice hotel very convenient for one night and comfortable for 1 night stay. Change money before you come to the hotel as no atm nearby and visa and mastercard not accepted. If in transit you can claim 40 rmb per person back at the airport for spending on food before your flight. Come early and bring your boarding passes!

the stay was pretty good overall, but the first room we checked in was moldy in some places, also some towels was slightly dirty, but they changed it the moment i pointed that out, the staff was really friendly and suggested other rooms to check in, they also let us check out a little later, since our flight was pretty late too, the breakfast wasn't bad, but the variety of food wasn't that big and mostly really oily

The hotel's pool design is quite unique, and the kids' club kept our little one so entertained they didn't want to leave. The dining options were extensive, with the Chinese and Western breakfast being particularly exquisite – the waffles at the restaurant were delicious. Every detail reflected a five-star quality. It's a truly perfect holiday paradise, and we will absolutely be staying again!
