The hotel is okay. Airport transfer office the best. The breakfast also great. However, wifi not working at level 4. Really troublesome for business traveller. Already complaint but no action.

Got an free upgrade to the suite with amazing window view over the river with iconic Kuching building!
The room is super spacious with all the amenities u would expect from a 5 stars hotel. Staffs are very friendly as well. Definitely coming back again in the future!
Very happy with the service of front desk staff and the room condition , location is great with shopping center at the walking distance and have a access door from the hotel . Got 5 lifts to cater for the guests to go to the room .
The hotel offered great value for money, probably because it wasn't peak season. Our room faced west, which meant we got to see beautiful sunsets and take some fantastic photos, though it did get a bit too hot. Luckily, the air conditioning was powerful, otherwise, sleeping at night would have been impossible. The bathroom design wasn't ideal; it was too dark and cramped, definitely something that needs improvement. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent, really fantastic.
Pleasant stay, conveniently located near Kuching Sentral, the bus terminal, and the airport. There are also many great restaurants right next door. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, which made carrying large luggage a bit of a hassle. On the plus side, hot showers were always available, and the room was clean.

Despite being a 50-year old hotel, it's surprisingly well maintained. Toilets are clean and well designed with top quality materials. Rooms are well arranged, good quality mattress and pillows, huge smart TV, and overlooking the river. The hotel is very near the main attraction of Kuching : Kuching Waterfront, a 5mins walking distance. Tons of old style shops and cafes across the road, good FnB selection. Staff are pleasant and professional.

The hotel's location is great, right next to a park, and you can enjoy the view across the river while having breakfast. The bed was large and the room was spacious. There was a slight odor when I first entered the room, possibly from the riverside sewer, but my nose is quite sensitive. After lighting an air freshener, it was generally fine. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The hotel breakfast was also good and quite extensive, and the lobby offered dinner options, which was convenient. The front desk staff were very polite.
The hotel room is nice & clean but unfortunately there are no dining chairs provided. There is a place to cook but there are no pots, no plates, no cups of the right size, not provided. Do we have to bring all of that ourselves? Which is impossible! The washing machine provided is not safe to use because the door cannot be locked & the water comes out of the front door. The iron cord is too short and it is very difficult to use. The saddest thing is why the workers working in the front row are not friendly & there is no smile at all from them to your guests . Their faces are always sour & not friendly at all. There is not a single word ”Thank you” coming out of your frontliner. I think the management should change your frontline staff.
Stayed at Otel Hotel Sibu last week. Overall a good and comfortable stay. The room was clean, basic amenities were sufficient, and the location is convenient with nearby shops and food options. Staff were polite and helpful. Good value for money.
Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Kuching with my best friend! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the beds were super cozy after a long day exploring Kuching.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making the experience even more pleasant.
The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the waterfront, cafés, and local attractions. It was the perfect place for a short getaway and quality time with my best friend.
Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Kuching!

AAnonymous UserI stayed at City Rise Hotel Miri for the second time and overall it was a pleasant experience. my stay included breakfast. Although the variety of food options was not very extensive, the nasi lemak was surprisingly delicious and definitely a highlight of the meal.
The hotel remains a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for short visits. I would consider coming back again in the future.
GGuest UserExceptional Hospitality That Made My Birthday Special
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Kuching Hotel, and it was truly a memorable experience. I chose to celebrate my birthday there, and the team went above and beyond to make it special.
A heartfelt thank you to I-Rene Saw, the Guest Experience Manager, and her wonderful team for their thoughtful arrangements. They beautifully decorated the room, surprised me with a birthday cake, and put us to a newly renovated room. These small yet meaningful gestures made a big difference and created a warm, celebratory atmosphere.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the service was attentive, the room was comfortable and modern, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Pullman Kuching Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.
Thank you once again to I-Rene and the team for making my birthday so special!
IIncikoHad a wonderful stay at Damai Lagoon. The place is beautiful and relaxing, breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, the service was excellent, and everything was very clean. Highly recommended!!!
GGuest UserOverall, the stay itself was comfortable, and the room met expectations. The hotel's aesthetic is elegant and beautiful, and its location is convenient, surrounded by chinese restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was also good and enjoyable. However, the experience was unfortunately dampened by issues at the front desk, hygiene standards in the common areas, and soundproofing. We arrived around 10am and requested an early check-in, fully understanding that the standard check-in time is 2pm and that any earlier arrangement is subject to room availability and discretion. However, we were told by staff that early check-in would only be possible with an additional charge of RM160. This created an uncomfortable impression where it felt less like a matter of room availability and more like withholding an available room in order to impose extra charges. The tone suggests monetising convenience which we weren't particularly happy about.
After checked-in around 5pm. we noticed dirty plates on the floor left near the lift area. What was more concerning was that these plates were still there in the same spot the next morning when we checked out. This raised questions about cleanliness and hygiene, especially in shared spaces. In addition, the soundproofing could be improved. Noise from children crying near the lift was clearly audible, and due to the hotel's proximity to the airport, airplane noise could also be heard. This may be a concern for light sleepers or guests seeking a quieter stay.
While the room and overall stay were generally good, these experiences affected our impression.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel’s location is very strategic, with plenty of food options and amenities within walking distance, which is a definite advantage.
However, the service appears to be impacted by a shortage of staff. During both mornings at breakfast, we experienced long waits for coffee cups, juices, and water to be replenished. Cutlery setup and table clearing were also slow, resulting in guests having to take utensils from other tables or walk to the service station to get napkins, forks, and spoons.
We observed similar challenges during the wedding dinner we attended. Basic services such as drink refills were often overlooked and had to be requested multiple times.
Overall, while the location is excellent, improvements in staffing and service efficiency would greatly enhance the guest experience.
AAnonymous UserI booked a Standard Hill View King on Chinese New Year Eve, The overall stay is a decent one, was provided with one King size bed and one single size bed, room was equipped with one mini fridge, one kettle and some cups, tissues, TV but the satellite line was bad as TV line appears unstable, small hair dryer, you can refer to photo I posted for amenities and room view, what I showed is all I got. Breakfast wasn't many choice but good enough, they have laksa, kolomee, salad, nasi lemak, bread
GGuest UserOverall, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the riverside, which makes it convenient and pleasant for walking around the area. The breakfast buffet also offers a wide variety of different foods, which we really enjoyed.
The only downside was that we stayed during the Ramadan period. Because of this, breakfast service started at around 4:00 a.m. for Muslim guests. By the time we went down for breakfast around 6 or 7 a.m., many of the dishes had already been mostly taken, so the selection felt a bit limited.
The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Some of them even helped us change to a better room so that we wouldn’t be disturbed by outside noise, which we really appreciated. Thanks to Khristopher and Bond.
As for the hotel facilities, it would be even better if the rooms could provide some additional basic items such as soap or a comb for guests.
AAnonymous UserUnfortunately, the shower was not working during our stay and we could only use the bathtub, which was quite dirty. The room also had a strong dusty and damp smell, making it feel uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance could definitely be improved.
JJONG WAN PINGReally enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service and were always polite. Location is convenient too. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe location is convenient. The breakfast was okay but the staff servijg the food was stingy with the eggs. It seemed like they wanted to keep the half boiled eggs for themselves. Instead of serving the cooked eggs on the counter ao that the residents can take as much as eggs as they want, they kept it. They will only only if they are asked. I found it a bit annoying
