Nice stay, They provide shuttle van from or to the airport. Breakfast food is ok, has convenient store (self buy) and easy to get grab. 23 mins drive to the centre town

Cozy and Convenient Stay! I had a good stay here. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. There’s also a daily shuttle to the waterfront area, just be aware it runs on a fixed schedule and needs to be booked in advance. The food was tasty, but since I stayed for 5 days, I do wish the menu changed a bit more. By the fifth day, I was already a bit bored with the same options. The hotel itself is huge and very clean. The waterfront is only about 15 minutes away (depending on traffic), and Grab rides are easy to get and affordable. Overall, it was a very cozy and relaxing stay. Great for those who prefer a quieter, less crowded location. Oh, and I booked a twin bed, but the beds were big enough that two people could easily sleep on one! Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

The hotel staff were very welcoming! One of the staff opened the entrance door for us, and the check-in process was smooth with the receptionist answering all our questions kindly. The hotel furnishings were decent, though the building does show its age a little. Parking was convenient as well,  just take a ticket, get it validated at the front desk, and you can exit free of charge. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The only minor downside was that the marble bathroom floor felt quite cold without slippers, but overall it was still a pleasant stay!

Stayed at this Hotel from 11th to 13th June at the Puteri Wing. This i must say was a Fabulous Wing. Everything is fine at this Hotel. Only a few shortcomings due to Towels, we had to keep on asking Housekeeping to send the towels. Next Ammenities in the Room was placed for 1 person only ”why”. I think Housekeeping needs to buck up. Other than that its a Nice Hotel. Great Breakfast and Kudos to the F& B Team. Front Office Staff very well mannered and Helpful.. It was nice staying at this Hotel 🏨 ☺️ 👌

Front desk staff was expectional..1st room given have water issues in bathroom next morning went down to front desk and Mr Nazrin immediately offer a room change and even bring me around to checks out the rooms . Really appreciate your wonderful and exceptional services and kindness thru out my stay will definitely come back again. Housekeeping is another plus plus point wonderful services thank you appreciate from my heart .

This is probably my 5th or 6th time staying at The Waterfront Hoteland for good reason! It remains my favourite hotel in the city. The view from the room is simply magnificent, whether day or night, and always takes my breath away. I absolutely love the pool area it’s such a relaxing spot to unwind, especially with the scenic backdrop. Another major plus is the hotel’s direct connection to the mall, which makes shopping and dining super convenient without having to leave the building. The room is well-equipped with complete toiletries, which I really appreciate. Everything is kept clean and comfortable, making each stay feel like a mini escape. One small downside: the toilet floor tends to be quite slippery. Although a small toilet mat is provided, it doesn’t quite cover enough area to prevent slipping, so that’s something to be cautious about.

Great location near old town, room was big and has river view (chose tower B). However, breakfast quality and variety was bad…very disappointing. Service of staff at front desk was not friendly. Swimming pool was closed when I was there and the gym was sub-par (no aircon and equipments were very old)

Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean. View was meh only, even i get balcony, but blocked by trees and not really seeing the beach. Service was good, friendly staff. Just that old design resort.

Very pleasant and clean hotel with good location. The buffet breakfast is good. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I booked seaview room but was wrongly allocated with a cityview room by the receptionist. The hotel took immediate action to rectify the mistake.

Short stay at the family suite and king suite, arrived Sunday afternoon and left Monday afternoon, so limited activities. Rooms were clean and tidy, the king suite overlooked the bigger pool and the Coconut Bar. Family suit had convenient access to ”kiddie” pool and beach. Kids had fun at the kids' pool, also had a dip in the bigger pool as well as playing at the beach. Pool is good for a visit in the afternoon as dead bugs in the pool take some time for staff to clean throughout the morning. Did not get a chance to try the wellness centre as it was closed Monday.
